Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable, this place has it all. There is not really anything I could point to and say this could be improved. They have an excellent selection of cannabis products, and the items for using those products. The prices of all there products is reasonable and fair. The parking areas are well maintained, and entering and existing the parking lot dosent toss you around because the road and driveway aren't at different heights. All in all this is and excellent place of business.

I think this is a really good dispensary. It's always nice and Cool there. The atmosphere is calm. All the workers that I talk to are really nice. I would not recommend this dispensary to anyone after my personal experience from going here shortly after they opened until this last summer. There are people in an out frequently, there is no security, and it’s located at the end of a road with not much around it. They were also extremely rude and unfair and downright dishonest in their return policy from what I was told on the phone to what I encountered when I went in. In my opinion, I do not feel like they are out for anything other than their own profit, and doing a very poor job on security and patient safety.I even returned one full cart because it was clogged entirely and the guy said, “Cool we can resell it” 😳Their staff has insanely high turnover.This is my review of my personal experience with this Dispensary . I have been a legal card holder since I lived in California. This is my personal opinion and not the place for me.

Well after telling them they didn't explain something very well. They banned me immediately. Their reason? I told them to "go to hell". When I told them what I actually said. I was berated and told cameras would be pulled and she would have me banned from every dispensary in the state. For people handling patients. They don't treat them as such.

I really regret that I am actually having to do a negative review for this place, as they ( Bud tenders & customer care staff) have always been amazing to me for almost 2 years, however, I have learned about the very sad & unprofessional ways that they are treated by management. Feeling as though you are always being scrutinized& no feelings of job security if an unfair way to be treated when you are loyal and dedicated to your job. It seems there needs to be much better training with regard to the most appropriate way to handle tweaked out and obnoxious behavior by customer, that can sometimes come, while dealing with the public. I could drive to another county and back before I could get service here. I decided a couple months to give them a try again and the customer base seems to be lower then before so it's faster to get in and out but now you deal with unprofessional staff. I guess they do what they can. I'm disappointed in all of the dispensaries I've been to in Arkansas. Issue 7 shouldn't have got done the way they did and the laws should be different. Poorly trimmed buds of mediocre quality for the most with the occasional exception of finding something actually worth the money they charge for their products... All I can say is at least it's legal here nowadays. I'm being nice with the three stars just because I have seen them attempt at improving how they run their daily operations.

Read a lot of bad reviews about this Dispensary and was slightly nervous about trying them. I had been driving to Clinton, which does have a slightly better Discount Program and a Loyalty Program, but I don't think I will have to make that trip any longer. Now I must preface this with the fact that my visits have been made since they switched to Covid Procedures, which means my experiences might be different.While their Selection is small, their Pricing is better than most of the surround area. The Quality of their Product is very good, have had a few thick stems but nothing to get upset about. Weights have been on point. Questions are answered and one is made to feel welcome to ask them. Hadn't tried Tinctures before the other day and before I left I had all the ins and outs dealing with using it.The big thing for me personally is that I have a physical disability that makes it impossible for me to stand for long periods of time (and I cannot use non padded chairs). After I spoke with the people here they have given me accommodations to make it so that I can get the Medicine I need from them. There was never a hesitation about the inconvenience it causes them to do this for me and I cannot thank them enough. This Industry, as a whole, has been fantastic about helping those of us with disabilities but this Dispensary goes that extra mile that they don't have to go and I thank them.I might just be lucky so far, but I can without a doubt, give this place 5 Stars across the Board. Please make sure and either call your order in or go to their webpage and order ahead to avoid a long wait.

My wife has been a customer of harvest for 8 months and has several medical conditions for which weed and weed products provide relief for. They have picked the right products for her needs, not the bottom line, and not the bud tenders favorite, top tier product knowledge, they also know her by name, and treat her like the queen she is, and wished her a very happy birthdau. I checked in by the app, I tried to tell them about it and of course I was answered back hatefully. You guys Rock! Read a lot of bad reviews about this Dispensary and was slightly nervous about trying them. I had been driving to Clinton, which does have a slightly better Discount Program and a Loyalty Program, but I don't think I will have to make that trip any longer. Now I must preface this with the fact that my visits have been made since they switched to Covid Procedures, which means my experiences might be different. While their Selection is small, their Pricing is better than most of the surround area. The Quality of their Product is very good, have had a few thick stems but nothing to get upset about. Weights have been on point. Questions are answered and one is made to feel welcome to ask them. Hadn't tried Tinctures before the other day and before I left I had all the ins and outs dealing with using it. The big thing for me personally is that I have a physical disability that makes it impossible for me to stand for long periods of time (and I cannot use non padded chairs). After I spoke with the people here they have giving me accommodations to make it so that I can get the Medicine I need from them. There was never a hesitation about the inconvenience it causes them to do this for me and I cannot thank them enough. This Industry, as a whole, has been fantastic about helping those of us with disabilities but this Dispensary goes that extra mile that they don't have to go and I thank them. I might just be lucky so far, but I can without a doubt, give this place 5 Stars across the Board. This was my first experience ever and I’m very impressed by the support and care they were spot on about providing. It means so much to receive good care from a business that shows they care! Didn’t matter that I was brand new,I was not treated like that. Nowhere else can I nonchalantly have a conversation with someone I don’t know in a long line and enjoy the company! Not right now for sure! I can honestly say I don’t get treated by other businesses that I have been to for years the way they handled everything. Consider attaching a shelf behind the front desk. After a patient checks in, put their medical card on the end of the shelf closest to the back room entrance door. Then the next patient behind that. This way the bud tenders can walk out, see who is next, call them, and save your front desk staff the time and frustration of dealing with upset customers. There's always room for improvement. The queue issue is the main problem. Fix this. You will lose customers, and money. You have already. Patients have walked out upset every time I've gone due to being skipped, and I visit every Friday. I still give this dispensary 4 of 5 stars due to the selection, overall aesthetic, product quality, and convenience.

I would not recommend this dispensary to anyone after my personal experience from going here shortly after they opened until this last summer. There are people in an out frequently, there is no security, and it’s located at the end of a road with not much around it. They were also extremely rude and unfair and downright dishonest in their return policy from what I was told on the phone to what I encountered when I went in. In my opinion, I do not feel like they are out for anything other than their own profit, and doing a very poor job on security and patient safety.I even returned one full cart because it was clogged entirely and the guy said, “Cool we can resell it” 😳Their staff has insanely high turnover.This is my review of my personal experience with this Dispensary . I have been a legal card holder since I lived in California. This is my personal opinion and not the place for me.

I guess they do what they can. I'm disappointed in all of the dispensaries I've been to in Arkansas. Issue 7 shouldn't have got done the way they did and the laws should be different. Poorly trimmed buds of mediocre quality for the most with the occasional exception of finding something actually worth the money they charge for their products... Read a lot of bad reviews about this Dispensary and was slightly nervous about trying them. I had been driving to Clinton, which does have a slightly better Discount Program and a Loyalty Program, but I don't think I will have to make that trip any longer. Now I must preface this with the fact that my visits have been made since they switched to Covid Procedures, which means my experiences might be different.While their Selection is small, their Pricing is better than most of the surround area. The Quality of their Product is very good, have had a few thick stems but nothing to get upset about. Weights have been on point. Questions are answered and one is made to feel welcome to ask them. Hadn't tried Tinctures before the other day and before I left I had all the ins and outs dealing with using it.The big thing for me personally is that I have a physical disability that makes it impossible for me to stand for long periods of time (and I cannot use non padded chairs). After I spoke with the people here they have given me accommodations to make it so that I can get the Medicine I need from them. There was never a hesitation about the inconvenience it causes them to do this for me and I cannot thank them enough. This Industry, as a whole, has been fantastic about helping those of us with disabilities but this Dispensary goes that extra mile that they don't have to go and I thank them.I might just be lucky so far, but I can without a doubt, give this place 5 Stars across the Board. Please make sure and either call your order in or go to their webpage and order ahead to avoid a long wait.

My wife has been a customer of harvest for 8 months and has several medical conditions for which weed and weed products provide relief for. She always walks out with a smile on her face (bud room maybe?) and talks about how good her experience was. They have picked the right products for her needs, not the bottom line, and not the bud tenders favorite, top tier product knowledge, they also know her by name, and treat her like the queen she is, and wished her a very happy birthdau. Great job to; the little red head, Carley, and all the others that she has mentioned by name, and the propioters of course.

Best dispensary ever. They care about their patients. Some people I hear outside complain about having to wear a mask. They aren't caring about others. I checked in by the app, I tried to tell them about it and of course I was answered back hatefully. You guys Rock! And are always great to me and others. ✌I will never go back to Native Green Wellness. Dry product, guy with the gun on his hip walking around doesn't make it feel real safe. They act like they are ready for a showdown or something.

Its all for the safety of customers and employees. Its not the only dispensary making people wait outside. I've seen several. But there has to be someone outside (an employee) to check people in too. They were completely indifferent when I told them that I won't shop there anymore if they make me wear a completely useless and harmful mask. This was my first experience ever and I’m very impressed by the support and care they were spot on about providing. It means so much to receive good care from a business that shows they care! Didn’t matter that I was brand new,I was not treated like that. Nowhere else can I nonchalantly have a conversation with someone I don’t know in a long line and enjoy the company! Not right now for sure! I can honestly say I don’t get treated by other businesses that I have been to for years the way they handled everything. We could tell they were tired and run ragged and the lines weren’t getting shorter but their customer service didn’t show it. Wonderful ethics all of you. Unfortunately I too may have to travel to Hot Springs to a larger dispensary that was easier to qualify permanently for the discount proposed for my income bracket or “lack there of” on recent years. The quality is similar to other dispensaries, as the number of distributors in Arkansas is limited currently. They have a large menu online, you can order ahead, they run specials ($60 for a half ounce occasionally) and the staff are super friendly.

I have sat and had one to two people go before me when I had checked in first. Other patients express the same frustration, vocally, in the lobby. Owners. Consider attaching a shelf behind the front desk. After a patient checks in, put their medical card on the end of the shelf closest to the back room entrance door. Then the next patient behind that. This way the bud tenders can walk out, see who is next, call them, and save your front desk staff the time and frustration of dealing with upset customers. There's always room for improvement. The queue issue is the main problem. Fix this. You will lose customers, and money. You have already. Patients have walked out upset every time I've gone due to being skipped, and I visit every Friday. I still give this dispensary 4 of 5 stars due to the selection, overall aesthetic, product quality, and convenience.

Nobody answered any of my phone calls. The voicemailbox was full. The people are decent.. If you order online, you will get stems. Non debatable. If you can swing the road trip just go to hot springs.
