Every time I go here when they're advertising something on the website they are out of it but the thing is there are 75 paper menus sprawled out through the entire dispensary showing that same strain in stock that was shown online. Yet EVERY SINGLE TIME they are out of stock and need to get you an updated menu. I am absolutely convinced this dispensary false advertises well sought after strains to get you in the door to just pull a fast one on you like "haha sorry guys I know this has happened the last 13 times you came here haha my bad guys :)"I never write reviews but this was written in the parking lot after the 14th time they've done this. Everything else is great about the dispensary is great but that doesn't matter because of the above. Sadly not a lot of other options in terms of overall value.

All the employees, from the time you enter their business, to the time you leave, always acknowledges me with a smile. Second, I'm still learning about the terpines, stativa vs indica, etc. There's so much to learn between the bud, vapes, gummies, oil, budder, and so forth. When I ask the budtender who is serving me about and a strain of bud I should be choosing for my medical conditions, or ask about things I've never heard of they always know their products, which has led me getting the right bud for me based on my health. When I mentioned it to one of the staff I was told there prices are better than other dispensary not sure what that has to do with me being short on my purchases. I moved here from another state and I'm used to being able to choose and even see the staff weigh it so I know in spending my hard earned money on the correct amount product for my health journey.

I personally LOVE this place. They ALWAYS have great deals from $15 eighths to $20 5g shake. Not to mention a WIDE variety to choose from. They have multiple strains of flower, edibles, carts, and salves. The staff is ALWAYS smiling, knowledgeable, and willing to give whatever advice they have to benefit your enjoyment of there products and others. It's always face paced so your in and out but they don't rush you at all. Take your time smell the bud before you buy if you like. I can't do the really strong pungent smelling bud. It just never sets right in my stomach. It's nice to be able to know it's ok before hand when trying new strains. Restrooms are always clean and fresh along with the facility itself. Over all I give Natural Relief in Sherwood AR. 5 stars more if I could. So don't wait head on over and pick your pleasure. IT'S ALMOST guaranteed to be in stock. Happy Toking

I come to Natural Relief quite a bit and just about everyone I get to talk to is friendly and knowledgeable. I don't foresee me ever venturing to a different shop. As awesome as everyone has been, I just have got to give a special shout out to Laura. She was so sweet and while talking to her she shared enough about herself for me to really feel like she could sympathize with what I have going on with my body. She even wrote notes down on a spare menu for me to take home and even put a note in the system to remind me during my next visit incase I forget what products we were talking about. Great experience 10/22/22Visiting from outta town. Parking lot was full and the lobby was full but still got in and out in no time. The Wellness consultant was Chance B and he really went above and beyond to make my first experience great. Hooked me up with a free T-shirt for being a first time customer but also was very nice and helpful. He will be the reason we come back to this store everytime. Definitely hope they know they have a good one there. Great percentages and prices.

I’ve been to this dispensary hundreds of times lol . The customer service is very nice, everyone is friendly. The thing I dislike the most is I’ve noticed (which I’ve mentioned to the budtenders and they’ve told me they get the medicine as is) the medicine most of the time does the opposite of what it’s supposed to do. Also, most of the time their flower isn’t cleaned thoroughly being left with tons of water leaves and taste very premature. I’m having to clean my medication before I can enjoy it and most of the time I’m still left with a sour taste in myMouth. Overall , like I said, customer service is decent.

When I'm given change back, you have a drawer full of money, and you give me back small bills, when I did not ask for them, it's obvious you're making moves to try to get me to tip you. I don’t appreciate when I place an online order, get a notification saying order is complete and ready, but when I arrive half the order is missing. Maybe I’m crazy but I place the order so I can get specific items before they sell out. If I could jump up as soon as they go on sale, I wouldn’t need to place an online order.No they never texted me saying the items were out of stock and when I arrived my cashier said “good thing you ordered, I just sold the last one right before you” (BOTH TIMES/2 DIFFERENT REPS).Also, I suggest doing your own research on what works for you.

My husband spends 250 a week in this place and never has any problems till today. He goes in and is told by the red haired chick with glasses that he can't get his disabled discount. To be honest...It was great at first! Than after time... The customer service @ front desk can/will be rude & disrespectful. The security guards they hired have serious boundary issues and make me at least; feel uncomfortable/uneasy with the constant staring even after they're aware of the undesired emotional mind set their actions cause one with no sensitivity towards ones disability but total disregard to my right to obtain my medicine in a peaceful but yet calm atmosphere which I thought was he job anyhow ( Maintaining a law bidding peaceful establishment ) On a more positive note .... The price's are the most fair I've seen in Little Rock Area. Which doesn't say much coming from California I know Hot Springs is cheapest in entire state from what I've seen value strains as well as 1/2 Oz's! The staff here are knowledgable of their products for the most part. I rate best in Little Rock Area. Although - It would be nice to see lower prices and more strains.My experience and opinion!

To be honest... It was great at first! Than greed set in and having ex cops with a john Wayne complex for security guards ( Very forceful individuals with boundary issues and people skills are not well learned nor practiced if learned. I have PTSD and almost snapped on him today. Customer service desk ladies are very rude! Owner is to occupied with current revenue to discuss discrimination claims nor non compliance with Arkansas State Statutes and CDC regulations by not enforcing mask on everyone... Also, allowing minors in dispensary and being over occupied on different occasions I have witnessed the desk staff allow people in with no card or identification using a phone picture which i don't find legal due to scams but if you got a good excuse and flirt a little she lets them in. I have contacted the Arkansas Health department as well as Arkansas Attorney General and currently seeking legal proceedings for unlawful business practices, intimidation and bullying as well as civil rights violations of discrimination of Americans with disabilities act causing me.... pain/suffering/emotional distress caused by the illegal actions that have taken place over the last several times including today forcing me to go elsewhere after i kept getting put at the end of the line i belive is retaliation for complaints on the security guard more than once My experience and opinion

I stopped by here last minute today hoping to get some kind of pain relief from an abscessed tooth I've been dealing with for a few weeks. Kinsey overheard me saying that I needed something for pain & didn't want to smoke right now. She recommended the Dabbable Oil Syringe (I've never used one). She was super nice & knowledgeable and told me exactly how to use it. As soon as I got home, I put a very tiny amount on my gums and tooth and literally within seconds the pain just disappeared! Every time I go here when they're advertising something on the website they are out of it but the thing is there are 75 paper menus sprawled out through the entire dispensary showing that same strain in stock that was shown online. Yet EVERY SINGLE TIME they are out of stock and need to get you an updated menu. I am absolutely convinced this dispensary false advertises well sought after strains to get you in the door to just pull a fast one on you like "haha sorry guys I know this has happened the last 13 times you came here haha my bad guys :)"I never write reviews but this was written in the parking lot after the 14th time they've done this. Everything else is great about the dispensary is great but that doesn't matter because of the above. Sadly not a lot of other options in terms of overall value.

All the employees, from the time you enter their business, to the time you leave, always acknowledges me with a smile. Second, I'm still learning about the terpines, stativa vs indica, etc. There's so much to learn between the bud, vapes, gummies, oil, budder, and so forth. When I ask the budtender who is serving me about and a strain of bud I should be choosing for my medical conditions, or ask about things I've never heard of they always know their products, which has led me getting the right bud for me based on my health. I personally LOVE this place. They ALWAYS have great deals from $15 eighths to $20 5g shake. Not to mention a WIDE variety to choose from. They have multiple strains of flower, edibles, carts, and salves. The staff is ALWAYS smiling, knowledgeable, and willing to give whatever advice they have to benefit your enjoyment of there products and others. It's always face paced so your in and out but they don't rush you at all. Take your time smell the bud before you buy if you like. I can't do the really strong pungent smelling bud. It just never sets right in my stomach. It's nice to be able to know it's ok before hand when trying new strains. Restrooms are always clean and fresh along with the facility itself. Over all I give Natural Relief in Sherwood AR. 5 stars more if I could. So don't wait head on over and pick your pleasure. IT'S ALMOST guaranteed to be in stock. Happy Toking

Great experience 10/22/22Visiting from outta town. Parking lot was full and the lobby was full but still got in and out in no time. The Wellness consultant was Chance B and he really went above and beyond to make my first experience great. Hooked me up with a free T-shirt for being a first time customer but also was very nice and helpful. He will be the reason we come back to this store everytime. Definitely hope they know they have a good one there. Great percentages and prices.

I’ve been to this dispensary hundreds of times lol . The customer service is very nice, everyone is friendly. The thing I dislike the most is I’ve noticed (which I’ve mentioned to the budtenders and they’ve told me they get the medicine as is) the medicine most of the time does the opposite of what it’s supposed to do. Also, most of the time their flower isn’t cleaned thoroughly being left with tons of water leaves and taste very premature. I’m having to clean my medication before I can enjoy it and most of the time I’m still left with a sour taste in myMouth. Overall , like I said, customer service is decent.

When I'm given change back, you have a drawer full of money, and you give me back small bills, when I did not ask for them, it's obvious you're making moves to try to get me to tip you. I don’t appreciate when I place an online order, get a notification saying order is complete and ready, but when I arrive half the order is missing. Maybe I’m crazy but I place the order so I can get specific items before they sell out. If I could jump up as soon as they go on sale, I wouldn’t need to place an online order.No they never texted me saying the items were out of stock and when I arrived my cashier said “good thing you ordered, I just sold the last one right before you” (BOTH TIMES/2 DIFFERENT REPS).Also, I suggest doing your own research on what works for you.

My husband spends 250 a week in this place and never has any problems till today. He goes in and is told by the red haired chick with glasses that he can't get his disabled discount. HOWEVER, I was pleasantly surprised with what I really found which is a very clean, organized business with well-educated staff.I will let my photographs speak for themselves and the quality and atmosphere of this very friendly business patroned by some very Happy customers.For the record, the clientele seemed to be very highly educated and very high achieving.... not a bunch of "stoners" as I wrongly pre-conceived.

To be honest...It was great at first! Than after time... The customer service @ front desk can/will be rude & disrespectful. The security guards they hired have serious boundary issues and make me at least; feel uncomfortable/uneasy with the constant staring even after they're aware of the undesired emotional mind set their actions cause one with no sensitivity towards ones disability but total disregard to my right to obtain my medicine in a peaceful but yet calm atmosphere which I thought was he job anyhow ( Maintaining a law bidding peaceful establishment ) On a more positive note .... The price's are the most fair I've seen in Little Rock Area. Which doesn't say much coming from California I know Hot Springs is cheapest in entire state from what I've seen value strains as well as 1/2 Oz's! The staff here are knowledgable of their products for the most part. I rate best in Little Rock Area. Although - It would be nice to see lower prices and more strains.My experience and opinion!

To be honest... It was great at first! Than greed set in and having ex cops with a john Wayne complex for security guards ( Very forceful individuals with boundary issues and people skills are not well learned nor practiced if learned. I have PTSD and almost snapped on him today. Customer service desk ladies are very rude! Owner is to occupied with current revenue to discuss discrimination claims nor non compliance with Arkansas State Statutes and CDC regulations by not enforcing mask on everyone... Also, allowing minors in dispensary and being over occupied on different occasions I have witnessed the desk staff allow people in with no card or identification using a phone picture which i don't find legal due to scams but if you got a good excuse and flirt a little she lets them in. I have contacted the Arkansas Health department as well as Arkansas Attorney General and currently seeking legal proceedings for unlawful business practices, intimidation and bullying as well as civil rights violations of discrimination of Americans with disabilities act causing me.... pain/suffering/emotional distress caused by the illegal actions that have taken place over the last several times including today forcing me to go elsewhere after i kept getting put at the end of the line i belive is retaliation for complaints on the security guard more than once My experience and opinion

I stopped by here last minute today hoping to get some kind of pain relief from an abscessed tooth I've been dealing with for a few weeks. Kinsey overheard me saying that I needed something for pain & didn't want to smoke right now. She recommended the Dabbable Oil Syringe (I've never used one). She was super nice & knowledgeable and told me exactly how to use it. As soon as I got home, I put a very tiny amount on my gums and tooth and literally within seconds the pain just disappeared! She is a lifesaver! Thank you all so very much for all that you do!

Wonderful dispensary. Comfortable and aesthetically pleasing inside. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Prices include taxes which makes it easier to shop. Nice variety of everything. I really love the way it is set up to browse the different flower strains. I highly recommend this dispensary to all patients.

Very nice staff, surprisingly wide variety and quality product! Beautiful building - tiny ID check lobby makes social distancing difficult, but it was very busy and still in and out quick! Will be returning and would recommend to any patient. A+++
