I soooo wanted to love this free delivery service but that is where it ends. Surprise ATM charges on top of the expected $3.50. If that was all I'd be disappointed, but not a deal breaker. Then. The flower. Prepacked really isn't my preference, but free delivery sucked me in. It was all ($375+) moldy, spongy, funky smelling, dank(not in a good way) had to be constantly lit and relit (again not the good kind) tasted horrible and gave me headaches. Truly unsmokeable. I've been a toker for 53 years. I didn't see any reviews about your product quality. After phone calls, texts and emails I got an apology finally. Not much else. Moldy weed is unhealthy. That is a deal breaker.

I'm in Hot Springs and have only used them for delivery, never been to the actual dispensary (hope to one day). Anyway I used them a bit in the past and kind of forgot about them. They have no delivery fee. They didn't have a minimum order amount for a very long time as well. They do now but it's, in my opinion, a very reasonable $35. Check out some of the other disp's that do delivery and only cover a MUCH smaller area, do deliverys once a week or so etc. they have min order ammounts of $100-$300, along with a delivery fee at some! I'd say $35 with no fee is super reasonable considering how much of the state they deliver to and how long they can have to drive for orders. As an example I would feel like... not a nice person let's say, if I ordered just a ~$15 thing of gummies and had them drive that all the way to Hot Springs. Anyways I've been using them a lot lately. I found out about their official site/store instead of their WM's (it uses dutchie, just go to their official site/store the one listed here on google maps as their website, and click specials). On there they are always running specials that don't run on their WM's page. Like right now they are having a big sale where the entire store is 15% off. But they always have some flower, vapes, concentrate etc that will be 15%-20% off etc. etc. However, even though I had used them in the past through WM's with no problem. The system they use on their site (dutchie) would say my address was outside the delivery range. I sent them an e-mail, honestly not expecting anything to come from it. I didn't get a reply, but I checked it ~1-2 weeks later and when I put in my address it said I could order. So, they fixed it! I can't thank them enough for that. Getting access to the specials they only run on their dutchie store is awesome. Like just now I ordered three eighths during the 15% off the entire store sale. Got 2 Leafology eights ($20 each), which is a brand/cultivator I can't even get here in Hot Springs since our only dispensary (Suite 443) doesn't carry Leafology. And an eighth of RVR "Sour Birthday Cake". Which S443 dose sale, for $40 per eighth. I got the same exact thing (same THC%, same batch) for $20. Even without the 15% sale the normal price is $25. $25 vs $40 for literally the same thing... that's just crazy. Shows that the markup Suite 443 must be putting on the product is at least $20. And just the fact I can have the same product brought to my door for half the price than if I drove 10-15 mins to Suite 443 is crazy. But it's awesome. I've been using them a lot more lately. They also have a rewards points program where you quickly get enough points for free (1 penny) products. The only complaint I have is these points can only be redeemed/used in person at the dispensary. That's a huge bummer for people like me so far away. To see those points add up and knowing you can't use them. It's not something that would be impossible by any means. There are other dispensaries that let you apply/use their rewards points with online orders. My only other ask. Please, please please carry Carpenter Farms. Just their flower would be fine. I think they are one of the best cultivators in our state and again, the only dispensary here, Suite 443 dosen't carry them either. I see from old listings that you guys used to. Right now, the closest place you can get CF is Custom Cannabis. Anyways, you guys rock. Thank you for giving me more than ONE choice. It really is a shame about the laws regarding advertising and dispensaries here in Arkansas, because I am fairly sure most people simply don't know about you guys, specifically your delivery service and/or that you deliver all the way to Hot Springs. Hopefully the amendment passes (I believe that changes advertising laws for dispenseries).

I have nothing but great things to say about this dispensary for one they deliver to me and I'm in Harrison Arkansas that's a really long drive for them and I'm rarely in the area to be able to just stop into the store. So I was there a couple weeks ago and I decided to stop in and get a vape and some flower the woman behind the counter that sold the products to me told me that if anything happened with that vape like manufacturing issues or it not working after 2 days of having it to let them know and they would replace. Well today I went to use my vape that I only used to often and of course it wasn't working correctly they agreed to give me store credit for the exact amount of The vape so I could order another one or some other product! And they will deliver it!

Delivery issues. When it works, it’s great. But several times, I have had orders delayed or cancelled. Today I finally decided to post a review. Ordered yesterday (Saturday) so it could be delivered today (Sunday) I placed the order at 11:00am on Saturday and was called today (Sunday) at 9:00am to let me know my order would be delayed a day. I advised that I can’t accept orders during the week with my schedule. They asked if Tuesday would be better and I said it wouldn’t work at all and to cancel the order.Just very frustrating when it happens multiple times. Turn off the option to order on the website once you’ve reached your limit. If you’re unable to process the orders, turn off the ability to place it in the first place so your customers don’t count on something and have to rearrange last minute.

I want to give this dispensary 5 stars but due to my recent experience I just can’t. The company website says that if you place your order BEFORE 6 am you will receive delivery same day. I placed my order before 6 two days ago. I was told yesterday they couldn’t make it to my location due to a heavy order day, which is understandable. I was told I would be PRIORITY for the next day. I called today only to be told my delivery won’t make it until 6:30 pm and considering the fact that delivery’s can’t be made past 7 I doubt I will see that delivery again for the second day. I was told other customers took priority over me. This is not good business. At all.

I finally made it to check out Arkansas Natural Products in Clinton and it was a great experience.I was a bit unsure of how the atmosphere would be since it seems to vary depending on the dispensary and the employees, but I really enjoyed the overall vibe of Arkansas Natural Products. I only encountered one employee and she was really nice and very helpful. I ordered online prior to visiting, so my order was ready and waiting for me in the front when I got there. My order was correct and all my questions were addressed. I didn't notice until after leaving that there were not any labels on my products with my name, which was a bit of a concern considering I had about a 30 minute drive to get to the dispensary from where I live. With the transport still being a bit of a gray area, I was concerned about my name not being easily seen on my cannabis in case I was pulled over, although I did not encounter any issues or police. This location has free delivery with no minimum if you live in the specified areas, which I do. Perhaps I will order delivery next time.Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Arkansas Natural Products and plan to visit again or order delivery very soon. I recommend this dispensary to anyone who is looking for a similar business.

The delivery drivers are nice people and they're really great with working on you I feel like the shop is a whole mess the system they work with dutchie does not alert people if their orders are not going to be filled. They have no empathy or any solutions to try to help anyone if they have a problem and apparently they also have no explanations when something goes wrong. I've had great experiences with the delivery drivers but so far with everyone in the store or over the phone not so good.

They always have nice friendly staff anytime I've gone into their actual location. Plus recently used the delivery service they offer for the first time, and not only were they also friendly, they were fairly quick getting it out to me. But even if they weren't as quick the fact it's so convenient makes it worth it. Also if you call up and have questions they will make sure they answer them thoroughly for you to help you better understand things.

BE AWARE OF AND EXPECT PAYMENT PROCESSING FEESI really like the products, and I’m a big fan of them carrying River Valley Relief. However, here’s my complaint: when using delivery, be sure to understand that if you use a debit card- you will be charged a $3.50 surcharge and they will round up to the nearest $5. The store said the $3.50 was for a cash ATM they use to process the payment, and the $5 rounding up is because it’s an ATM. I was told that I should have been asked if I wanted change, but it wasn’t.I was also told that all of this was explained on the terminal, but it’s not. This was the third time I’ve used my card with this dispensary and the first time I’ve ever been charged a surcharge or the total was rounded up.I don’t necessarily mind being charged a convenience fee, but I do mind getting charged more than I expected and have to take the time to track down what was going on.I would highly recommend paying cash instead of using a card.

The only hiccups I've had is with my discounts not being applied to my online orders and the Christmas in July sale prices ended before the specified time stated but I am hopeful these issues will be resolved soon. It seems like they’ve got a bit of a skeleton crew for delivery, so sometimes they’ll schedule for like the mid afternoon on weekdays. Which obviously doesn’t work for most adults lol.

I have been a customer for 8 months now and I had previously believed this place to be a five star dispensary. When they started their delivery program I was so excited and would tell everyone I knew about it. Unfortunately I have been having issues with their delivery service. The final straw for me was when I put an order in on Saturday morning. Naturally it is to be delivered the next day. I was told it would be delivered around 4:20pm-6:20pm. I hadn't heard fron them at all and finally inquired about my order at 6pm. After I asked they said it would be late. After waiting another hour and a half they said they couldn't come at all. This was such a disappointment as today was the only day for a while I was available to get my medication. If I had been told earlier I would had just gone and gotten something else. Hopefully they can fix thier communication issue.

Well I never got a delivery that day was told between 4 and 6 so I waited and waited nothing. I think they're way over priced to be quite honest. Plus they ONLY give low income people discount on edibles and vape products NOT FLOWER which they really need to rethink. I bought product and they never gave me any first time patient discount. Then when I came the second time and told the guy he never gave me a discount for first time patients. I'm really thinking about going somewhere else. Even the things they sell are over priced. People are nice but I'm not impressed. Also you should have happy hour between 2:20 and 4:20. Plus your glass displays should be in front of your cashiers so people impulse buy. The way you set it up customers can't see and get pre rolls as well.

I have driven from Conway to Clinton to visit here for the first time, made an online order, came to dispensary before closing hours only to be met with some ghetto sign on the door written in marker and paper saying that they have closed early for the weather at 2pm as I stood outside at 2:11pm to pick up my order of about $140 worth of good. I will never be returning and I should have known better and stayed with harvest. Complete waste of time and no medicine for this patient. GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES CREATE GOOD CUSTOMER BASES. ????️

I felt as if I was a small part of a special, caring family of friends. I would help customers when they had questions and the employees were busy. I tried to share my minute wisdom just as these beautiful employees did. Then one day I was ordered to put in a mask to pick up my medicine. I humbly and quietly explained that I have pretty nasty PTSD . I understood your concern for Covid but I am also concerned about what happens to me when I have to wear a mask. I do not blow up externally, but it is traumatic for me and I know there are women out there who know how I feel. I begged him to let me hold my mask to my face while I picked up my bag from inside the door. He said NO... PUT IT BEHIND YOUR EARS.... if you will explain to me how he was justified, I will apologize for calling him a coward. You see he didn’t tell me this himself, he made another young man order me to put the mask behind my ears, . To me that is cowardice. If I am wrong I will apologize. Thank you for your time and concern. I told Sam to let you all know that I will not come back and hassle you. That’s what I was accused of. Hassling employees. I adore your employees and if by not wanting to be ordered to put the mask behind my ears meant I was hassling then by all means I will not come back. They change how discounts can be applied without any way of notifying patients until after their purchase.FYI I wasn’t not going to abuse the system. If I was notified I needed to buy more to use my discount I would. Money is no problem. And my employment was terminated by a short tempered man with people problems. Did a lot of research on Dispensaries near where I live and this Dispensary came up with the highest rating, for which it has more than earned. Front of House Staff was very friendly and beyond helpful. She went out of her way to answer any questions asked by patients. If she did not know the answer she instantly found someone who did. Lobby was very clean and plenty of seating.Back of House, clean and neat. Greeted as I walked in and made to feel welcome. Budtender gladly answered any questions that I had and listened carefully while I described my condition. He broke down the different Strains I was looking at into their different positive and negative Effects for each condition.I really enjoy that this place uses jars. I soooo wanted to love this free delivery service but that is where it ends. Surprise ATM charges on top of the expected $3.50. If that was all I'd be disappointed, but not a deal breaker. Then. The flower. Prepacked really isn't my preference, but free delivery sucked me in. It was all ($375+) moldy, spongy, funky smelling, dank(not in a good way) had to be constantly lit and relit (again not the good kind) tasted horrible and gave me headaches. Truly unsmokeable. I've been a toker for 53 years. I didn't see any reviews about your product quality. After phone calls, texts and emails I got an apology finally. Not much else. Moldy weed is unhealthy. That is a deal breaker.

I'm in Hot Springs and have only used them for delivery, never been to the actual dispensary (hope to one day). Anyway I used them a bit in the past and kind of forgot about them. They have no delivery fee. They didn't have a minimum order amount for a very long time as well. They do now but it's, in my opinion, a very reasonable $35. Check out some of the other disp's that do delivery and only cover a MUCH smaller area, do deliverys once a week or so etc. they have min order ammounts of $100-$300, along with a delivery fee at some! I'd say $35 with no fee is super reasonable considering how much of the state they deliver to and how long they can have to drive for orders. As an example I would feel like... not a nice person let's say, if I ordered just a ~$15 thing of gummies and had them drive that all the way to Hot Springs. Anyways I've been using them a lot lately. I found out about their official site/store instead of their WM's (it uses dutchie, just go to their official site/store the one listed here on google maps as their website, and click specials). On there they are always running specials that don't run on their WM's page. Like right now they are having a big sale where the entire store is 15% off. But they always have some flower, vapes, concentrate etc that will be 15%-20% off etc. etc. However, even though I had used them in the past through WM's with no problem. The system they use on their site (dutchie) would say my address was outside the delivery range. I sent them an e-mail, honestly not expecting anything to come from it. I didn't get a reply, but I checked it ~1-2 weeks later and when I put in my address it said I could order. So, they fixed it! I can't thank them enough for that. Getting access to the specials they only run on their dutchie store is awesome. Like just now I ordered three eighths during the 15% off the entire store sale. Got 2 Leafology eights ($20 each), which is a brand/cultivator I can't even get here in Hot Springs since our only dispensary (Suite 443) doesn't carry Leafology. And an eighth of RVR "Sour Birthday Cake". Which S443 dose sale, for $40 per eighth. I got the same exact thing (same THC%, same batch) for $20. Even without the 15% sale the normal price is $25. $25 vs $40 for literally the same thing... that's just crazy. Shows that the markup Suite 443 must be putting on the product is at least $20. And just the fact I can have the same product brought to my door for half the price than if I drove 10-15 mins to Suite 443 is crazy. But it's awesome. I've been using them a lot more lately. They also have a rewards points program where you quickly get enough points for free (1 penny) products. The only complaint I have is these points can only be redeemed/used in person at the dispensary. That's a huge bummer for people like me so far away. To see those points add up and knowing you can't use them. It's not something that would be impossible by any means. There are other dispensaries that let you apply/use their rewards points with online orders. My only other ask. Please, please please carry Carpenter Farms. Just their flower would be fine. I think they are one of the best cultivators in our state and again, the only dispensary here, Suite 443 dosen't carry them either. I see from old listings that you guys used to. Right now, the closest place you can get CF is Custom Cannabis. Anyways, you guys rock. Thank you for giving me more than ONE choice. It really is a shame about the laws regarding advertising and dispensaries here in Arkansas, because I am fairly sure most people simply don't know about you guys, specifically your delivery service and/or that you deliver all the way to Hot Springs. Hopefully the amendment passes (I believe that changes advertising laws for dispenseries).

I have nothing but great things to say about this dispensary for one they deliver to me and I'm in Harrison Arkansas that's a really long drive for them and I'm rarely in the area to be able to just stop into the store. So I was there a couple weeks ago and I decided to stop in and get a vape and some flower the woman behind the counter that sold the products to me told me that if anything happened with that vape like manufacturing issues or it not working after 2 days of having it to let them know and they would replace. Well today I went to use my vape that I only used to often and of course it wasn't working correctly they agreed to give me store credit for the exact amount of The vape so I could order another one or some other product! Delivery issues. When it works, it’s great. But several times, I have had orders delayed or cancelled. Today I finally decided to post a review. Ordered yesterday (Saturday) so it could be delivered today (Sunday) I placed the order at 11:00am on Saturday and was called today (Sunday) at 9:00am to let me know my order would be delayed a day. I advised that I can’t accept orders during the week with my schedule. They asked if Tuesday would be better and I said it wouldn’t work at all and to cancel the order.Just very frustrating when it happens multiple times. Turn off the option to order on the website once you’ve reached your limit. If you’re unable to process the orders, turn off the ability to place it in the first place so your customers don’t count on something and have to rearrange last minute.

I want to give this dispensary 5 stars but due to my recent experience I just can’t. The company website says that if you place your order BEFORE 6 am you will receive delivery same day. I placed my order before 6 two days ago. I was told yesterday they couldn’t make it to my location due to a heavy order day, which is understandable. I was told I would be PRIORITY for the next day. I called today only to be told my delivery won’t make it until 6:30 pm and considering the fact that delivery’s can’t be made past 7 I doubt I will see that delivery again for the second day. I was told other customers took priority over me. This is not good business. At all.

I finally made it to check out Arkansas Natural Products in Clinton and it was a great experience.I was a bit unsure of how the atmosphere would be since it seems to vary depending on the dispensary and the employees, but I really enjoyed the overall vibe of Arkansas Natural Products. I only encountered one employee and she was really nice and very helpful. I ordered online prior to visiting, so my order was ready and waiting for me in the front when I got there. My order was correct and all my questions were addressed. I didn't notice until after leaving that there were not any labels on my products with my name, which was a bit of a concern considering I had about a 30 minute drive to get to the dispensary from where I live. With the transport still being a bit of a gray area, I was concerned about my name not being easily seen on my cannabis in case I was pulled over, although I did not encounter any issues or police. This location has free delivery with no minimum if you live in the specified areas, which I do. Perhaps I will order delivery next time.Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Arkansas Natural Products and plan to visit again or order delivery very soon. I recommend this dispensary to anyone who is looking for a similar business.

They have no empathy or any solutions to try to help anyone if they have a problem and apparently they also have no explanations when something goes wrong. BE AWARE OF AND EXPECT PAYMENT PROCESSING FEESI really like the products, and I’m a big fan of them carrying River Valley Relief. However, here’s my complaint: when using delivery, be sure to understand that if you use a debit card- you will be charged a $3.50 surcharge and they will round up to the nearest $5. The store said the $3.50 was for a cash ATM they use to process the payment, and the $5 rounding up is because it’s an ATM. I was told that I should have been asked if I wanted change, but it wasn’t.I was also told that all of this was explained on the terminal, but it’s not. This was the third time I’ve used my card with this dispensary and the first time I’ve ever been charged a surcharge or the total was rounded up.I don’t necessarily mind being charged a convenience fee, but I do mind getting charged more than I expected and have to take the time to track down what was going on.I would highly recommend paying cash instead of using a card.

It seems like they’ve got a bit of a skeleton crew for delivery, so sometimes they’ll schedule for like the mid afternoon on weekdays. Which obviously doesn’t work for most adults lol.

I have been a customer for 8 months now and I had previously believed this place to be a five star dispensary. When they started their delivery program I was so excited and would tell everyone I knew about it. Unfortunately I have been having issues with their delivery service. The final straw for me was when I put an order in on Saturday morning. Naturally it is to be delivered the next day. I was told it would be delivered around 4:20pm-6:20pm. I hadn't heard fron them at all and finally inquired about my order at 6pm. After I asked they said it would be late. After waiting another hour and a half they said they couldn't come at all. This was such a disappointment as today was the only day for a while I was available to get my medication. If I had been told earlier I would had just gone and gotten something else. Hopefully they can fix thier communication issue.

I think they're way over priced to be quite honest. Plus they ONLY give low income people discount on edibles and vape products NOT FLOWER which they really need to rethink. I bought product and they never gave me any first time patient discount. Then when I came the second time and told the guy he never gave me a discount for first time patients. I'm really thinking about going somewhere else. Even the things they sell are over priced. People are nice but I'm not impressed. Also you should have happy hour between 2:20 and 4:20. Plus your glass displays should be in front of your cashiers so people impulse buy. The way you set it up customers can't see and get pre rolls as well.

I have driven from Conway to Clinton to visit here for the first time, made an online order, came to dispensary before closing hours only to be met with some ghetto sign on the door written in marker and paper saying that they have closed early for the weather at 2pm as I stood outside at 2:11pm to pick up my order of about $140 worth of good. I have been doing business with you for almost 1 year. I adore every employee that has helped and they have helped me. Helped educate me. Listened to me. Spoke with me. I felt as if I was a small part of a special, caring family of friends. I would help customers when they had questions and the employees were busy. I tried to share my minute wisdom just as these beautiful employees did. Then one day I was ordered to put in a mask to pick up my medicine. I humbly and quietly explained that I have pretty nasty PTSD . I understood your concern for Covid but I am also concerned about what happens to me when I have to wear a mask. I do not blow up externally, but it is traumatic for me and I know there are women out there who know how I feel. I begged him to let me hold my mask to my face while I picked up my bag from inside the door. He said NO... PUT IT BEHIND YOUR EARS.... if you will explain to me how he was justified, I will apologize for calling him a coward. You see he didn’t tell me this himself, he made another young man order me to put the mask behind my ears, . To me that is cowardice. If I am wrong I will apologize. Thank you for your time and concern. I told Sam to let you all know that I will not come back and hassle you. That’s what I was accused of. Hassling employees. I adore your employees and if by not wanting to be ordered to put the mask behind my ears meant I was hassling then by all means I will not come back. I cried myself to sleep that night with the thought that I had been HASSLING these people I look up to. I consider myself a woman of honor and calling a man a coward doesn’t sound honorable I know. Front of House Staff was very friendly and beyond helpful. She went out of her way to answer any questions asked by patients. If she did not know the answer she instantly found someone who did. Lobby was very clean and plenty of seating.Back of House, clean and neat. Greeted as I walked in and made to feel welcome. Budtender gladly answered any questions that I had and listened carefully while I described my condition.
