Quality of the flower was there Except for one strain harvested last Halloween (I kid you not 10/31/23) The service was horrible. I’ve driven by this dispensary many times with no cars in the parking lot. Now I know why!! The manager didn’t give me the sale price nor did she give Me the 30% off for bringing in a new customer (did that in Heber Springs NO PROBLEM!!) not at Arkadelphia. Only One of us could benefit from the discount. Soooo I paid FULL PRICE FOR EVERYTHING Then got the 30% off. Not how they do things at the other enlightened dispensaries. Do not recommend Caddo valley dispensary for Anyone!!! Rude service, old flower and tooooo expensive!!!!!

I like most of their products. They seem to have friendly staff but could represent more cultures.My problem is the prices: One day the price in the cart is the correct price. Next visit; each item taxed $3 along with the state, federal and other taxes. Cart said I owed $122, got to the counter and owed $142...wait...what? This has happened more than once. How are you going to fix this guys?

Enlightened in Arkadelphis is my "go to" dispensary! The store is super clean and bright with examples of their products displayed in cabinets. There are also lists of their products, divided up into categories, on on of the dispensary walls. If you still are not sure what you want, the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the various strains and the many ways the cannabis is processed. They are happy to give recommendations to fit your need.

Prices advertised online are not accurate. Every single item was $5-20 more pre tax than the prices listed online. I also was charged double on one product and when I told them they refunded me only partially. When I got home I noticed one of my 8ths was nearly a gram short. Very frustrating to make an hour drive to get a “deal” that doesn’t exist and get overcharged and shorted. Worst dispo in the state

I called today. I had to call four times the first time for someone to answer the phone. I asked how many points I had. Over 600. I was told, over the phone, it was enough for me to get a $40 cart for free. I asked them to be certain because I’m broke and don’t have gas. They said they were. I drove down there to find out otherwise. Like I can get a gram cart in Pine Bluff for $30. They’re $70 here. Good Day Farm Products are subpar at best. I recommend Osage. At other dispensaries in the state, I can spend my reward points however I want to once I accumulate like 100 points or whatever. No here! The way they make you apply your points doesn’t even make sense. Just let the customer apply the points that they earned! ?!?!? This store was better before they made some recent hires, but the cart prices have always been too high. Pun intended.

Always pleasant at Enlightened in Caddo Valley, it’s almost 2 hours from my home but well worth it..Only thing I don’t understand is the sticker on each item you buy.. I’ve been told ATF or whoever says this is gospel.. however, just a heads up.. and I’m not naming or calling anyone out, but Zen Leaf is only a few miles from my home, they don’t put stickers on any of the items.. they staple the receipt to a closed bag and say you’re good.. just passing it along, keep up the great work and see you next week..

Apparently having your own mask isn't good enough for this high class establishment. You must wear one of their two ply blue fresh out of the Chinese box masks to be served at this establishment. Apparently having your own mask isn't good enough for this high class establishment. You must wear one of their two ply blue fresh out of the Chinese box masks to be served at this establishment. I have PTSD the mask is an issue for me on several levels. Major triggers. I have my own. And there on general low customer service, guarantees I don't go back

Went there for the 1st time and the inside is very nice. Bathroom was SUPER clean.Bud tenders were all nice with friendly conversation. Well stocked with flower not available in the area I live in. The flower is weighed and prepacked already. Prices are kinda high for the disabled who get monthly checks. Other than that, it's cool.
