Beware - this team is not trained to deal with the red tape issues on your state card. Other dispensaries will troubleshoot your issues on the spot and will not turn away customers because of these little glitches. Traveling to this dispensary from far away can be a waste of time and gas. Tighten up team!

Used to rate this place 5 Stars. Oh well. Took my wife there 3 weeks ago for her first time visit, ever, anywhere. I had not been there since my card had renewed, so we were both being entered into the computer. For some reason my card was not being accepted into the system, kept coming up invalid. The nice lady I call the "Den Mother asked to speak with me in the parking lot. We stepped out and she informed me that I had a GUN in my pocket and that I couldn't bring that in there. I pulled out my cell phone and my wallet and told her I didn't have a gun on me. {Actually I had left it in my car.} She said Oh. Well we cant have you inside, because your card isn't valid. Fine. Long story short, State screwed up card number and sent me a new one. We looked at receipt when we got home and there was no discount for a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER! Wife doesn't want to go there again, me neither.

The dispensary in morrilton has half for 70 and grams of shatter for 30 and have great deals every day not just a lie where it's the same stale weed everyday and morriltons weed is truly top notch and it weighs correctly 👌

My husband came to buy product and had a paper copy of his license. The gal checking it said they would only take a digital ID. When he mentioned another state line dispensary took it 10 min earlier she immediately started cussing him out and stood by only digital. Is there a reason to cuss out folks wanting to give you business. Be ready for rudeness when you go here if things don't go the way she wants them to. Won't be doing business at 420 ever again. Thanks for showing true colors. Apparently, they make plenty of money and can get away with being that rude to customers.

I’m confused about negative reviews. I have been shopping here for years. They have several deals every time I go there. This is the in house they grow and I am super happy with results. Not to mention top shelf product for bottom tier price. The staff are angels. I recommend 420 dispensary.

This was my first time visiting 420 Dispensary. I made an online order which was extremely easy, but I did notice that their online ordering system is through Weedmaps instead of I-Heart Jane like most other dispensaries that I have visited Arkansas, so heads up if you have never ordered here. It's simple to make an account for Weedmaps if you don't have one already. There was no line to go inside, which I appreciated. One of the first things that I noticed when making an online order is that this dispensary opens an hour earlier than the one in my community. The prices were decent since I utilized the deal for the day. I purchased a half ounce ( 14g) of Northern Lights flower for $80 out the door. It was somewhat different than what I am used to since I was checked in and waited on all at the front counter. One thing that I didn't care for is that the employees were not as friendly or as helpful at this location as they are at my local dispensary.

NOT SAYING IT WAS AN EMPLOYEE THERE BUT SOMEONE IS DIPPING! AND IT'S NOT THE 1ST TIME. THIS TIME IT WAS TOO NOTICABLE CAUSE OF HOW MUCH WAS GONE. THEY WON'T FIX THE SITUATION CORRECTLY EITHER. TOLD ME THEY'D SELL ME SOMETHING FOR 50 PERCENT OFF. WHY WOULD I BUY ANYTHING ELSE? Just recently moved from another legal state and let me be the first to tell you this place sucks…They are out of touch with reality on quality and pricing, who’s in control here? This is a medical store without any living soil flower or Rosin. When asked about rosin they had no clue what it was, and showed some garbage black wax which was not cannabis rosin . Their basic BHO concentrates are $40 for a half gram and $70 for a whole gram, which is laughable. Their carts are $108 for a full gram lol smdh…In fact most of the pricing at the location is off, it’s just too high..They offer no daily deals or specials. Coming from someone who ran a medical facility “store/grow” in another state I would not shop with these people they price gouge. Just spend the gas, drive another half hour to Morrilton. The owner should take a trip to another legal state and see how a proper Cannabis store is run.

Why don't they ever give any discounts or deals all other dispensarys do. Way to expensive. No weekly or daily specials unless it's garbage come on 70$ for a .5 g cart and concentrates. Ridiculous. Clarksville has 45$ out the door and sometimes 35 and 55 but never 70$ holy %%$$% .

I've been to several dispensaries from Illinois to Florida and none of them are as attentive, helpful or personable as our 420 store. It's my home store always, because of them;))
