I'm on crutches due to the type of cancer I have so it was very nice to have everyone go out of their way to help me with doors in and out as well as allowing me in to sit down and complete the first time form. They definitely seem very knowledgeable and im confident if I had any questions they would be able to answer them for me. I also really love the booklet they give you to keep track of things, as someone on a chemotherapy regimen as well as multiple medications to keep track of, it'll be really useful to keep track of what helps most with my post treatment symptoms! Overall 10/10 experience and I would recommend!

I have been going to Pure Spirit for a few years and I have never had a bad experience. The GM is super sweet and covered $6 of my order for me because I didn't realize I was a little short. She took the time on a super busy 420 weekend to help me get my order paid and never once quit smiling. Everyone i have ever spoken to in this dispensary has always been so sweet and informative. The distillate carts that be 1G don't even taste like the carts from the previous years like they taste more fake than real, like the 1G aren't even over half full of actually THC concentrate, I can heat it up just slightly an the botanicals moves an I can separate the THC from the Botanicals, I miss the NSM carts, instead those are harder to find, an now it's better off just buying the RSO oil an making my own carts. Because when I buy 1G vape carts here or at any other Arkansas dispensary it taste legit after few puffs but then when it's in my pocket all the non-THC-Weed gets mixed with the real, for the flavor botanicals be on top but when vape cart warms up in pocket from body heat it mixes, before the mix it's usually clear then after it mixes it is yellow, in the pictures the lesser yellow be the THC and the more Yellow part be the cut aka botanicals/e-juice flavors. Even NSM taste cut these days don't let me comment get you thinking NSM different because they all cut these days SMH You buy a gram an you get less than half in THC the bigger half just be flavored stuff that melts at a lower temperature.

Even though I am disabled I have been an extremely loyal customer which purchased a lot of medicine from this company every month for years so I guess that kind of loyalty is frowned upon at this establishment! I guess this store was finally overtaken with greed! They decided to take a 10% discount away from their truest patients who are elderly and disabled! It is really disgusting! Whoever in the company came up with this idea should be fired! My experience is here was great until they decided to take away a 10% Social Security Disability discount! They claim that they are losing money! I'll guarantee there are hundreds of ways they can save money and not had to take it from the true medical cannabis patients! They serve! I used to recommend this place to so many people! There are several really good dispensaries close by so, what do you think I say these days? Hats off to the employees that have no control over such greed! Out of all the dispensaries I've been to this one has shown the biggest sign of disrespect to True medical marijuana patients than I have ever seen in my nearly 5 years of purchasing Arkansas cannabis! Shopped here for 3 years, once a month religiously. It's so awesome to buy an OZ of water leaves for 100.00! Wth? 2nd photo is literally the extent of an ounce of "smokable" medical grade cannabis. It weighed out 1.5 grams of usable smoke out of an entire oz of product. What a waste of my precious cash again!Previous two purchases, the buds had so many seeds it was as bad as cartel dirt weed. I thought this sometimes happens but my last 4 trips have been nothing but resource waste. Shake, seeds, weigh outs not right. Smh.This used to be a top notch dispensary. Since changing locations.. the product has been poorer and the customer service has been meh at best with the less than stellar bud tenders I manage to pull.It is my opinion the "sale flower" is less cost effective in the end. All of it, Bold, Natural State, Osage Creek.. don't buy it. They sell you less than popcorn buds but call it a deal. It's not. My last "popcorn bud" sale was 8 Natural State Medicine 3.5 gram packages that weighed out an average 3.2 grams per package... not 3.5.Do that math, it's not in your favor. It's seedy, dry af and not what you paid for.I feel extremely cheated. Now, what am I supposed to do for medicine this month? I don't have extra cash just laying around and you probably don't either. I mean, I have 15 dollars in store credit but what's that? Less than a weeks worth of medicine. Just spend more elsewhere.

I love Purspirit. They have good, rotational sales. You can find fresher product on sale. You can find higher THC on sale. Their staff is friendly, their managers are on point and the director is great! Their new location is easy to navigate. I like all the dispensary's- but Purspirit is my go to and I usually save way more money than expected for quality medical. Keep up the good work Gates ;).

Great people. But more importantly the prices are a bit steep on the whole, but the prices are getting better ($25-$30 quarters, $100-$130 ounce sales on flowers with 20% + thc). With Oklahoma raking in tons of money from Arkansas because ounces start at $30 and a nonresident medical marijuana card is only $100 a month there, it's good to see some price breaks intermittently but wish they were permanent. Considering the average cost to grow is $350 a lbs, and the retail cost is $2000-$4000 a lbs, it's pretty ridiculous for medicine, but hopefully the prices will continue to lower as more patients seek alternative relief. Good staff.

Great staff and service, but why are holidays used to promote sales? I have never heard of a pharmacy having a sale, or holiday sale on pharmaceuticals. It’s medical but marketed as if it were recreational. Why? Fluctuating the prices daily shows the profit, and it’s a bit frustrating. Find a medium price and be consistent with that price.

I am still new to all of this and not to mention out of town. This place has it all!!! Their employees were the kindest people I met nearly my entire trip. They were extremely helpful even tried to help me save money by coming by another day for some of the products I was interested in. In MS we are still getting started so the pricing of our stuff is way higher and we only have flower, gummies and vapes. I was thrilled when I found out all I had to was get a out of state card. However like I said still I was nervous. Within seconds the employes made it such a joy I would love just to go back.

I have gotten shorted on 2 separate occasions now and 3 different product the first time it was 1.9 instead of 3.5 pleasant experience getting it corrected the second time it was 3.3 on a $40/eight of primo, the 2nd was 2.9 on a$50 exotic, they wanted to do a 10$ credit on a $90 quarter that was .7 short then wanted to be rude about it and said this is the last time they would fix it, well don’t sell short product if you don’t want to fix it, go to Acanza they are cheaper and much better about the product I have never been shorted there and if I was I’m sure they’d give me the bud I paid for. Also this was weighed on 2 different scales same weight

There's little to no direction on how to enter the building, im expected to know what the beeps mean at the door? It's incredibly loud once inside, I can't speak loud enough to be heard. Then once taken back to purchase - it's best not to ask any questions, because you won't get any actual answers. There needs to be more information on strains and products in general, if that's not what the bud tenders are for. I dread going in every time.

I visited for the first time and was immediately told that I did not stand in front of the door correctly by the two security men up front. They were grouchy and rude for lack of a better word. I was not greeted or welcomed in but rather corrected for doing something that I didn’t know to do in the first place. They have such a selection of all types of products, from flowers to chocolates, CBD to cookbooks!! You really start to wonder whether or not it's a HIPA violation or something of the sort to have your patients line up in front of your building so that everyone who passes by can see that you are a patient and waiting. Also the woman at the door seems a little controlling. I listened to her nit pick several things including a guy standing a foot further out than the woman wanted him to while waiting in line to go in. Overall a decent place with nice people working just extremely slow.

I love this dispensary. I have been to a few others and, while most are VERY busy, the people here tend to really want to understand your needs. They don't rush you if you ask questions and I generally have at least a few. I tend to watch the line whenever I drive by and just swing in during their more quiet times. They do run some specials and I have found that, unless you want a sale item, it is best to avoid sale times due to the lines.

I'm on crutches due to the type of cancer I have so it was very nice to have everyone go out of their way to help me with doors in and out as well as allowing me in to sit down and complete the first time form. They definitely seem very knowledgeable and im confident if I had any questions they would be able to answer them for me. I also really love the booklet they give you to keep track of things, as someone on a chemotherapy regimen as well as multiple medications to keep track of, it'll be really useful to keep track of what helps most with my post treatment symptoms! Overall 10/10 experience and I would recommend!

The distillate carts that be 1G don't even taste like the carts from the previous years like they taste more fake than real, like the 1G aren't even over half full of actually THC concentrate, I can heat it up just slightly an the botanicals moves an I can separate the THC from the Botanicals, I miss the NSM carts, instead those are harder to find, an now it's better off just buying the RSO oil an making my own carts. Because when I buy 1G vape carts here or at any other Arkansas dispensary it taste legit after few puffs but then when it's in my pocket all the non-THC-Weed gets mixed with the real, for the flavor botanicals be on top but when vape cart warms up in pocket from body heat it mixes, before the mix it's usually clear then after it mixes it is yellow, in the pictures the lesser yellow be the THC and the more Yellow part be the cut aka botanicals/e-juice flavors. Even NSM taste cut these days don't let me comment get you thinking NSM different because they all cut these days SMH You buy a gram an you get less than half in THC the bigger half just be flavored stuff that melts at a lower temperature.

I guess this store was finally overtaken with greed! They decided to take a 10% discount away from their truest patients who are elderly and disabled! It is really disgusting! Whoever in the company came up with this idea should be fired! My experience is here was great until they decided to take away a 10% Social Security Disability discount! They claim that they are losing money! I'll guarantee there are hundreds of ways they can save money and not had to take it from the true medical cannabis patients! They serve! I used to recommend this place to so many people! There are several really good dispensaries close by so, what do you think I say these days? Shopped here for 3 years, once a month religiously. It's so awesome to buy an OZ of water leaves for 100.00! Wth? 2nd photo is literally the extent of an ounce of "smokable" medical grade cannabis. It weighed out 1.5 grams of usable smoke out of an entire oz of product. What a waste of my precious cash again!Previous two purchases, the buds had so many seeds it was as bad as cartel dirt weed. I thought this sometimes happens but my last 4 trips have been nothing but resource waste. Shake, seeds, weigh outs not right. Smh.This used to be a top notch dispensary. Since changing locations.. the product has been poorer and the customer service has been meh at best with the less than stellar bud tenders I manage to pull.It is my opinion the "sale flower" is less cost effective in the end. All of it, Bold, Natural State, Osage Creek.. don't buy it. They sell you less than popcorn buds but call it a deal. It's not. My last "popcorn bud" sale was 8 Natural State Medicine 3.5 gram packages that weighed out an average 3.2 grams per package... not 3.5.Do that math, it's not in your favor. It's seedy, dry af and not what you paid for.I feel extremely cheated. Now, what am I supposed to do for medicine this month? I don't have extra cash just laying around and you probably don't either. I mean, I have 15 dollars in store credit but what's that? Less than a weeks worth of medicine. Just spend more elsewhere.

Great people. But more importantly the prices are a bit steep on the whole, but the prices are getting better ($25-$30 quarters, $100-$130 ounce sales on flowers with 20% + thc). With Oklahoma raking in tons of money from Arkansas because ounces start at $30 and a nonresident medical marijuana card is only $100 a month there, it's good to see some price breaks intermittently but wish they were permanent. Considering the average cost to grow is $350 a lbs, and the retail cost is $2000-$4000 a lbs, it's pretty ridiculous for medicine, but hopefully the prices will continue to lower as more patients seek alternative relief. Good staff.

There's little to no direction on how to enter the building, im expected to know what the beeps mean at the door? It's incredibly loud once inside, I can't speak loud enough to be heard. Then once taken back to purchase - it's best not to ask any questions, because you won't get any actual answers. There needs to be more information on strains and products in general, if that's not what the bud tenders are for. I dread going in every time.

Everyone is easy to approach and ask those questions that might sound 'stupid' - trust me, I ask lots of 'stupid questions' and sometimes haven't known to ask other questions- and *never* has anyone at Purspirit ever be anything but kind, thoughtful and thorough in making sure I understand the answer and am comfortable in my purchase. These things make ALL the difference to me. So much that I have not gone anywhere else for my medical cannabis purchases.

Every person there is so friendly and helpful. They are all very knowledgeable as I do not know much about utilizing their products, but am comfortable asking them even the simplest of questions. They have such a selection of all types of products, from flowers to chocolates, CBD to cookbooks!! I love that they have a pharmacist who can be spoken with regarding potential Interactions with other medications. Very clean, and secure. Protocol is clearly followed by all employees. Also much, much closer than the one in Bentonville, and they sell the same product (of those I've seen.) Photos aren't possible for security reasons.

These people are nice but slow. You really start to wonder whether or not it's a HIPA violation or something of the sort to have your patients line up in front of your building so that everyone who passes by can see that you are a patient and waiting. Also the woman at the door seems a little controlling. I listened to her nit pick several things including a guy standing a foot further out than the woman wanted him to while waiting in line to go in. Overall a decent place with nice people working just extremely slow.

I love this dispensary. I have been to a few others and, while most are VERY busy, the people here tend to really want to understand your needs. They don't rush you if you ask questions and I generally have at least a few. I tend to watch the line whenever I drive by and just swing in during their more quiet times. They do run some specials and I have found that, unless you want a sale item, it is best to avoid sale times due to the lines.

Found out yesterday that I could get a 30 day guest pass for Arkansas (Missouri has been very slow to implement the program and thus far no dispensaries are open yet) and came here this morning to stock up.
