My bartender was okay, but the girl at the front door with curly hair was a nightmare. I understand I show my ID. Every place is different. You don't need to follow me around the store and constantly tell me about the many sings on the front door. I almost walked out, just so she would leave me alone. Unfortunately, I work in the cannabis industry and that was no bubble. Was told to rub it instead of replacing the cart and providing good customer service to a regular. Often I do a online order this is what i get. It's so hard to get any of their good stuff bc you can wait for it to post and it says immediately that it's out when no one could have even ordered it bc the place was closed. My name is Brigette Burr not whoever this name is. Point proven. Or I buy a 3.5g of wax that's almost $160 and it's 0.2g short. Or I get my flower that even the lady at the front sees the seal is broken but yet still gives it to me. Then you find that they sale you stuff from 2022 and at first say you can exchange it then tells you you can't. Even after they tell you yea it's only good for a year. Spent too much wasted money in there. Wouldn't go there if my life depended on it. The people are so rude it's unreal.

I usually have a great experience, but this time has taken a nose dive. I have never had to wait so long for a very small order. I have been sitting here for an hour waiting for an online order that said it was being packed. There's only two cars in the parking lot and that includes mine. Whoever is working is not doing what they are supposed to do. This will probably be the last time I come here because of this one experience.

You don’t know the layout, the extent of their products available, the staff etc etc. Those feelings were put to ease immediately by the staff at CC. Nikk specifically took care of me. He even went to the back to check if they had the specific product I was looking for, and when it was no where to be found, he patiently guided me toward something similar that met my needs. Super friendly, the place feels like a home, you can tell it was built from the community for the community. They are always in tune with what I prefer and courteous beyond compare. I've been a MMC holder for 2 years. Custom Cannabis is the closest dispensary to me, so it's the first one I ever visited and is the one I've used most often. Out of all the AR dispensaries I've been a patient at, this one is consistently the absolute worst. The budtenders are glorified placeholders behind the counter. Rarely does anyone have any product knowledge to assist with treatment options (so be sure to do your own research and have lots of options for yourself when they can't find something you need), and everyone BUT the guy during my very FIRST visit 2 years ago is intensely inconvenienced by any questions and rarely can they do their job themselves without interrupting someone else's time to pull another "cashier" over. Never in all this time been I've been going there has it ever been clear on when and if they ever run specials and if they do, it's unclearly handwritten on a paper bag setting on the counter and the discounts are never actually applied - so watch out when they ring you up. If you call to ask about specials, get ready to hear them finish all of their side conversations amongst themselves before they even acknowledge that they have the phone in their hands and you're on the line. When you purchase from the deli, they will NOT USE GLOVES and all the buds they drop on the floor and counter go right back into the jar, right in front of you. It's pretty evident that not only are they poorly educated about the field they "work" in, they are seemingly run by very poor business owners, managers, and staff. No effort to communicate on social media or update Google business hours for pre-planned closures (so awesome to drive 25 min to see a piece of paper on the door saying they're closed for inventory). Online ordering is a joke (seriously do not recommend trying it - their ordering system has next to no information on items and you will not receive what you think you are buying). The last 4 trips for deli bud has turned out to be dry and tasted really chemically as if they attempted to blast it to extend shelf life. The only good thing I have to say is they actually keep a decent variety on hand, just wish they would be willing to help you find the right things for you and could sell you quality flower. I highly recommend you skip it altogether. I'll be driving out to 443 (towards Hot Springs!) and Harvest (in Conway!) where they are actually pioneering the industry and have compassionate and educated people who care about their products and patients. Such a wasted opportunity that this is the dispensary our community ended up with. Should the owners care to respond, I have a lot of suggestions to help you correct your shortcomings here.

They always pull the bait and switch on you, you can call and they tell you something is still on sale yet when you get there it's not on sale. Great prices, but hope you aren't planning on getting in and out quick. Last two times I was in, it was more than a 30 minute wait. Everybody behind the sales counter chit chatting like they're being paid by the word, moving slow, generally doing everything you don't want to do when the waiting room is slammed. Train your people to move it along when the waiting room is full. Some of us aren't being paid to be there and might not wanna hang 30 minutes in a slammed, largely unmasked waiting area, especially when Covid is killing 35 Arkansans a day.

The sale item was worth a try but I’m disappointed in regards to the attitude of the bud tender. The man never said a word to me as I approached the counter and when I politely asked what was on sale he grabbed the jars and thudded them down onto the countertop without a word. I had to ask him about the strains and percentages as he glared at me with what seemed like overwhelming disdain. I’m not sure if he was just having a bad day but he really needs to check his attitude while working and dealing with disabled citizens that suffer from PTSD. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location anytime soon. The processing was poorly ran and seemed to rotate patients in and out of the facility like cattle with little concern for our personal needs. They do not offer a compassionate care program for low income, disabled nor veterans at this time either. I felt unnerved by this poorly ran facility. The lady that took my initial information was polite, although it was hard to hear her through the built in face shield.

I love that they are close to me. Staff is pretty knowledgeable. Only downside is small selection and I also highly rely on cartridges and the last two were a waste of money, they leaked and clogged the mouthpieces! At around 50/ $60 apiece it’s really upsetting when you can’t even use what medication you legally attained because you NEED IT.Update: when you need your medicine, they will have what you need. Overtime they updated their menu pretty well also diverse. They’ve also retrained the staff.

Never had an issue here, and frankly none of the reviews seem true. They won’t deny you if you don’t have the vaccine, only ask that you wear a mask. They’ll ask for proof of vaccine if you claim to have it, which isn’t illegal at all, and they won’t press if you don’t have your proof. Simply ask that you put on the mask. I’ve never experienced any rude budtenders, managers, even the security here is fantastic. At the moment it seems they’re slightly understaffed, so wait times do tend to be a little longer but that has nothing to do with the company/store.Overall, one of my favorite dispensaries.

So I asked what were there specials and the female bud tender told me the two strains that were in sale. I told her what I wanted and as I walked outside to my car I noticed she gave me the wrong flowers. The security guard was coming around the building and he asked was everything okay. I explained that the bud tender gave me the wrong flowers. He said, “come on will take care of it. So I’m back inside and I explain what happened to the guy at the online order window. He then goes to talk to the bud tender and I observed them talking. She(bud tender) laughs/smirks and looks at me and rolled her eyes. So yep I figured as much. Probably mad I wrote a review on her for giving me the prepackaged flowers after showing it to me in a jar. So then another lady comes in behind the window. After about 10 minutes of waiting she said she would be with me when the female tender gets finished with a customer. Anywhoo, the chic denied hearing me say what strain I wanted twice. To add insult to injury they tell me they couldn’t exchange or give me my refund after having me wait 15 minutes when they could have just said that. No worries though Arkansas dept. if health was notified.

I just got done with a bone marrow transplant 4 months ago after fighting leukemia, I medically can not get the vaccine and they want to force it and ask for proof. Definitely not someone I would want to work with! Bullying not cool. That’s how it looked, I couldn’t hear what he said I could only see how he addressed the issue, not ok with it...I think he needs some training in addressing issues in a professional manner and a course in team building instead of Tearing someone down in front of customers, again how it looked. I've been here several times and only order online so I don't go into the actual "shop" side. The cashier staff is super friendly. They do not have much to choose from and that's ok too. I have never been disappointed by my medication purchase there. The biggest complaint and the reason for only two stars, is the security guys. I dont know if these are wanna be cops that didn't make the cut or just regular saline co "good old boys" but they are extremely rude and condescending to the people paying the bills (aka the patients). This dispensery would do themselves a favor hiring thru a different company. I will go somewhere else from now on and I will recommend anyone else to do the same till they figure it out.

I waited until I visited another dispensary before leaving a review for this one, so that i could make a fair comparison. The selection here is awful at best. Only thing worse than the variety of products is the customer service. I didn't require a hand holding walk-through, but did explain I was new and picked them as my first to come to. The entire process was rushed, no direction/suggestions were made, no questions were asked about what I was looking for. The entire visit can be easily compared to going to McDonald's. So I have a complaint. I know this dispensary hasn't been open very long and I really DO understand that it takes time to become established. But if a person is on a very strict budget, this convenient location doesn't have every strain in a gram size; only what they deem fit to be in a gram size. And that usually isn't a problem but the strains that they have chosen for the grams are the lower percent thc content. For me, the lower the thc content; the more I have to smoke which causes throat irritation.So instead of giving my monies to these nice people (other than this complaint, I have nothing but nice things to say about this place) I have to drive to a competitive dispensary which is in Hensley (a 30 min drive) to be able to get what I need on the budget that I am on.

I have been sitting here for an hour waiting for an online order that said it was being packed. There's only two cars in the parking lot and that includes mine. I've been a MMC holder for 2 years. Custom Cannabis is the closest dispensary to me, so it's the first one I ever visited and is the one I've used most often. Out of all the AR dispensaries I've been a patient at, this one is consistently the absolute worst. The budtenders are glorified placeholders behind the counter. Rarely does anyone have any product knowledge to assist with treatment options (so be sure to do your own research and have lots of options for yourself when they can't find something you need), and everyone BUT the guy during my very FIRST visit 2 years ago is intensely inconvenienced by any questions and rarely can they do their job themselves without interrupting someone else's time to pull another "cashier" over. Never in all this time been I've been going there has it ever been clear on when and if they ever run specials and if they do, it's unclearly handwritten on a paper bag setting on the counter and the discounts are never actually applied - so watch out when they ring you up. If you call to ask about specials, get ready to hear them finish all of their side conversations amongst themselves before they even acknowledge that they have the phone in their hands and you're on the line. When you purchase from the deli, they will NOT USE GLOVES and all the buds they drop on the floor and counter go right back into the jar, right in front of you. It's pretty evident that not only are they poorly educated about the field they "work" in, they are seemingly run by very poor business owners, managers, and staff. No effort to communicate on social media or update Google business hours for pre-planned closures (so awesome to drive 25 min to see a piece of paper on the door saying they're closed for inventory). Online ordering is a joke (seriously do not recommend trying it - their ordering system has next to no information on items and you will not receive what you think you are buying). The last 4 trips for deli bud has turned out to be dry and tasted really chemically as if they attempted to blast it to extend shelf life. The only good thing I have to say is they actually keep a decent variety on hand, just wish they would be willing to help you find the right things for you and could sell you quality flower. I highly recommend you skip it altogether. I'll be driving out to 443 (towards Hot Springs!) and Harvest (in Conway!) where they are actually pioneering the industry and have compassionate and educated people who care about their products and patients. Such a wasted opportunity that this is the dispensary our community ended up with. Should the owners care to respond, I have a lot of suggestions to help you correct your shortcomings here.

Everybody behind the sales counter chit chatting like they're being paid by the word, moving slow, generally doing everything you don't want to do when the waiting room is slammed. Train your people to move it along when the waiting room is full. Some of us aren't being paid to be there and might not wanna hang 30 minutes in a slammed, largely unmasked waiting area, especially when Covid is killing 35 Arkansans a day.

The sale item was worth a try but I’m disappointed in regards to the attitude of the bud tender. The man never said a word to me as I approached the counter and when I politely asked what was on sale he grabbed the jars and thudded them down onto the countertop without a word. I had to ask him about the strains and percentages as he glared at me with what seemed like overwhelming disdain. I’m not sure if he was just having a bad day but he really needs to check his attitude while working and dealing with disabled citizens that suffer from PTSD. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location anytime soon. The processing was poorly ran and seemed to rotate patients in and out of the facility like cattle with little concern for our personal needs. They do not offer a compassionate care program for low income, disabled nor veterans at this time either. I felt unnerved by this poorly ran facility. The lady that took my initial information was polite, although it was hard to hear her through the built in face shield.

I love that they are close to me. Staff is pretty knowledgeable. Only downside is small selection and I also highly rely on cartridges and the last two were a waste of money, they leaked and clogged the mouthpieces! At around 50/ $60 apiece it’s really upsetting when you can’t even use what medication you legally attained because you NEED IT.Update: when you need your medicine, they will have what you need. Overtime they updated their menu pretty well also diverse. They’ve also retrained the staff.

Never had an issue here, and frankly none of the reviews seem true. They won’t deny you if you don’t have the vaccine, only ask that you wear a mask. They’ll ask for proof of vaccine if you claim to have it, which isn’t illegal at all, and they won’t press if you don’t have your proof. Simply ask that you put on the mask. I’ve never experienced any rude budtenders, managers, even the security here is fantastic. At the moment it seems they’re slightly understaffed, so wait times do tend to be a little longer but that has nothing to do with the company/store.Overall, one of my favorite dispensaries.

So I asked what were there specials and the female bud tender told me the two strains that were in sale. I told her what I wanted and as I walked outside to my car I noticed she gave me the wrong flowers. The security guard was coming around the building and he asked was everything okay. I explained that the bud tender gave me the wrong flowers. He said, “come on will take care of it. So I’m back inside and I explain what happened to the guy at the online order window. He then goes to talk to the bud tender and I observed them talking. She(bud tender) laughs/smirks and looks at me and rolled her eyes. So yep I figured as much. Probably mad I wrote a review on her for giving me the prepackaged flowers after showing it to me in a jar. So then another lady comes in behind the window. After about 10 minutes of waiting she said she would be with me when the female tender gets finished with a customer. Anywhoo, the chic denied hearing me say what strain I wanted twice. To add insult to injury they tell me they couldn’t exchange or give me my refund after having me wait 15 minutes when they could have just said that. No worries though Arkansas dept. if health was notified.

I got denied going in because I don’t have my vaccine. On top of them breaking laws asking for proof of vaccine! I just got done with a bone marrow transplant 4 months ago after fighting leukemia, I medically can not get the vaccine and they want to force it and ask for proof. Take your business elsewhere then this joke of a place. It needs to be shut down, breaking laws!

Just shopped at this location got home and had been charged twice for the products. Called as soon as I got home. On hold approximately 10 minutes I hung up and called back and was put on hold for 7-8 minutes and they hung-up.Come on the $ amount around 26 bucks before tax I’m not going to lose sleep over it but it speaks volumes about customers concerns.

Wow. The manager Jarrett (sp) very unprofessional! I can’t believe how he treated one of the staff members (Budtender) in front of customers and fellow employees, it was aggressive. Definitely not someone I would want to work with! Bullying not cool. That’s how it looked, I couldn’t hear what he said I could only see how he addressed the issue, not ok with it...I think he needs some training in addressing issues in a professional manner and a course in team building instead of Tearing someone down in front of customers, again how it looked. Security guard did his job and Mr.Bud is Always friendly & very helpful...does his job very well and helped myself "feel" comfortable. Custom started out seemingly strong for Arkansas and flat out failed.During inclement weather, they did not update their hours, causing patients to drive in to a closed dispensary!There used to be an option to save money for online orders, they took that away. My mom used to buy Cocaine off the old fat guy in back and the middle aged blonde chick in the online window. I know everybodys seen her?. The blonde that walks around Little Rock with the Indian dreads. And their daughter hangs out targeting the patients in the parking lot and their little shrimp son, targets people at the Sonic down the road. I seen 4 of these fat mans male hos bumping uglys on that scabees couch they got sittin on the road in between these to businesses. How dang obvious do you have to be?!....UPDATE I got raped in my home repeatedly after I left this review. Be warned this fat man is just stealing your names and numbers, trying to make medical marijuana market look bad so he can boost his cocaine sells again, and trapping people in sex trafficking. But then again it is Stagecoach, so maybe I was just asking for it like his cop buddy said.

My favorite person to see is the short sweet silver haired lady, she always answers any questions i have and it never takes me more than 5 minutes. She always remembers my name. I have questioned something I ordered, which turned out to not be what I wanted. There was no problem with taking it off the order or changing for another product. Whatever I wanted was fine. The only thing I don’t like, and the reason for 4 stars rather than 5, is that the tax is not included in the posted prices. The other dispensaries I have used or looked at online have had tax included so you know exactly what the cost will be. Other than that it’s great.

I've been here several times and only order online so I don't go into the actual "shop" side. The cashier staff is super friendly. They do not have much to choose from and that's ok too. I have never been disappointed by my medication purchase there. The biggest complaint and the reason for only two stars, is the security guys. I dont know if these are wanna be cops that didn't make the cut or just regular saline co "good old boys" but they are extremely rude and condescending to the people paying the bills (aka the patients). This dispensery would do themselves a favor hiring thru a different company. I will go somewhere else from now on and I will recommend anyone else to do the same till they figure it out.

I waited until I visited another dispensary before leaving a review for this one, so that i could make a fair comparison. The selection here is awful at best. Only thing worse than the variety of products is the customer service. I didn't require a hand holding walk-through, but did explain I was new and picked them as my first to come to. The entire process was rushed, no direction/suggestions were made, no questions were asked about what I was looking for. The entire visit can be easily compared to going to McDonald's. Its quick, its easy, you get what you get, they don't care that you are there, and if you order online, check your bag before you drive off (based on comments overheard in the waiting area.)Time of visit for reference: Thursday at 11am

So I have a complaint. I know this dispensary hasn't been open very long and I really DO understand that it takes time to become established. But if a person is on a very strict budget, this convenient location doesn't have every strain in a gram size; only what they deem fit to be in a gram size. And that usually isn't a problem but the strains that they have chosen for the grams are the lower percent thc content. For me, the lower the thc content; the more I have to smoke which causes throat irritation.So instead of giving my monies to these nice people (other than this complaint, I have nothing but nice things to say about this place) I have to drive to a competitive dispensary which is in Hensley (a 30 min drive) to be able to get what I need on the budget that I am on.
