I call them and they say it's just the distributor and it's gonna taste funky in a rude dismissive manner. but there's absolutely mold all over this ounce of red velvet flower I picked up, and for the price they charge you'd figure there'd be better quality control to make sure this doesn't happen, definitely won't be a return customer! They didn't even offer to have me bring it in so they can look or offer a discount/replacement on the next oz as I will be disposing of this weed immediately and will have to spend another hundred and sixty bucks! What a joke!

I have been there three times and have left very pleased everytime. I made an online order, received emails, and went to pick up my order. They had computer issues and I almost cried because I had been waiting for my favorite strain to be available for 6 months. They took very good care of me. The staff was wonderful and kept apologizing.I liked that you don't go in, give them $ for a package and sent out the door. They actually care and it shows. They also have a great selection.

I love the whole deli experience. It gives you an opportunity to actually smell the product that you are purchasing. Alot of products look good but don't always have those results after opening. Personally I don't mind this place. They're prices aren't the worst, but I have noticed they're .5g cartridges, especially they're wavelengths which I really do like. I feel like each time I get them they're less filled. They literally look and last like .3g. Also I know that when they are filled up all the way there is going to be a little bubble of an air gap, but the way they look now is unbelievable, literally a 1/3 of a gap of just air.

Honestly ever since recreational didn’t pass there quality has gone down on all the products but the prices still kept climbing , literally not even the street dealers put as much stems as they do 😂😐 they literally charge you to come in and shop almost an extra 10 bucks! But if u do pick up they give u the Nugs with the biggest stems to make up the weight 😒 we need to come to together and stop letting them take advantage of people and there medicine🙏💯

Really disappointed by customer service today. I was running late for a pick up and got to the doors right at close (within the minute). I had already been told on the phone that when the doors lock, they cannot help anyone. I totally understand and I tried to make it in time. However, the employee waiting by the door proceeded to tap his watch and laugh at me. A little empathy goes a long way, “I’m sorry we can’t serve you!” but was instead was met with discourtesy.

Dont buy your medicine here. Won’t refund or replace damaged product unless you discover it while you’re in the store. They were not stored improperly while in my possession. None of the others that were bought at the same time are melted.This is the problem with the Arkansas law. There is no competition for any of these places. They think you have to buy from them so why bother replacing bad product.I will gladly drive to the next closest dispensary or get my temp card in Oklahoma than to do business here again.

I liked the facility when it was in Bentonville, but the city taxes had always undone me on the pricing, I was hoping with the move to Rogers they would manage to be a touch cheaper, but unfortunately, they have failed me.Adding to this the atmosphere of the outside is the same as what you get on the inside. It's a much more professional setting, many may like such a change, but I find it off-putting.5 - Star Review because this place is a rock of the community, has quality service, friendly budtenders and deli-style bud, for when you have exactly 10 bucks for weed and they've got some killer aesthetic style (check out the THC molecule chandelier!)That said, if you're looking for bulk weed way better prices, I'll refer you to my review on Releaf.

The price was expensive but there was Compassion bud, bud discounted for those disabled and surviving on social security or other meager means. I just visited the lovely new building to learn there is no longer compassion or discounted bud. There still is some humanity at Acanza. I pray they never move or expand to a point they can no longer care either.

Every single person that was working was so nice and helpful, and made me feel so comfortable and confident in what I was purchasing! The one guy (long dark hair and beard, I forgot his name.. I’m sorry man ????) but he was incredible!! He talked me through a lot of different strains explaining everything about each one to me and making sure I got exactly what I came in for! When researching this is what I found “Revenue from the 6.5% sales tax has netted nearly $19 million since the first medical-marijuana businesses opened. That money goes into the state's general revenue fund, supporting a variety of state agencies, including those that oversee the medical cannabis program.” This quote is referring to money made from medical marijuana in Arkansas. With that being said there is no reason there shouldn’t be more dispensaries available with lower prices. -.-

Here’s the thing- marijuana in Arkansas is expensive/overpriced no matter where you go! I LOVE The Source. From the guard to the counter service, everything is quick and so personal. They make you feel so comfortable, and are so welcoming. I have never had a bad experience. My first visit I got some edibles from an online order, and the guy at counter made me aware that another brand was a better deal! He was more than happy to switch it out for me. There's a pretty bad flower shortage in arkansas Right now. The dispensary I usually go to didn't even have any. So I tried this place today and it was amazing. Clean. Zero regard for customer service. There are a few guys that work there that are EXTREMELY RUDE. Their prices are better than RELeaf’s usually. Recently they raised their prices by $3 on their concentrates with no explanation or reason. Oh and the owners will also be growing as well. There are very few licenses awarded by the AR MMJ commission, you would think that would be a conflict of interest.

Absolutely horrible experience to start! We drove an hour to get to The Source. I even called ahead and explained our unique situation, and they assured me they would be able to support us. When I arrived, they refused to allow me to be with my mother-in-law who is in a wheelchair and has a head injury and is paralyzed on her left side, despite the fact I called ahead and they said they would help us out. Clear violation of the ADA!! They made us leave and refused to speak to us further. It got better because another person came out, apologizing for the situation. They were able to serve my mother-in-law with my support. This rescued the review from a 1 star! Not sure if we will return!

I’m not sure how this place is still up and running. The staff doesn’t know much about their own product but you can definitely tell they use there own product on the clock. Between constant order mess ups and the exponentially long waiting times I’m not sure why people still use them? The medical quality is sub par. The staff never wants you there and when you are expect to wait generally about 4-5 hours until your online order is ready and then you still have to wait at the store. Relief center not only has 10X better medical cleaner location and the staff is not high on their own supply so you can actually have an intellectual convo about what you’re buying. No bias with this comment please just don’t waste your time

Pretty good facility, its ALWAYS busy near close so make sure you can get your order earlier in the day if you're busy like I am. ATM on site, I'm charged. It probably isnt JUST this dispensary, but I've had an issue with every edible I have purchased. I have a high tolerance, but I shouldnt be able to eat 1250mg of edibles in a day and feel nothing from them. Thats more a PSA for the area than a comment about this place though.

I would love to see prices drop. Packaging is good but the label when put vertically on the larger containers make it difficult to remove cleanly. Those were my only complaints.I've gotten good service every time but once but I haven't seen that employee since so it seems they do care about their customers satisfaction when it comes to how their employees treat their customers.The filling of my online orders have dropped drastically in the time it takes to get them filled. They know what they're doing and they help make their customers feel welcome even during this period of time we have found ourselves in.

I've been there at times when they were double parking people and still didn't have enough spots and no one was directing people where to go or how to get a number and get in line. They have friendly staff & if the person helping you cant answer your question then a co-worker usually can. They sell flower by the gram & if you have a strict budget will try to keep you under it. Other Dispensaries sell pre-packaged so the price is the price. You can pick out each bud if you want here. They have concentrates & supplies to use them. They do get BUSY so be patient or place order online to pick it up when you get there. If you are new to this, being able to buy in small quantities will be much more affordable to find what works for you personally.

Personally I don't mind this place. They're prices aren't the worst, but I have noticed they're .5g cartridges, especially they're wavelengths which I really do like. I feel like each time I get them they're less filled. They literally look and last like .3g. Also I know that when they are filled up all the way there is going to be a little bubble of an air gap, but the way they look now is unbelievable, literally a 1/3 of a gap of just air.

Really disappointed by customer service today. I was running late for a pick up and got to the doors right at close (within the minute). I had already been told on the phone that when the doors lock, they cannot help anyone. I totally understand and I tried to make it in time. Zero regard for customer service. There are a few guys that work there that are EXTREMELY RUDE. Their prices are better than RELeaf’s usually. Recently they raised their prices by $3 on their concentrates with no explanation or reason. Oh and the owners will also be growing as well. There are very few licenses awarded by the AR MMJ commission, you would think that would be a conflict of interest.

Absolutely horrible experience to start! We drove an hour to get to The Source. I even called ahead and explained our unique situation, and they assured me they would be able to support us. When I arrived, they refused to allow me to be with my mother-in-law who is in a wheelchair and has a head injury and is paralyzed on her left side, despite the fact I called ahead and they said they would help us out. Clear violation of the ADA!! They made us leave and refused to speak to us further. It got better because another person came out, apologizing for the situation. They were able to serve my mother-in-law with my support. This rescued the review from a 1 star! Not sure if we will return!

I’m not sure how this place is still up and running. The staff doesn’t know much about their own product but you can definitely tell they use there own product on the clock. Between constant order mess ups and the exponentially long waiting times I’m not sure why people still use them? The medical quality is sub par. The staff never wants you there and when you are expect to wait generally about 4-5 hours until your online order is ready and then you still have to wait at the store. Relief center not only has 10X better medical cleaner location and the staff is not high on their own supply so you can actually have an intellectual convo about what you’re buying. No bias with this comment please just don’t waste your time

Pretty good facility, its ALWAYS busy near close so make sure you can get your order earlier in the day if you're busy like I am. ATM on site, I'm charged. It probably isnt JUST this dispensary, but I've had an issue with every edible I have purchased. I have a high tolerance, but I shouldnt be able to eat 1250mg of edibles in a day and feel nothing from them. Thats more a PSA for the area than a comment about this place though.

Shout out to Megan, she did give me a bandaide one time during one of the longer waits when I had cut my finger on accident, also shout out to Adam, for always talking to me and keeping me entertained during some of the longer waits in line.. I would love to see prices drop. Packaging is good but the label when put vertically on the larger containers make it difficult to remove cleanly. Those were my only complaints.I've gotten good service every time but once but I haven't seen that employee since so it seems they do care about their customers satisfaction when it comes to how their employees treat their customers.The filling of my online orders have dropped drastically in the time it takes to get them filled. They know what they're doing and they help make their customers feel welcome even during this period of time we have found ourselves in.

The experience can really depend on how crowded it is. The fewer people the better. I've been there at times when they were double parking people and still didn't have enough spots and no one was directing people where to go or how to get a number and get in line. If it's crowded it can make for a stressful experience.

When customers put in an online order, and it's going to be 24-48 hours to get ready, ya'll should take the time to be considerate and send out a text so your customers aren't sitting there watching their phones for confirmation for 2 days. Like I have nothing better to do than sit and watch my phone for confirmation for hours. They just don't want you going somewhere else. All about the money. Ya'll aren't even answering the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. Really how long does it take to throw items in a bag and have an order ready? Done with this place.

First visit to an Arkansas dispensary. It was about what I expected, overpriced compared to other states but seem to have a good selection of flower. The girl that helped me was pretty knowledge about strains and could answer questions I had. Edibles and cartridges are just too much for me to even give a chance to. Give it some time, I think the prices will get better and more of a selection.

Friendly, competent, and capable bud tenders are found here. I highly recommend going during the day or you could end up waiting for quite a while during peek hours. (As expected.) Ordering online is a fast and easy option also in order to get out quicker. My only complaint is their parking. Be aware there may not be a spot for you on a Friday night.

They have friendly staff & if the person helping you cant answer your question then a co-worker usually can. They sell flower by the gram & if you have a strict budget will try to keep you under it. Other Dispensaries sell pre-packaged so the price is the price. You can pick out each bud if you want here. They have concentrates & supplies to use them. They do get BUSY so be patient or place order online to pick it up when you get there. If you are new to this, being able to buy in small quantities will be much more affordable to find what works for you personally.
