They have an absolutely fantastic selection, frequent sales on their products and the products are ones you actually want to use. And all the staff is extremely helpful and polite. Bonus their franchise and when I go up to Montana I go to one of the same stores there in Billings

Pleasant, helpful and seemingly informed sales people are abundant. The lines can be deep, but they have been serviced quite rapidly, and in my 3 visits, I waited about 12 minutes on the first visit . As for prices, I have nothing to compare them with, but I've been told that this chain is reasonable.

So I come here ONLY because it’s my neighbor dispensary, but honestly the worst dispensary in town! Bud tenders most are unhelpful apparently don’t know what their selling as far as product goes. So Roll1 is supposedly color coordinated ok, so because if the product is in let’s say a yellow package, it is to assume to be sativa never mind with the name of the product is, No Further research goes into it. I purchase something called blue beach haze. Bartender told me it was a Sativa come home research it, it is an 80% Indica 20% sativa Hybrid Indica dominant definitely not what I was looking for bartender assured me that’s what it was. Why do you have bud tenders or un educated unaware of what product you’re selling we go to the bud tenders to make sure that we find the proper product that we need truly an educational sellers. I could probably get more information from the street bud tender which is sad because we pay more we pay extra taxes to get proper Product we need from the bud tenders. Just crazy. How do you customer service goes and a seller.

Always something at this Dispensary. I don't go here often because of their incompetence. I like a particular brand of flower and they have the brand BOGO a couple times a month. Latest incident had my budtender unable to find my order from the morning. I pick up after work. When he did find it, it was in another section, opened and half my order missing. It looked like one of their sale associates decided I wasn't going to pick up my order and swept one of the strain. When I asked for a Manager, she brushed my concerns. Told me it happens all the time that they forget to complete online orders. My recommendation is to make sure you call a head of time and verify your order. I wasted 40 mins, 20 each way, to find out a sales associate decide I was not going to pick up my order

I just had the the best experience ever! Louis in the front is great but let me tell you about Shelby she is so friendly super knowledgeable. Even the security guard is nice all the staff is amazing. Top of the notch service I recommend this place to every single person. Your missing out so stop by. Your not cool until you shop at this dispensary. Oh and the flower mmmm delish 😋 make a special trip what are you waiting for woohoooo

I just moved here and have used this dispensary 5+ times. Each time has been great, except for today- I got waved in, and an employee named Toni stopped me and condescendingly told me I needed to be “patient and wait in line”, despite just being waved in by her coworker. Then, she scrutinized my ID and made it so I couldn’t buy because it was out of state. I’ve never had that issue, and I’m honestly fine with my ID not being valid to buy. But her attitude and how she treated me was disrespectful. For that, yall lost a customer. Anyway, the Prime Leaf is better, AND accepted my ID 🙄

Best products! Amazing deals! They have a points based loyalty program and daily specials. 3 spots right in Tucson, one in Sierra Vista and you can't throw a rock in the phx metro area without hitting a location. Trulieve is the new Parent Company, so if you've been on the fence or turned off in the past, come give them another look.

I've been going here since the day you opened it's always been absolutely top-tier quality service including the budtenders I recently had a slight issue with a special I was inquiring in the other day and the budtender. Though that issue is completely resolved and it is not a problem I always get extremely good quality service when I come here and when there is a mishap management always makes up for it and treats me well as I am a leukemia client I greatly appreciate Management's way of handling I do not like to complain so I wanted to do my review and say how fabulous this place is. 💯 % Quality is always great management is great. I believe the issue I had the other day was a new employee possibly in training no hard feelings it happens I guess there could be a chance he just did not hear me correctly that day I am very grateful for this place and I don't go anywhere else ever. Highly recommend harvest of tucson truelieve and if you go on my recommendation please tell them Michelle Bailey recommended you. Thanks for always treating me as an individual client.

I love the daily specials! thats how i try all the different products and brands! LOVE BOGO ! THANKS so much for listening to feedback and improving specials and discounts. Staff is still Amazing 👏 also side note.. not much parking available. However lots of parking is available in the street. Its never a problem for me. So ever since the recreatiol marijuana proposition passed, I have been coming here great selection a little pricey however, I found out they meaning we pay 24% tax. Anyhow great selection could move the line a little faster and truthfully parking is a issue make sure you park legally because police are ticketing parking violations constantly. I still appreciate their knowledge of there product and being able to relay that to their customers.
