My first experience with them was a delivery. The first delivery they brought 7 g. I didn't order and was not charged for. The next 2 deliveries I did not get the products I ordered. I went there in person a few montha ago. The staff recommendations were absolutely horrible!!!. Ended up with strains that were not what I needed in any way. Try to place an order recently , but my card was showing my mailing address. I completely understand this so I toldthem to cancel the order. Not knowing how easily it would be to change that with the state. The response I got to the canceled order.Was somebody who was super pissed! I was scolded and told it would take him/ her 20 minutes to cancel the order. Like it was the inconvenience of the century for this person. I just have never clicked with this particular place, Though I have tried! I choose not to go there again. Bad recommendations, high prices, terrible selection, incompetent delivery and very strange employees and atmoshphere.

Everything is way over priced they want almost $180 for 1 ounce of medicine when you can go to places like high bank and Suite 443 and get them for $72 they are purposely ripping off people who just don’t know. It’s not very nice to take advantage of your customers. Especially when we are living from disability check to disability check.

Closing at 5:30 on Saturday? What’s that about? I literally get off work at 5 and got there at 5:36 with other customers still inside I was told “they’re already counting down the drawers.” 5:30 is not an acceptable time to close when some of your patients have to drive more than 30 minutes to reach your store. Now I have to wait until Monday to be able to get my medicine.

This place OK👍 but under no circumstances should you try the Wana gummies, nor the osage carts, it's garbage son! The staff isn't that keen on what's what, so expect to search if your looking for something nice. I'm not sure they get the difference between top shelf and mids, other than that they are great, very nice.

Best Dispensary I have found this side of the state. Excellent product ,selection , service and they deliver ! The Staff is top notch. My first contact was with Teresa. She was so pleasant to deal with. She explained everything about the place I needed to know. Not to mention she has a great sense of humor. She was incredibly efficient, helpful and funny AF... it just doesn't get better than that. Also,the delivery guy ( Sorry didn't get your name) was very kind, professional, friendly and well spoken. This is the worst dispensary in the state of Arkansas!!! They are not helpful!!! You are expected to know what you want walking through the door. They are located in an area that phone service is almost non existence. So you can't look at the menu or hrs of operation without being in town. Every other dispensary in the state opens at 9 other than Sundays. But not this one. They open at 10 on Saturdays. So after driving 45 minutes (they are the closest to where I live) I have to sit here for an hour waiting to get my medicine. I will be driving twice as far from now on to Spring River Dispensary. Spring River are the truly compassionate Dispensary around NE AR

Fidders Green will no longer be getting any of my business. The first time I went, the lady at the front door made me feel like an unwanted high schooler rather then a customer/patient. The second time she didn’t even say hello or look up from the paper she was working on. She was just not very caring for customers. Today I arrived exactly at 6 today and watched them let a lady go in and I go up to the door and they just looked at me so after standing there for two minutes, one of them decided to come out at tell me that they were not going to let me in. So I asked about the what about the woman that walked in just seconds before hand? With no answer, I also asked if they would make any exceptions for me because they obviously they did for her. But the answer was a rude no.

I was so excited last month when I discovered the joys of both buying by the ounce (which saves me money and time versus buying by the 1/8 or 1/4) and having it delivered to my home!!! I had finally found everything I needed available in one place at an affordable price!!!And then I called this month to repeat this joyful process, only to discover the owner decided to try something new and no longer delivers to my area with any regularity.After having such a great first impression, this feels like I got a kick to the stomach for a second impression. I thought I could improve my medical situation and lower excess stressors by shopping at Fiddlers Green, but this has added more stressors and changed a stellar first impression into a upsetting and stressful ordeal.After I write this, I will be having to go back to Enlightened Heber Springs and overpay them to buy in smaller quantities. Pity.Edit: Further contact by phone with Fiddlers Green was unproductive when a male staff member belittled and berated me for having frustrations over this unexpected change. Any females I have spoken with vía phone have been highly professional, courteous, and genuinely thoughtful.

So here's the NEGATIVE: The man bud tender who helped me not to customer savvy. Not friendly at all. Very monotone. I went today 11/11/2021. FIRST VISIT. I was a bud tender for years you need out going people not robots. Plus they barely even let me see or smell it. No magnifier light like most dispensaries have. How come I can smell it in other dispensaries but not yours. Never experience that before. That was the bummer.

I’d suggest visiting other places even if they’re more of a drive, the savings will be worth it.A 70 year old woman was complaining to the owner about a $100 vape cartridge that put more oil in her mouth than medical marijuana, her opinion didn’t matter. Don’t expect refunds or replaced product.

What a great addition to such a cute town! The facility is well kept with a fun vibe! Due to Covid, we were unable to visit the bud room but that didn't make the experience bad. The staff was great and the gentleman at the check-in window was extremely friendly! I really enjoyed the flower (Durban Poison)! Can't wait to come back!

This facility advertised hollyroller popcorn og for 275 an ounce. Well sounds like a great deal. I drove three hours one way to buy it. When I got home and smoked I felt nothing so I researched popcorn pot & found that popcorn pot is B grade pot.When things go wrong in growing and plant doesn’t make the medicinal grade. Potency varies and so it may not be what a really sick patient needs! They didn’t have anything in description about this. So I called them. I was nice and didn’t ask for money back. I made the suggestion to add description to their popcorn pot. Girl was damn rude! Shockingly rude. So. Rude and dishonest uncaring dispensary don’t buy here !!

The staff is awesome,they talk to you about different strains and offer suggestions on what they think will suit your needs. Excellent facility ???? I go when able to afford it.., sometimes even if I can't... it's helped me so much. Keep up the great work folks and thank you!

This facility advertised hollyroller popcorn og for 275 an ounce. Well sounds like a great deal. I drove three hours one way to buy it. When I got home and smoked I felt nothing so I researched popcorn pot & found that popcorn pot is B grade pot.When things go wrong in growing and plant doesn’t make the medicinal grade. Potency varies and so it may not be what a really sick patient needs! They didn’t have anything in description about this. So I called them. I was nice and didn’t ask for money back. I made the suggestion to add description to their popcorn pot. Girl was damn rude! Shockingly rude. So. Rude and dishonest uncaring dispensary don’t buy here !!
