I usually go here just because of how far I live, but I’d rather drive an extra hour to go to Suite 443 because you get more for your buck. The cheapest thing Native has is $20 for an eighth and usually 443 it’s $7-$10 for an eighth so by that logic I can drive an hour away and still spend less, hit my limit, and get a full tank of gas because I’m not spending all of it 20 minutes away just for a half ounce.

I’ve pretty much used this dispensary exclusively since day one of getting my medical card. I’ve never had any complaint other than the price being slightly higher than some of the others. As far as service this one takes the cake from other places I’ve stopped in at here and there. For me, the convenience of the location is a no brainer! I love seeing the long time employees like Vicki and Frank! They make the customers feel welcome and valued while also staying knowledgeable about the products they sell. Today my husband with PTSD went to get his medication yet again he was discriminated against! Usually he leaves and phones in a complaint to the manager in charge- in order to avoid issues. Today he started too but was his last straw - He first complained inside after starting to leave but was advised to set an a lobby and wait The lobby was over packed how they’re getting away with it without fines is beyond me while Churches/gyms/bars are being fined but they are getting away with it so He went back to the window and asked again to speak to a manager , which they asked me to go outside and wait so He complied and went outside and the manager came out and just told me to simply leave and never come back - My husband refused of course being treated so unlawfully not without being able to file a police report While speaking to the owner who at first did not remember him but then he did remember settling with my husband twice before for this same thing once in cash and once in store merchandise. My husband has called in his complaints more than (5) times - My husband only wants to be treated fairly and not judged.My husband while waiting on a manager still had the desire to help other customers with need by opening doors that’s my husband a big teddy bear until you make him upset The police were called and my husband was forced to leave without his medication while the owner, security guard and management stood laughing at my husband in front of the police after antagonizing\instigating and provoking his ptsd until he was so stressed out he made his mind set unstable - This should be unlawful to treat anyone with a disability this way! The owner is very judgmental and wrong for his allowance of such actions including attempting to draw my husband’s attention in one direction while his security guard attempted to approach him from the back with his hands on his pistol/hip ready to do something - my husband was aware of the guards presents and there actions planned turned out very unsuccessful this was while outside waiting on the police and asking to be left alone not bothering anyoneI feel this is unlawful discrimination against one with a disability under the Americans with disability actThreats/intimidation from the Armed security guard in a medical facilityNon compliance with CDC guidelines which most likely will cause more positive cases while bars get fined this dispensary still operating over capacityDeformation of character and public humiliation

I ordered online and drove 30 miles. I stood in line and then was told my order was at the front door. When I went back to the front my order had been filled incorrectly. No problem........a few minutes later it was fixed. Then they didn’t have correct change so they asked me to wait while they got it. 5 minutes after that I just left a/o my change. When I called to see about getting something that could work, they said they couldn’t help me and there was nothing they could do. I was ignored from the moment I walked in the door. The man behind the glass did not tell me what I needed to be doing to enter the dispensary. I had to figure out what forms to bring in and when to give my card. The “bud tender” that checked me out wasn’t very friendly. I usually go here just because of how far I live, but I’d rather drive an extra hour to go to Suite 443 because you get more for your buck. The cheapest thing Native has is $20 for an eighth and usually 443 it’s $7-$10 for an eighth so by that logic I can drive an hour away and still spend less, hit my limit, and get a full tank of gas because I’m not spending all of it 20 minutes away just for a half ounce.

I’ve pretty much used this dispensary exclusively since day one of getting my medical card. I’ve never had any complaint other than the price being slightly higher than some of the others. As far as service this one takes the cake from other places I’ve stopped in at here and there. For me, the convenience of the location is a no brainer! I love seeing the long time employees like Vicki and Frank! They make the customers feel welcome and valued while also staying knowledgeable about the products they sell. Today my husband with PTSD went to get his medication yet again he was discriminated against! Usually he leaves and phones in a complaint to the manager in charge- in order to avoid issues. Today he started too but was his last straw - He first complained inside after starting to leave but was advised to set an a lobby and wait The lobby was over packed how they’re getting away with it without fines is beyond me while Churches/gyms/bars are being fined but they are getting away with it so He went back to the window and asked again to speak to a manager , which they asked me to go outside and wait so He complied and went outside and the manager came out and just told me to simply leave and never come back - My husband refused of course being treated so unlawfully not without being able to file a police report While speaking to the owner who at first did not remember him but then he did remember settling with my husband twice before for this same thing once in cash and once in store merchandise. My husband has called in his complaints more than (5) times - My husband only wants to be treated fairly and not judged.My husband while waiting on a manager still had the desire to help other customers with need by opening doors that’s my husband a big teddy bear until you make him upset The police were called and my husband was forced to leave without his medication while the owner, security guard and management stood laughing at my husband in front of the police after antagonizing\instigating and provoking his ptsd until he was so stressed out he made his mind set unstable - This should be unlawful to treat anyone with a disability this way! The owner is very judgmental and wrong for his allowance of such actions including attempting to draw my husband’s attention in one direction while his security guard attempted to approach him from the back with his hands on his pistol/hip ready to do something - my husband was aware of the guards presents and there actions planned turned out very unsuccessful this was while outside waiting on the police and asking to be left alone not bothering anyoneI feel this is unlawful discrimination against one with a disability under the Americans with disability actThreats/intimidation from the Armed security guard in a medical facilityNon compliance with CDC guidelines which most likely will cause more positive cases while bars get fined this dispensary still operating over capacityDeformation of character and public humiliation

I ordered online and drove 30 miles. I stood in line and then was told my order was at the front door. When I went back to the front my order had been filled incorrectly. No problem........a few minutes later it was fixed. Then they didn’t have correct change so they asked me to wait while they got it. 5 minutes after that I just left a/o my change. I was tired of waiting on what seemed to be a disorganized and clown type atmosphere of doing business. They can keep the change($4)...........they can’t keep me as a customer though!

The wait was not long, however my budtender misinformed me about a product and when I got home, it failed because it wasn’t meant to hold the juice. When I called to see about getting something that could work, they said they couldn’t help me and there was nothing they could do. I am out $30 for a broken vape and I now have to get one that will fulfill my purpose. Do your own research and don’t rely on these people.

I was ignored from the moment I walked in the door. The man behind the glass did not tell me what I needed to be doing to enter the dispensary. I had to figure out what forms to bring in and when to give my card. The “bud tender” that checked me out wasn’t very friendly. I tried multiple times and she refused to talk to me any further or explain any of the products. This was really disappointing as this was my first time ever in a dispensary and I was just expecting a friendlier visit.

Very friendly staff. First visit was the weekend they opened, selection was sparse but product was good and priced fairly. Now they have a wide selection of strains. There's free snacks and drinks. They give you a discount if you bring back the bag from your last visit. Great option for people in Little Rock.
