Ive been going here since day one and spend over $5000 annually here. The new ownership is heartless and places zero value on community. I bought a product listed as an indica when I came right back in the door to say it was the wrong product they said "so what of we gave you the wrong product you walked out the door. " spend so much money here to be lied to and fleeced at this point.UPDATE : Almost a month later and they still haven't fixed the inaccuracies on their website and the sale prices are NOTout the door. Make sure you carefully check what you are getting because if they give you the wrong product they will NOT make right. Also the % off coupons that have always been % off the full price are now % off pre tax price so they are worth MUCH less.

I hate to even write this .I have been a loyal customer here for years now. Today I experienced something I never thought I would have here. My Budtender was Lisa who I never seen here before she must be new I’m not sure, but I never had an issue with her at all during our transaction. She had a hard time finding the names of the brand of wax I was purchasing and asked two associates to help which was fine she got confused between two brands then proceed to call herself dumb she said “I’m so sorry I’m dumb it’s over here” I thought to myself that she didn’t need to call her self that that it was okay . Then we realized the online order I made was for Davis (which is my fault I agree with that but I swore I put Dixon down) it was a BOGO deal for CBX brand and I even showed on their website twice with the correct location for Dixon twice in a row on the deal. she couldn’t help me with that so the manager came to help which was perfectly fine I was waiting patiently I barely spoke a few words to the girl after she rung me up she only rung me up for 2 waxes when I wanted 4 in total SHE got I think anxiety or something and stood there confused and so I was just standing there then told her the other flavors and continued to wait patiently she got her manager again to fix the deal because it wasn’t showing up for this location even though your guys website showed you having it. I was very happy with fix the manager made but then that went away when the manager proceeds to tell me that I need to be more nicer to the budtenders and be more patient which completely took me off guard. I never was rude ever, I didn’t say anything rude to the girl at all and I WAS being patient I’m always nice to the budtenders I even tip! I never ever had an issue like this before but to be accused of being rude was completely uncalled for when I wasn’t. After being told that yes now I have a problem because I’m being accused of reacting a certain way which I wasn’t! Her response was because I sighed ? Are you serious? All because I sighed ? I even asked her what did I say to you that was rude ? She couldn’t give me an answer I’m confused here so to be treated that way especially here completely took me off guard go back and look at the camera footage and the conversation yourself and tell me if I was being rude .i honestly feel like the girl was maybe intimidated by me but Not everyone needs to come in here with a big ole smile on their faces if she can’t handle a sigh than maybe working in the real world isn’t for her. I won’t be back anymore I spend thousands of dollars here and to be treated like that really upset me and now will be a customer at the Bright Spot since I feel uncomfortable coming here anymore which is very sad cos I truly enjoyed this place and everyone there.Sincerely Alexis Yugo .

Staff is always great unfortunately new owners removed the 25% off online orders. The 25% off online orders stole me away from Bright spot who made the same policy choice. Not a good move to make cannabis more expensive for your guests. I will be looking for a new weed spot sadly. An extra $40 on top of a $120 order is too much. Bad move by owners.

I would give this place a five because their service and prices are excellent, but the quality of the flower is not that good. They may have some great brands and strains, but they're not very fresh. Most of their flower is too old for me to spend my money on. That's why I stick to cartridges and pens

If you want what they call “Budget” weed please this place is the best. But if you ever plan to take advantage of there “40%” off of claybourne, the best brand they have don’t bother. The perform the bait and switch because they never have half ounces of any indica of claybourne but they try very hard to sell you all the super expensive 8ths of the indica claybourne that they have plenty of. Don’t get out on the list either because I had a young lady call me last night because I was on the list to buy claybourne. I show up today and they don’t have any. There are plenty places better than this closer.

This is my favorite dispensary of all time. I have never had a bad experience here and I’ve been coming here for about two years now. The staff always have amazing smiles on their faces, and they always exactly what would be best to suit what you’re looking for. The prices are amazing and there’s always a good deal going on.
