They miss advertise their products to get you in the store When they put their specials online they don't tell you that... it's a specific vape and specific flower that they have with their bundles they just say one vape one flower and whatever else they have combined then when you arrive after placing your order they don't honor it that's when they say well its just certain vape or flower thats in the bundle and when they say if you spend over 125 dollars you get a vapor for 10 cents but what they don't say is its a vape of their choice which is just product that didn't sell good for people that drive 40 plus minutes for the sale to learn that the advertising was miss leading and you can't get the medication that you ordered on line and now to get the better deal and price you have to drive 40 minutes back to home and go another 30 40 minutes in the opposite direction to go get the right medication you was needing and pay the full price for it after spending all the money and Time wasted on your first trip to get the products you thought was on sale so you mine as well spend the extra money and get what you need to save gas which is more money and time that's why they mislead you because they know you will once you are thereread more

Very bad experience, I’ve been going here awhile and have felt very “ok” about this dispensary. This has changed, for... one they do not allow you to show your card off your phone. Forcing me to go to a public library in a town I’m not from just to print my card(AND have to PAY to use the library!!!) Second, they sold two 1 gram cartridges and both are over half full and won’t pull after 2 days of use on both. They have an email to send defective carts in to get refunds, BUT THEY DONT RESPOND! They have successfully refunded a cartridge I had issues with about a year ago, but now they just don’t respond. I’ve emailed 3 different times, 3 different days. And still nothing!!!read more

Def love this place over most dispensaries. I know them and they know me by name before giving my card. Prompt and... always knowledgeable. Rewards program gives huge discounts.The distributors need to rework pricing. Medical Ounces in all other states run 50-75$ while we pay almost 300$ for an ounce.read more

They are dealing with people that have mental health issues, anxiety, depression, PTSD yet they are not friendly and... seem to not have a concept of the people they're supposed to be helping. My spouse nor I will return to this location......When you try to call and make a complaint they don't answer the phone if it's even working and if you call Morrilton location to get info to complain they're not helpful either and if they give you a phone number to call to complain it won't work so basically over priced, and you can't complain on their security gaurd to them you have to contact another company yet they employ them and they interact with patients so all around horrible experience......read more

Disappointed overall. The person taking my info was not very friendly, nor very helpful. It seemed they had a great... selection. But you can only purchase certain strains in certain quantities, which REALLY limits your choices, and potentially leaves you buying a larger quantity just to try something new. Also if you're looking for at type of specials, they don't have any. Not impressed.read more

So thankful Enlightened is in my town. I have been using the dispensary for over a year and I have NEVER had a problem... with products or any of the super customer oriented staff. I have been pleasantly surprised by special markdowns in the store that are not published online lately. Just remember that if they have the product you want when you call or go online, it maybe sold out by the time you get there so staff can’t make you any guarantees you will get it. The products are high grade, they have new deals every week, the... store is stylish and clean, security is on top of everything and so helpful, but the staff is what keeps me coming back. I lost my State ID. I called just after they opened and asked if a medical card in physical form and a photo of my... State ID would work this once since i was a repeat customer and they already had my information. I figured no but i was told yes. So I drove 20+ miles all for them to turn me away and say that they wont accept it. So now I have to drive 40+ miles to any other Dispensary that does not require a hard copy photo ID. No compensation for their mistake. Just wasted my money and my time. Absolutely horrible!!! A bunch of ignorant and inconsiderate people. I will never return there.read more

Repeatedly messes up orders, their website was wrong and I ordered them but was charged full price for the smaller... amount than what was advertised on sale. As a medical based company the customer should never have to repeatedly deal with wrong orders on something that is sold as medication.read more

This is specifically about the Heber Springs location. The employees are not bad. I’m not sure how their inventory... works but they have the fewest selections of flower. Currently they have FOUR choices. Other Enlightened locations in Arkansas currently have 64 strains (Arkadelphia), 61 strains (Clarksville), 36 strains (Morrilton). That’s just ridiculous. Not to mention their prices are outrageous. If it weren’t for being in town, I would most definitely shop elsewhere. FOUR CHOICES. Come on Enlightened.read more

My first visit to any dispensary in Arkansas. From the men at the front to the ladies in the back especially Logan and... Danielle they were all SOOO nice! Logan the young man at the front was super nice to me gave me a mask (The only place I wear a mask period) explained the process to me and got me in the computer apologizing that it was taking a minute (it was not long at all) Danielle was the young lady who helped me with my purchase and she was very knowledgable and very understanding and patient with me as I had no clue being my first time! THANKS SO MUCH GUYS FOR MAKING MY FIRST EXPERIENCE AN AWESOME ONE!! I live in fifty six and there is a dispensary about 15 minutes from me, but due to the actions of enlightened and their staff I will drive to Heber Springs just to go to enlightened!read more

Worst experience of my life. I was crying and left crying. The rudest people ever. Zachary the security guard working... that afternoon wouldn't let me because of a mix up with my card, he left me outside in the humid heat while he went inside. Never said this will only take a minute please sit in your car, never said a word, he took my cards inside and shut the door in my face. Came back told me to come in. I went in and the kid Logan who sat behind the desk was rude and threw my cards. The security guard followed me and kept being rude. I was so angry. First off, i have two autoimmune diseases and Afib, so me waiting outside in the heat was dangerous for me. I did go into Afib while being harrassed by these ignorant men.
