I had to grab a CBD edible last second so I stopped by here. After I purchased a product and realized it was way too strong, I came in the next day for a return. The store manager explained exactly why I misunderstood the dosage, handled my return/refund and properly explained what products to buy going forward. I am really impressed with their service and learnt a lot. The manager genuinely cared about my experience. This means a lot because CBD is hugely medicinal for me and not recreational at all.

Dominic and Pamela were great hosts for first time-customers, the store is well organized and spacious and the variety of product available give great choices, loved the displays of popular brands like Wyld. Since we had forgotten to bring enough cash, they quickly recommended an alternative brand and helped us with a current deal so we could still get what we needed. Check in was professional and convenient. Love the location so close on Telegraph and iconic shops near the campus entrance. Since we were from out of town, parking in the nearby structure and walking up and down the Main Street was a perfect lazy day to have a snack and stop on by.

I appreciated the communication from the Apocatherium, and I also like that the delivery was in the window of time originally stated in the checkout process. Also, that I got a text message notifying me of the immanent arrival of my delivery.Dominic was a sweetheart and very concerned about his service support to me. I am mobility challenged and he was very ready and willing to make the delivery as easy as possible.I’ve had two great deliveries in a row and look forward to my next purchase. She actually saved a long trip from Dublin to Berkeley. Parking was horrible and it was close to closing. She told me to double park and she’d have my order ready at the front counter which was a true blessing. Thanks again. I was completely out of my 40:1 .
