Been coming here for a while, the rewards program “was” great. I say that because you could get a free eighth with 400 pts, I finally was able to get my free eighth and went to redeem it and was told the system was down by the blonde manager and she acknowledged i indeed had a free one but since their system was down she told me to come back the following week which I did only to find out they made changes to their program and now it’s 500 pts to get the free eighth. I spoke with the tall manager girl and she was useless and said that the new requirement was 500 even tho I got my points before their program changed and the other manager had acknowledged I had a free eighth, I asked to speak to a higher up and was told she was the only one. I don’t do business with dishonest people so I will now be getting my eighths somewhere else. Glad they remodeled the place, now they just need to remodel their customer service cause it’s trash.

Losers. I’ve shopped there once a week loyally for a couple years until today. It’s a place run by children with self-important attitudes that frankly, make High Season suck as a choice for CBD edibles I used to enjoy on a lark to aid insomnia. A business in this niche and area can’t afford to treat its regulars the way it has been treating me lately. Enough. I am out. I wont darken their doorway again. Self important infantile a-holes. Goodbye losers. Learn how to treat bread and butter customers. Three strikes, you’re out. What a sad downhill process I’ve experienced in a place that had such potential in the HD. 🙁 I just changed my loyalty to the Jet Room.

Wasted my time driving down the freeway trying to get to the Adelanto location before it closed at 9pm. I arrived before 9pm only to have the access to the parking lot closed. When driving to the back of the property's parking lot the doors to the business were still open, but security would not allow anyone to enter, all still taking place before 9pm!!! If they close access to the parking lot at 8:55 like the security guard says, then it is false advertising to say that the business is open until 9pm when access to the parking lot ends at 8:55pm. The business should let consumers know on their website that the parking lot access is closed at 8:55pm and no more customers will be allowed into the building even tho "technically" they are advertised to be open until "9pm". LET CUSTOMERS KNOW ONLINE THAT IF THEY DONT MAKE IT BEFORE 8:55PM THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO THE PARKING LOT OR BUILDING. THIS WILL PREVENT PEOPLE FROM WASTING THEIR TIME AND GAS TRYING TO GET THERE BETWEEN 8:55PM AND 9PM!!!

Big building with plenty of seating in case you have to wait to make your purchase. The bud room is small and the stock is limited. That being said, the place was busy but we were served pretty fast. The bud tenders are friendly and they have some decent discounts on your first visit. So if you are in Adelanto and looking for some bud, infused gummies or drinks give them a try.

Not to impressed ....They where trying to pass off delta 9 stizzy that you by and any smoke shop as real THC ones for the same price as real ones costThe jet room tried the same thing.i ended up going to stizzy in Barstow and getting the real thing.... Don't be fooled when they tell you delta is tch it's not. Stizzy sells both types. but you can't get pure tch at a smoke shop only a dispensary can sell real THC cartridges.

They have security but for your protection not to watch you and the vibe is laid back. They have a wide assortment of products. When you call you get an actual person. They will look up products. I love them so much. My loyalty to them is because they show you your bis is really wanted. Very happy with this store. Thank you for your great customer service. Also they have a bathroom. I love them.
