Customer service just doesn’t exist at this place anymore. A few really good employees have left and sadly it shows. Only the rare OG bud tenders will actually recommend products and smile. Double check all orders before leaving because most likely your online order is wrong, if they even had the products to fill your order.

Mr Tommy is awesome and had my strain yesterday.. however the budtender I got is a horrible human being... I gave him my id & he gave it bk . Then I'll be damned he asked to see it again and said " I need to check to make sure I have the right person" ," you don't look like your Id ,you look rough and older than your picture" well excuse me if you have been through what I have you wouldn't look the same either..... But you are a very disrespectful cruelest human..I'm sure your employer wouldn't like this. Learn how to respect your elders and others as well.... Or Keep your thoughts to yourself...... Prices are always pretty cheap compared to some of the other places close by. Very price competitive with every one. If you need some quality for the cheap this place got you covered. Rn. (1g of wax/$25-multiple options) or ($12 /8ths of flower-with some at 27%thc🫨) happiness happens when I walk in this place and even happier once I make it home. This place is awesome. They are a bit hard to find off the road even with your GPS but it is worth it. Their strands and service are out of this world. THC on this one is almost 30%. You get anything like that in Jonesboro it's almost $50. This was the Fabulozo they had on sale for $25. Their staff was friendly and helpful. I stood in line for like a minute.

I'm very impressed with this store. Many people need this as use for medication.Prior to us getting there, my son was hateful, nothing was right with anything or anyone. I was at my wits end. I pulled into this store, he went inside. Came out with a small bag. He got in the car, I started driving away from the store. Within 5 minutes after leaving the store, my son had calmed so drastically!! I absolutely was amazed. GREAT STORE!

Used to come here all the time, however since crop arrived in Jonesboro and just coming in for certain deals I find online, they had a 420.However when I got there I asked first person I ran into behind counter what the deal was they said wasn't sure, and then I asked the bud tender what The deal of the day was on Weedmapsg via their advertisement, to what she said he didn't know either.So I thought that was a bum deal if you want to get more which I guess they really don't need to, you got to compete with other nearby dispensaries, that being said haven't seen many deals that they beat crop with and didn't receive discount or a gift for 420 🙁

I was under the impression when I placed an order with this company that I would be able to come and pick it up at the time I had designated. I have not used NEA Full Spectrum very often because it's a bit of a drive for me to get there. After placing an order that was prepared, I received a text just a little while after (maybe a half hour) saying my order had been cancelled. And my product suddenly says it can't be ordered online. Why did your website allow me to place the order, then surprise cancel it? The store isn't answering any phone calls either, which is extremely unprofessional in my opinion. If I wanted to be dragged around and have my calls ignored I'd just buy my medicine off the street. Customer service is a key piece of retail businesses, it takes five seconds to answer a phone and explain something to a customer that isn't properly displayed on the website. Does placing an order just mean they set your items aside for someone else to buy if they request it? Is there not someone in charge of the online ordering and/or website to make sure it's working? I'm not impressed with this business at all, but I am still trying to make an order that I'll be able to pick up tonight when my wife gets off work.

I’m an every other day customer! I’ve always had good experiences.. well today I came in and went to the window to give them my medical card and was given smiles.. the officer even explained an answer to a question I had amazingly. I got back to the room and the lady immediately gave me a nasty look and reached (with irritation) for my medical card while I didn’t even have it out again yet. I realized I had left my debit card in the truck so i ran out and got it.. 30 seconds max.. that same nice officer then opened the door for me to come back in cause I had also informed him I left my debit card in the truck. She asked me what I wanted and I had said what I wanted and she the acted as if I had no idea what I was talking about and gave me a look with an attitude.. she grabbed not what I had asked for and checked me out.. she then completely ignored when I said I wanted to use my points then she also didn’t give me the debit card charge back like the other workers do when you pay with card. I came in knowing what I wanted and how much I was spending and was belittle and rushed with my own prescription to the point I didn’t even get what I wanted and paid double of what I wanted to. I don’t do confrontation because I’m very small and I felt as if I was to say anything a scene would have been made and I would have been majorly embarrassed because there were max number of folks in the back.. every window was full. She then when still servicing me started to talk to a patient behind me and taking care of them and their online order.. I was very disappointed and disrespected.. I would give 1 stars after this interaction but the officer deserves that extra star!

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Living over 2 hours away, I called to ask about a deal they had going on. I planned on driving down after I got off work but would put me there close to closing time. As I started explaining the situation and that I would gladly pay ahead of time or make arrangements any way I possibly could to have a product held for me I was cut off immediately and told in store only before I could finish talking. On top of that when asking if I could call before heading down there to make sure they had any left the lady extremely rudely said “maybe.” You mean you can’t so much as explain if a product is left so someone doesn’t waste 4 hours total? You can’t take my money early or hold a product for someone who drives far just to shop at your business? Even I could leave less starts I would, I’d love to speak with the owner as the attitudes of your employees are extremely unprofessional.

I really hate to say this but as a black man they don't make me feel comfortable. I've seen other black people up there but the vibes still are off. They do not monitor the outside n do not make sure people are safe. Also they have the OPTION to give us discounts if you receive Medicaid or EBT but choose not to. Only gives discounts to veterans Wich is cool but what about the rest of us. Also they are not allowed to sell seeds so if u get seeds cal the ABC

Customer service just doesn’t exist at this place anymore. A few really good employees have left and sadly it shows. Only the rare OG bud tenders will actually recommend products and smile. Double check all orders before leaving because most likely your online order is wrong, if they even had the products to fill your order.

Then I'll be damned he asked to see it again and said " I need to check to make sure I have the right person" ," you don't look like your Id ,you look rough and older than your picture" well excuse me if you have been through what I have you wouldn't look the same either..... But you are a very disrespectful cruelest human..I'm sure your employer wouldn't like this. Learn how to respect your elders and others as well.... Or Keep your thoughts to yourself...... Prices are always pretty cheap compared to some of the other places close by. Very price competitive with every one. If you need some quality for the cheap this place got you covered. Rn. (1g of wax/$25-multiple options) or ($12 /8ths of flower-with some at 27%thc🫨) happiness happens when I walk in this place and even happier once I make it home. This place is awesome. They are a bit hard to find off the road even with your GPS but it is worth it. Their strands and service are out of this world. THC on this one is almost 30%. You get anything like that in Jonesboro it's almost $50. This was the Fabulozo they had on sale for $25. Their staff was friendly and helpful. I stood in line for like a minute.

I'm very impressed with this store. Many people need this as use for medication.Prior to us getting there, my son was hateful, nothing was right with anything or anyone. I was at my wits end. I pulled into this store, he went inside. Came out with a small bag. He got in the car, I started driving away from the store. Within 5 minutes after leaving the store, my son had calmed so drastically!! I absolutely was amazed. GREAT STORE!

Used to come here all the time, however since crop arrived in Jonesboro and just coming in for certain deals I find online, they had a 420.However when I got there I asked first person I ran into behind counter what the deal was they said wasn't sure, and then I asked the bud tender what The deal of the day was on Weedmapsg via their advertisement, to what she said he didn't know either.So I thought that was a bum deal if you want to get more which I guess they really don't need to, you got to compete with other nearby dispensaries, that being said haven't seen many deals that they beat crop with and didn't receive discount or a gift for 420 🙁

I was under the impression when I placed an order with this company that I would be able to come and pick it up at the time I had designated. I have not used NEA Full Spectrum very often because it's a bit of a drive for me to get there. After placing an order that was prepared, I received a text just a little while after (maybe a half hour) saying my order had been cancelled. And my product suddenly says it can't be ordered online. Why did your website allow me to place the order, then surprise cancel it? The store isn't answering any phone calls either, which is extremely unprofessional in my opinion. If I wanted to be dragged around and have my calls ignored I'd just buy my medicine off the street. Customer service is a key piece of retail businesses, it takes five seconds to answer a phone and explain something to a customer that isn't properly displayed on the website. Does placing an order just mean they set your items aside for someone else to buy if they request it? Is there not someone in charge of the online ordering and/or website to make sure it's working? I'm not impressed with this business at all, but I am still trying to make an order that I'll be able to pick up tonight when my wife gets off work.

I’m an every other day customer! I’ve always had good experiences.. well today I came in and went to the window to give them my medical card and was given smiles.. the officer even explained an answer to a question I had amazingly. I got back to the room and the lady immediately gave me a nasty look and reached (with irritation) for my medical card while I didn’t even have it out again yet. I realized I had left my debit card in the truck so i ran out and got it.. 30 seconds max.. that same nice officer then opened the door for me to come back in cause I had also informed him I left my debit card in the truck. She asked me what I wanted and I had said what I wanted and she the acted as if I had no idea what I was talking about and gave me a look with an attitude.. she grabbed not what I had asked for and checked me out.. she then completely ignored when I said I wanted to use my points then she also didn’t give me the debit card charge back like the other workers do when you pay with card. I came in knowing what I wanted and how much I was spending and was belittle and rushed with my own prescription to the point I didn’t even get what I wanted and paid double of what I wanted to. I don’t do confrontation because I’m very small and I felt as if I was to say anything a scene would have been made and I would have been majorly embarrassed because there were max number of folks in the back.. every window was full. She then when still servicing me started to talk to a patient behind me and taking care of them and their online order.. I was very disappointed and disrespected.. I would give 1 stars after this interaction but the officer deserves that extra star!

If you are having trouble finding the right strain to help certain symptoms the bud tenders are more than happy to help you find the perfect strain for you. Online menus can help if orders are called in. I suspect prices are about the same in various dispensaries but that is speculation. Very close to the Greene and Craighead County line on state Hwy 49.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Living over 2 hours away, I called to ask about a deal they had going on. I planned on driving down after I got off work but would put me there close to closing time. As I started explaining the situation and that I would gladly pay ahead of time or make arrangements any way I possibly could to have a product held for me I was cut off immediately and told in store only before I could finish talking. On top of that when asking if I could call before heading down there to make sure they had any left the lady extremely rudely said “maybe.” You mean you can’t so much as explain if a product is left so someone doesn’t waste 4 hours total? You can’t take my money early or hold a product for someone who drives far just to shop at your business? Even I could leave less starts I would, I’d love to speak with the owner as the attitudes of your employees are extremely unprofessional.

I really hate to say this but as a black man they don't make me feel comfortable. I've seen other black people up there but the vibes still are off. They do not monitor the outside n do not make sure people are safe. Also they have the OPTION to give us discounts if you receive Medicaid or EBT but choose not to. Only gives discounts to veterans Wich is cool but what about the rest of us. Also they are not allowed to sell seeds so if u get seeds cal the ABC

They have have messed up on my orders not 3 but 4 times. I placed an online order was waiting in line outside about 15 to 20 minutes then was told to go to the back of the line by a red headed woman named, Amber, because I had an online pickup. They told everyone there was only 1 line to wait outside then she comes out and has the MOST DISRESPECTFUL ATTITUDE and tells me now there's 2 lines and I need to go to the back when I was the NEXT person in line! Pathetic???????? Delta may be about 10 minutes further away but its More than worth it and Definitely looks a million times better and more professional. Have a great day.

I don't like Drama but its seems to target me alot to avoid conflicts Arkansas despenseries there's 32 despenseries in force now my Favorite is Greenlight the compassion shown by them and what they've done for a poor southern they just gave out more cultivators licenses out maby prices will come down a tad 3 despenseries in West Memphis finally to serve the eastern southern half of the state i think a cultivation or despenserie going to Mississippi County maby by end of year things will get better its been 5 years since we lost admendment 7 and still less than 100,000 Paitients all because of Greed .☄☄☄????✌????????????

And there are many strains available that aren't listed there sometimes. As you know most things have a shelf life.
