*EDIT TO ADD* Let me preface by saying that I've been a frequent flyer of this establishment for at least 4 years, and I've had a mixture of both positive and negative experiences. I'm not a fan of high turnovers for your staff, and the shut down we've already ranted over seems to not be imminent danger anymore. For now. I want so badly to love this place again, truly I do. I think we all do.I need your staff to be knowledgeable about the products they're showing me, not just THC content. I've been consuming over 30 years in all forms and I'm more interested in the terpines. The prices could be a bit more "patient friendly," so I'll sure be happy when your specials board is back up and running. I don't care about the roku Screensaver. I need daily specials in daily categories. That worked for my TBI brain to be able to comprehend and focus on what I need. I'm terrified to use the website as my brain jumbles it all together and my heart begins to race. There is just still so much to improve upon. I have hope, I'm just proceeding with caution. I'll keep updating my review as my experiences come.I'll give 5 stars again when you reopen. Shutting down suddenly and without warning for your patients wasn't very professional. Then I saw a dozen new employees being interviewed.... I'm hoping I see some familiar faces as I really liked some of your employees.

New people have taken over BAM. I thought things would get better since they were bought out. Honestly it’s a mess right now. They continue to have out of stock merchandise on their site. I was told the points system has changed. At first you could redeem points anytime no matter the amount even if you wanted to use $1 off you had. Recently I was told now you have to wait until you have $5 to redeem points. No one knows the policy. The new changes are not making things better it’s confusing the customers. The flower is incredibly expensive. The sale stuff is dried up and crunchy. The bud tenders have no personality. No one greeted me and when I did check out I had to wait on bud tender to finish her conversation. I was just standing there (awkward) and I was the only customer there. I guess everybody else wised up and stop coming :D! They should have kept some familiar faces. I just didn’t feel welcomed it felt like a transaction. When I asked questions the bud tender acted annoyed and she was very short with me. I’m trying to give them a chance but idk maybe I need to stick with the friendly faces at delta and Greenlight. At least they make me feel good spending my hard earned money on my medication. If you want to increase business you have to treat your patients right! And have more affordable green.

Avoid this place at all cost. The prices are not worth the 30 min wait to deal w incompetent employees. Gave them four chances three of them my order was sold before I got there three times in a row. Called manager no reply or response for a week. Then they say we wanna earn your business back I said well tell me what u r prepared to do and nothing but crickets. So go to delta or crop or any other dispensary but avoid this place. I’ve been to every dispensary in Arkansas most in Oklahoma this is by far the armpit of the dispensaries

I updated my review because recently I went and they had updated their menu. They did great with letting customers know what products are apart of their sale. But my only issue is they run out of product 2 hours into a sale. Be sure to have more product on hand to satisfy your patient’s needs. But overall it was a better experience than before. They did a better job with their detailed menu just didn’t have enough product available. There was no way to put in an online order for customer appreciation day (9/2). It’s disappointing to wait an hour in line to shop and when I finally get in what I want is out of stock. The gummies that were bogo for a penny were all gone. And some of the 8ths bogo for a penny were also out of stock. I can see they are trying but if every time I come what I want is out of stock it can be frustrating. Thankfully there were other options to choose from that I was able to go with instead.

Looking unable to speak, or walk he couldn’t have his caregiver obviously because of the laws. But it’s crazy you have to register in order to even go in with them and help the disabled purchase it; really don’t like the set up of that and the law behind that either way it can get took from the person registered or not, so I don’t see the point but I won’t be back for a while due to the lack of them helping him they all looked confused high and unbothered.

Other local stores have Stronger and better taken care of products. Put in numerous online orders just to get the message saying it’s ready, but get to the store and they will never have everything you ordered. Customer service was strong when they first opened but this place has gone way down hill. Head on over to Delta! The price advertised is exactly the price you will pay there!! I legally can't go in nor do I use their products.Wife has a card and she likes the staff, but it is the same stuff as Delta. It is located in a really bad neighborhood, but we don't feel unsafe.Only thing she wishes is the dispensaries carried a stronger selection. It has offered better pain management for her back though.

Unfortunately no longer a regular. I've always had great experiences (dozens) with every single person who has helped me here over the last 18 months and I almost exclusively go to BaM over Delta. Everyone is dope. Tonight someone that I'd never seen before checked me in. I was picking up an order and asked him to apply my loyalty points. He said he already looked at that and none of my items were eligible. I wasn't sure if he was new or what so I told him that I'd always been able to apply them to my order. He said "I can't go below cost, I can't lose money." And then something about "they shouldn't be applying them on everything." So, I assume he is manager/owner/someone. If you want to say loyalty points don't apply on sale items or something then you do you but nothing is listed as discounted on the site and there are no specials and haven't been in forever. How he decides what you can apply it to is a mystery. If he had been cool that would be one thing, but he was curt and rude so unfortunately I don't want to support his business. Don't make me feel like a criminal.

Went from 5 to 1 stars. We are getting ripped off in this state. Pricing at BAM does not include taxes which means any of these "specials" are really just paying for the tax. And these specials make you jump thru hoops like showing up on the 3rd Saturday before noon to get 20-25% off which is more like 10% off after the taxes. Considering most of there customers probably don't live in West Memphis this is a cruel pre-req to inflict on poorer customers. In Mt. Home I can buy $250 (tax included) ounces every day (4 different strains per day, changes daily). Seriously BAM, why do I have to show up for 3 hours a month to get a "special" that is no where near Plant Family's pricing? If you have the way to make it to Mt. Home I strongly suggest it. And to the very cool workers of BAM, this is not an attack on you guys but the company you work for.

Never happened at DELTA!also, the fact tax isn’t included in pricing is deceptive considering there’s a HUGE tax on MMJ products. It seems like a trick because you pay at least $10 more than you planned.The one time I did get flower from this place I was extremely unimpressed and felt very overcharged for what I got. It was grass.Considering the other locations in the same town I don’t see why anyone would go to this location.It’s also in a very sketchy and difficult spot to get to, especially if you’re from out of town, you have to driving through a little neighborhood which feels weird.Don’t get me started on the rude staff members.Got to delta, better prices, better staff, better location, better weed, better building, better everything. I walked to my vehicle security instantly walked up ro window saying i can look in my bag in parking lot. So i pulled on street and checked it out. This is where I first began shopping but it quickly changed... the staff is typically very unfriendly and seem to want to get you out as soon as possible. They can’t seem to answer many questions in depth. Also they staple the bags shut which no other dispensary does, which really bothers me as I can’t see my product and they don’t show you before bagging. Tax isn’t included so you never know how much money to bring, and they tack on a $3.50 surcharge for using a card. It’s very inconvenient. Not many daily deals other than a small percentage off, which just makes it as costly as anywhere else. The reward program is pretty nice, however.

The prices could be a bit more "patient friendly," so I'll sure be happy when your specials board is back up and running. I don't care about the roku Screensaver. I need daily specials in daily categories. That worked for my TBI brain to be able to comprehend and focus on what I need. I'm terrified to use the website as my brain jumbles it all together and my heart begins to race. There is just still so much to improve upon. I have hope, I'm just proceeding with caution. New people have taken over BAM. I thought things would get better since they were bought out. Honestly it’s a mess right now. They continue to have out of stock merchandise on their site. I was told the points system has changed. At first you could redeem points anytime no matter the amount even if you wanted to use $1 off you had. Recently I was told now you have to wait until you have $5 to redeem points. No one knows the policy. The new changes are not making things better it’s confusing the customers. The flower is incredibly expensive. The sale stuff is dried up and crunchy. The bud tenders have no personality. No one greeted me and when I did check out I had to wait on bud tender to finish her conversation. I was just standing there (awkward) and I was the only customer there. I guess everybody else wised up and stop coming :D! They should have kept some familiar faces. I just didn’t feel welcomed it felt like a transaction. When I asked questions the bud tender acted annoyed and she was very short with me. I’m trying to give them a chance but idk maybe I need to stick with the friendly faces at delta and Greenlight. At least they make me feel good spending my hard earned money on my medication. If you want to increase business you have to treat your patients right! And have more affordable green.

I updated my review because recently I went and they had updated their menu. They did great with letting customers know what products are apart of their sale. But my only issue is they run out of product 2 hours into a sale. Be sure to have more product on hand to satisfy your patient’s needs. But overall it was a better experience than before. They did a better job with their detailed menu just didn’t have enough product available. There was no way to put in an online order for customer appreciation day (9/2). It’s disappointing to wait an hour in line to shop and when I finally get in what I want is out of stock. The gummies that were bogo for a penny were all gone. And some of the 8ths bogo for a penny were also out of stock. I can see they are trying but if every time I come what I want is out of stock it can be frustrating. Thankfully there were other options to choose from that I was able to go with instead.

Looking unable to speak, or walk he couldn’t have his caregiver obviously because of the laws. But it’s crazy you have to register in order to even go in with them and help the disabled purchase it; really don’t like the set up of that and the law behind that either way it can get took from the person registered or not, so I don’t see the point but I won’t be back for a while due to the lack of them helping him they all looked confused high and unbothered.

Unfortunately no longer a regular. I've always had great experiences (dozens) with every single person who has helped me here over the last 18 months and I almost exclusively go to BaM over Delta. Everyone is dope. Tonight someone that I'd never seen before checked me in. I was picking up an order and asked him to apply my loyalty points. He said he already looked at that and none of my items were eligible. I wasn't sure if he was new or what so I told him that I'd always been able to apply them to my order. He said "I can't go below cost, I can't lose money." And then something about "they shouldn't be applying them on everything." So, I assume he is manager/owner/someone. If you want to say loyalty points don't apply on sale items or something then you do you but nothing is listed as discounted on the site and there are no specials and haven't been in forever. How he decides what you can apply it to is a mystery. If he had been cool that would be one thing, but he was curt and rude so unfortunately I don't want to support his business. Don't make me feel like a criminal.

Went from 5 to 1 stars. We are getting ripped off in this state. Pricing at BAM does not include taxes which means any of these "specials" are really just paying for the tax. And these specials make you jump thru hoops like showing up on the 3rd Saturday before noon to get 20-25% off which is more like 10% off after the taxes. Considering most of there customers probably don't live in West Memphis this is a cruel pre-req to inflict on poorer customers. In Mt. Home I can buy $250 (tax included) ounces every day (4 different strains per day, changes daily). Seriously BAM, why do I have to show up for 3 hours a month to get a "special" that is no where near Plant Family's pricing? If you have the way to make it to Mt. Home I strongly suggest it. And to the very cool workers of BAM, this is not an attack on you guys but the company you work for.

Product was decent but not consistent on quality. Some airy bud some dense. They laminated my card for free I didn't have to ask. Only dislike reason for 4 stars. I walked to my vehicle security instantly walked up ro window saying i can look in my bag in parking lot. So i pulled on street and checked it out. When you drive from 3 hours away you need to be able to look and make sure you got what you paid for.

This is where I first began shopping but it quickly changed... the staff is typically very unfriendly and seem to want to get you out as soon as possible. They can’t seem to answer many questions in depth. Also they staple the bags shut which no other dispensary does, which really bothers me as I can’t see my product and they don’t show you before bagging. Tax isn’t included so you never know how much money to bring, and they tack on a $3.50 surcharge for using a card. It’s very inconvenient. Not many daily deals other than a small percentage off, which just makes it as costly as anywhere else. The reward program is pretty nice, however.

BAM is a tad too expensive for my taste. DO NOT USE A CARD, or you will be charged fees. The workers also aren’t as knowledgeable about the product they are selling, don’t get me wrong there are a few who know what they’re talking about though! Everytime I go in I have to ask for Rachel (if she’s working) bc she knows her product. However they typically have a variety selection and their menus are VERY easy to read and understand.
