It’s the ultimate experience every time I go here! The budtenders are amazing and very acknowledged about the products on site which on average is over 500. As I patient and frequent customer the daily $10 3.5s and the smiles as if I make their daze is a key reason why I go. I am a visiting patient from Florida originally, and I am blown away by the quality and the price of the medicine I purchased here. The variety of edible products is so impressive. Tried the hot chocolate mix and someMilk chocolate, as well as the cookies and cream chocolate bar. Also got some flower which was so much cheaper than Florida. 2 eighths for 35$, and it’s good quality and fresh. Definitely will be coming back here. Very knowledgeable staff as well!

I love this place but they need to recant their “price match guarantee” for the simple reason that they don’t actually honor this price match guarantee once you’re actually in the store. Don’t believe me? Try for yourself and I will guarantee you will NOT obtain the price match. Even if you provide all the relevant proof that it’s being sold for less they will either say its “out of stock”, or “it’s not the same product” (even when it is literally from the same batch), OR, like my latest visit they simply won’t honor it. It’s bizarre I don’t understand it but this is text book FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

My second time using this dispensary, I would give 5 stars but they don’t really let you smell the products before buying which I thought was a little weird because all of the others in the area let you smell stuff before buying to know what you’re buying.On the other hand I can also appreciate that because the product stays fresh.also they don’t ever do oz deals like all of the other places do. The delivery is absolutely awesome and their prices are super competitive on everything, the staff is always super friendly and helpful. The people here are nice and helpful, the selection and flower pricing isn’t great. I seem to get popcorn buds more often than not, even on top shelf products. The “Deals” on flower are not really deals, the $10-$15 dollar 8ths are baby popcorn buds that don’t taste or smell very good. No price break on oz either. With stopping by if you need a cheap 8er and don’t really care the quality but if you’re buying anything more just go to the source and get a good selection of $100oz to pick from. I’ve been shopping here since August 2023 and prices have gone up while quality drops. I live 5 min from relief center but regularly choose traveling to the source for %90 of my purchases.

I live 5 minutes from the source, and id still rather drive 22 minutes to come here. The staff are always sweet, i brought my breaded dragon and they all loved her! I always leave a tip when i can, because how could you not. their so kind here. This is the only dispensary I ever been to so I have nothing to compare it to. After parking and walking up to the bldg. I was greeted by a security guard who told me where to go. They had a line outside I'm thinking maybe they can only allow so many in at a time. It wasn't too bad the day I went but I could only imagine waiting outside when it's over 100 out! The line when pretty fast I would say within 10min I was in the bldg. They have specials each day so something is always on sale that's nice. One drawback at all Arkansas dispensaries they won't take a credit card. They will take a debit card but they use it like you visited an ATM an they charge you a $3.50 fee! Lucky for my I bank with Charles Schwab (free checking) and they reimburse any and all ATM fees at the end of the month so I got my $3.50 back. If you don't have the option I suggest you bring cash to avoid the fee. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and even said I could speak with a pharmacist if I wanted to! They have a delivery option but I believe it cost money and they also only deliver so far. They did say you can get your first delivery free! Overall I highly recommend the place and think they have done great so far! I look forward to the improvements they make over time.

Not going to lie. I have shopped around. I always like getting the most for my money but I also love quality over quantity. Which is great that they have Shake because I can try the more high-end stuff to see if I like it without spending a lot and being disappointed. I have a long history of medical problems and so I'm always looking for new information about how to improve my quality of life. No matter the amount of questions I have, they'll always answer to the best of their ability, and if they can't they will go grab someone to answer your questions. They're very nice about getting seating at the desk if you need it, and if you have a brain injury like me, they are very understanding and are one of the better dispensaries that are patient with me because I don't always ask questions correctly the first time. And my God are they located in a beautiful area(less taxes too). Although there is no indoor waiting area they always keep it cool or heated with outside equipment. The lines are really never that long and if they are I'm not waiting very long. They typically have six people to do orders so the wait time is really not that bad. I really don't know what else to say because at least six of these people know me by face or name and having that rapport is very helpful because of my medical problems and my brain injury. So if you have a brain injury I'm telling you this is the place you should go; patient, kind, courteous. Love you all!

Not a good experience at all. The staff is unhelpful. Overcrowded, hard to hear and you order from a screen once you make it through the over crowded maze. It’s a drive thru you have to walk into to be served in hamburger flinging fashion. $20 gummies were $40 ++ and they were telling me they have the lowest prices. Nah. Pass the place up if you can. Find a place with a helpful staff. This isn’t it. The drive is pretty - only positive feedback from me.

I really liked this facility, until recently they let an employee intimidate and assault someone OFF the property. They took the employees side, without even wanting to hear the other side. Really really sad that these are the things that go on behind scenes, and they support it.I wouldn’t want a predator working at my company, BUT….they feel differently. Choose wisely where you do business. Because even when there is proof that there are TWO sides, the BOYS in charge protect the mentally unstable employee. Very sad situation. And they won’t care, but they are losing some great customers due to the disgust.

The process was actually very quick and within 10 minutes I was with a budtender.I can't remember her name, but she was very knowledgeable. She gave me a run down, and I told her what I have had success with, and she was able to steep me to the correct strains.. The rest of the staff were super friendly as well. Went to pick it up at 730 (30 miles away). Cashed out, received change and right as i was about to leave, they said "Wait! We cant sell you that, theres a problem with the tracking number." Not only that, they only offered me a LESSER quality product as a substitution. Maybe its just me. But you should offer equal or better substitutions if a patient gets hosed. My mother also had an order cancelled after it was supposedly ready to be picked up. She drove from an hour away and received a text in the parking lot, that they were out of what she had ordered. Even though she had received a text earlier saying her order was ready. I suggest delivery. Just in case...

Amazing service and people but astronomical A++ level prices for B-, C+ product. 60$ for a HALF gram cart that when tested yields almost 18% less THC than advertised and tastes like reclaim. The employees are super kind and very helpful, the wait is usually never long, and prices are mostly great when they're not having an outage every other day.However, because of constant, low inventory..Releaf will only allow you to buy one (one a day!) of their tier 4 and will not lower any other prices (concentrates, edibles, etc) when they're low on flower. Their constant shortage means having us patients drive there, daily. The drive out there is already long enough, and curvy and sort of out in the middle of nowhere. So, they expect us to use a lot of gas (a 55 mile round-trip for myself) getting out there to buy just one eighth...A DAY.????????♀️Most people can't afford the other tiers, so folks like me have to wait for their $25 eighth deals. I wish they could be more considerate of us patients when they are "experiencing low shortages" and drop some prices of their other products until they resolve their flower issues. But one can only wish, right?One more thing. The parking lot is too small! I don't know how many people have almost hit my car backing out of that place. Few employees are actually knowledgeable about the medicine they provide. During the heat of august they have made EVERYONE wear masks OUTSIDE in direct sun light. I watched a woman fall out due to heat stroke and others having to sit down because it’s just to hot and humid to have a mask on and be breathing in that humid hot air. I my self have experienced sun poisoning and a severe sun burn after I waited 2 1/2 hours outside in direct sunlight. I had to go to the doctor afterwards and then slept for the rest of the day. Another thing is why are we getting completely flat buds? Go back to the glass jars because these bags are really doing an injustice to the look and smoke-ability of the product. There is potential to this place and I hope they get all these things addressed soon .

Sometimes they try to be slick and not mention they’ve had to change half my order. Fix your website and educate your staff. When actually told they’re out of what I want they never fail to recommend the blandest weakest option they do have. When out of a certain concentrate they’ll recommend flower. I’ll put it plainly when I order something that’s 82% thc and your out recommend another concentrate in the 80s not something in the 60s or 70s. I've been twice. I heard my brother in law talk very highly of them so I checked them out. I'm so glad I did. They don't try and sell you the most expensive stuff, they're honest, they make sure to use you name and treat you like an individual, not a number or random customer. When I got my permanent card as soon as they saw it they asked if I wanted it laminated. Standing in like isn't everyone's favorite thing but they chat, try to make it as safe and entertaining as possible. They also make sure to have water and Gatorade on hand and make sure you know you can get some, the security guy even brings it to you and will try and find a specific color/flavor if they got it in the ice chest. They're awesome and best customer service.

This was my top place to go before my last encounter. Before as long as it was all tier one I could get however many buddy and get the special ounce price of 435 which is still way to high. But I understand it’s one of the few dispensaries open so they have to get there money. This last time after I checked out they told me they can’t do it like that. Employees enjoy their work, are becoming more professional every time I visit. The text messaged deals I received weren't enticing enough to make me raid my retirement account given I drive 40 miles round trip to take advantage of them. On one occasion, I opted to physically go rather than order on line and that decision subsequently punished me briskly because they ran out before I got there (and the selections offered at that savings only totalled (as I recall) all of two available to begin with. May I suggest broadening the 'deals' appeal to the most consumers by lowering prices, obtaining sufficient bulk quantities to satisfy everyone wanting however they choose to order, and don't forget to factor in the client's drive time and overall hassle compared to their more metropolitan competitors (some of whom, incidentally, sell their product for much less when able). They could also stop pushing that on line ordering so hard. It is seemingly their preferred sales method, and is suffocating those who don't shop that way. It's difficult to navigate to the in-store-only menu items available because the online ordering seems to be overarching and may be detering those who to like to menu browse, travel, and select their purchase in person. A large dose of leniency is warranted though, as all of this is new territory for shopkeepers and customers alike, and the wrinkle ironing will continue for some time. DEFINITELY worth your time to investigate, however. GREAT People. GREAT Product. GREAT Experience. Should you find yourself shopping here, I predict smiles for miles.

Staff was knowledgeable, my wait was VERY short, and I was totally satisfied with my stop there. Got my medical card laminated, too. The gal that took care of me offered! Give them a try. They really can answer your questions. There was a woman in a wheelchair there. She needed some education, and freely git all of her answers. Good job for the first timer!!! Very glad I stopped.

Decent prices as well, I was surprised to find my order was a bit cheeper than I thought it would be. All in all good experience. In the future a parking lot and a nice mud free waiting are would be nice. It is a new place however doing something completely new in our state so I'm sure these things will come in time. My one real complaint, is the bathroom situation. No on wants to use an outdoor port a potty and for many of your disabled clients is harder still. This should be a priority.

I love this place but they need to recant their “price match guarantee” for the simple reason that they don’t actually honor this price match guarantee once you’re actually in the store. Don’t believe me? Try for yourself and I will guarantee you will NOT obtain the price match. Even if you provide all the relevant proof that it’s being sold for less they will either say its “out of stock”, or “it’s not the same product” (even when it is literally from the same batch), OR, like my latest visit they simply won’t honor it. The “Deals” on flower are not really deals, the $10-$15 dollar 8ths are baby popcorn buds that don’t taste or smell very good. No price break on oz either. With stopping by if you need a cheap 8er and don’t really care the quality but if you’re buying anything more just go to the source and get a good selection of $100oz to pick from. I’ve been shopping here since August 2023 and prices have gone up while quality drops. I live 5 min from relief center but regularly choose traveling to the source for %90 of my purchases.

This is the only dispensary I ever been to so I have nothing to compare it to. After parking and walking up to the bldg. I was greeted by a security guard who told me where to go. They had a line outside I'm thinking maybe they can only allow so many in at a time. It wasn't too bad the day I went but I could only imagine waiting outside when it's over 100 out! The line when pretty fast I would say within 10min I was in the bldg. They have specials each day so something is always on sale that's nice. One drawback at all Arkansas dispensaries they won't take a credit card. They will take a debit card but they use it like you visited an ATM an they charge you a $3.50 fee! Lucky for my I bank with Charles Schwab (free checking) and they reimburse any and all ATM fees at the end of the month so I got my $3.50 back. If you don't have the option I suggest you bring cash to avoid the fee. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and even said I could speak with a pharmacist if I wanted to! They have a delivery option but I believe it cost money and they also only deliver so far. They did say you can get your first delivery free! Overall I highly recommend the place and think they have done great so far! I look forward to the improvements they make over time.

Not going to lie. I have shopped around. I always like getting the most for my money but I also love quality over quantity. Which is great that they have Shake because I can try the more high-end stuff to see if I like it without spending a lot and being disappointed. I have a long history of medical problems and so I'm always looking for new information about how to improve my quality of life. No matter the amount of questions I have, they'll always answer to the best of their ability, and if they can't they will go grab someone to answer your questions. They're very nice about getting seating at the desk if you need it, and if you have a brain injury like me, they are very understanding and are one of the better dispensaries that are patient with me because I don't always ask questions correctly the first time. And my God are they located in a beautiful area(less taxes too). Although there is no indoor waiting area they always keep it cool or heated with outside equipment. The lines are really never that long and if they are I'm not waiting very long. They typically have six people to do orders so the wait time is really not that bad. I really don't know what else to say because at least six of these people know me by face or name and having that rapport is very helpful because of my medical problems and my brain injury. So if you have a brain injury I'm telling you this is the place you should go; patient, kind, courteous. Love you all!

I really liked this facility, until recently they let an employee intimidate and assault someone OFF the property. They took the employees side, without even wanting to hear the other side. Really really sad that these are the things that go on behind scenes, and they support it.I wouldn’t want a predator working at my company, BUT….they feel differently. Choose wisely where you do business. Because even when there is proof that there are TWO sides, the BOYS in charge protect the mentally unstable employee. Very sad situation. The employees are super kind and very helpful, the wait is usually never long, and prices are mostly great when they're not having an outage every other day.However, because of constant, low inventory..Releaf will only allow you to buy one (one a day!) of their tier 4 and will not lower any other prices (concentrates, edibles, etc) when they're low on flower. Their constant shortage means having us patients drive there, daily. The drive out there is already long enough, and curvy and sort of out in the middle of nowhere. So, they expect us to use a lot of gas (a 55 mile round-trip for myself) getting out there to buy just one eighth...A DAY.????????♀️Most people can't afford the other tiers, so folks like me have to wait for their $25 eighth deals. I wish they could be more considerate of us patients when they are "experiencing low shortages" and drop some prices of their other products until they resolve their flower issues. But one can only wish, right?One more thing. The parking lot is too small! I don't know how many people have almost hit my car backing out of that place. Few employees are actually knowledgeable about the medicine they provide. During the heat of august they have made EVERYONE wear masks OUTSIDE in direct sun light. I watched a woman fall out due to heat stroke and others having to sit down because it’s just to hot and humid to have a mask on and be breathing in that humid hot air. I my self have experienced sun poisoning and a severe sun burn after I waited 2 1/2 hours outside in direct sunlight. I had to go to the doctor afterwards and then slept for the rest of the day. Another thing is why are we getting completely flat buds? Go back to the glass jars because these bags are really doing an injustice to the look and smoke-ability of the product. There is potential to this place and I hope they get all these things addressed soon .

Sometimes they try to be slick and not mention they’ve had to change half my order. Fix your website and educate your staff. When actually told they’re out of what I want they never fail to recommend the blandest weakest option they do have. When out of a certain concentrate they’ll recommend flower. I’ll put it plainly when I order something that’s 82% thc and your out recommend another concentrate in the 80s not something in the 60s or 70s. Hope you get it right for others because I’m never coming back

I've been twice. I heard my brother in law talk very highly of them so I checked them out. I'm so glad I did. They don't try and sell you the most expensive stuff, they're honest, they make sure to use you name and treat you like an individual, not a number or random customer. When I got my permanent card as soon as they saw it they asked if I wanted it laminated. Standing in like isn't everyone's favorite thing but they chat, try to make it as safe and entertaining as possible. They also make sure to have water and Gatorade on hand and make sure you know you can get some, the security guy even brings it to you and will try and find a specific color/flavor if they got it in the ice chest. They're awesome and best customer service.

Well they have raised their senior citizen discount to 65. Check with Google. 55 is the age almost all places that give senior discount. The prices are not that good. Your better off getting an Oklahoma card and taking the drive. Prices in Oklahoma are far better.

This was my top place to go before my last encounter. Before as long as it was all tier one I could get however many buddy and get the special ounce price of 435 which is still way to high. But I understand it’s one of the few dispensaries open so they have to get there money. This last time after I checked out they told me they can’t do it like that. Employees enjoy their work, are becoming more professional every time I visit. The text messaged deals I received weren't enticing enough to make me raid my retirement account given I drive 40 miles round trip to take advantage of them. On one occasion, I opted to physically go rather than order on line and that decision subsequently punished me briskly because they ran out before I got there (and the selections offered at that savings only totalled (as I recall) all of two available to begin with. May I suggest broadening the 'deals' appeal to the most consumers by lowering prices, obtaining sufficient bulk quantities to satisfy everyone wanting however they choose to order, and don't forget to factor in the client's drive time and overall hassle compared to their more metropolitan competitors (some of whom, incidentally, sell their product for much less when able). They could also stop pushing that on line ordering so hard. It is seemingly their preferred sales method, and is suffocating those who don't shop that way. It's difficult to navigate to the in-store-only menu items available because the online ordering seems to be overarching and may be detering those who to like to menu browse, travel, and select their purchase in person. A large dose of leniency is warranted though, as all of this is new territory for shopkeepers and customers alike, and the wrinkle ironing will continue for some time. DEFINITELY worth your time to investigate, however. GREAT People. GREAT Product. GREAT Experience. Should you find yourself shopping here, I predict smiles for miles.

Staff was knowledgeable, my wait was VERY short, and I was totally satisfied with my stop there. Got my medical card laminated, too. The gal that took care of me offered! Give them a try. They really can answer your questions. There was a woman in a wheelchair there. She needed some education, and freely git all of her answers. Good job for the first timer!!! Very glad I stopped.

Nice place. Good people. A little less volume on the in store music might be a good thing. Most of the people in the store had trouble hearing their sales associates. Decent prices as well, I was surprised to find my order was a bit cheeper than I thought it would be. All in all good experience. In the future a parking lot and a nice mud free waiting are would be nice. It is a new place however doing something completely new in our state so I'm sure these things will come in time. My one real complaint, is the bathroom situation. No on wants to use an outdoor port a potty and for many of your disabled clients is harder still. This should be a priority.
