Unfortunately, her response was not only unprofessional but downright rude. She callously informed me that my order wasn't ready and insisted that I join the back of the in-store line. This encounter not only left me embarrassed but also highlighted a shocking lack of respect for customers who had placed orders in advance.After enduring a 16-minute wait, I found myself at the back of a new line. To my surprise, within two minutes, I was once again at the front. Another cashier promptly took my order, in stark contrast to the previous interaction.During this process, I overheard conversations about my situation as the manager on duty retreated to the back of the store. To add insult to injury, I later discovered that the manager on duty was the one who handled my initial inquiry. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they chose to publicly shame me. The contrast between their behavior and that of the subsequent cashier, who processed my order promptly, was striking.Despite this unfortunate encounter, I received my order promptly from the new cashier. My receipt indicates the time as 8:33 pm, and the email confirming my order was ready arrived at 8:32 pm, suggesting that the delay was avoidable.This entire incident reflects poorly on the overall customer service standards of your establishment. I sincerely hope that my feedback prompts a thorough review of your procedures to prevent future customers from enduring such a dismal experience.

I just want to say. I have been buying from Apothecarium from the start. Today is dec 6 2023. There was only one manager in the building. I bought 2 carts last night. My receipt on left (2nd picture) shows time and date. I bought two carts and one didn’t turn on at all. I just didn’t work. The other one pulls and sometimes the light doesn’t even work. So I tell him one didn’t even turn on. And right away he said “sorry I can’t do anything. Return policy” and smirked and handed me my receipt back. Then I ask him to look at them and he actually proceeds to take a battery out and go outside and tells me to pull it on his battery like if I am a 5 year old lying to him. Then he sees it doesn’t work at all. Not even on the first pull. It’s brand new filled to the brim. Then he said. “Okay just so you know return policy says we can’t take it or return or refund.” As we walk in back into the store he tells the security guard joking “oh check this guy out he wants a return but policy says no returns” (laughing and smiling) he was hoping the cop security guard was going laugh. So then he proceeds to say I’m sorry but that’s the policy. So I asked for the policy. And well will you take a look at that? There’s no return policy. No one could provide me with one. Then after I asked another associate “how would she feel if you bought a device that didn’t turn on at all?” She answers with “I’d be very frustrated.” Mr manager is still smiling. Smiling for what? Idk. When there’s nothing to laugh about after I asked someone else they also agreed I had a valid reason to tell him the way he was treating a customer was incorrect. Why would you laugh with a upset customer? That alone makes me thing he’s not a manger and is full of feces. Then he still makes a joke towards me and said “you know what Oscar looks like he needs this very bad.” And then prints out a receipt. Hands me a new cart. I just want the manager from tonight dec 6 2023. You lost. I won. For being a yerk awf.I WON. YOU LOST. Please help customers when you know you’re wrong. Don’t just say “it’s policy it’s policy”. What that is, is bee ess bro. (Btw this guy kept printing receipts out like a maniac hoping one would come out with all sales final. And as a manger myself I would learn the policy before I enforce it. I would familiarize myself with it. Can’t step into the ring with no facts.

They charged me State Tax on my Medical order and when I called they had no record of any of my purchases this year (which was at least 10 purchases). I'm handicapped and can not get to the store easily since I can not drive nor have a car. Now I have to some how get back to Lodi which is over a half hour drive away. Super unhappy with how they don't have any info on my purchase.

Stay away !!! This place is the worst ! By far overpriced compared to ascend. Far less inventory is an understatement.The wait times are outrageous.Worst of all by far is the customer service.I have never encountered someone with such a nasty attitude in my life. Never mind in a professional setting.This place was had the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. I place my order for pick up from the drive through. I get their half hour later wait in line only to be told my order is not ready and to wait in the parking lot until I get a text for 15-20 mins. After sitting in parking lot for 45 mins watching maybe 15 customers come in and leave while I’m sitting there.I pull up my order which still says packing but the contents for the order was empty with a total invoice for 0 dollars. So I decide to go inside to see what’s going on and what happened to order.I walk to find a heavy set woman with glasses half a sleep on the desk , she seemed extremely irritated, annoyed, and straight up nasty before I even opened my mouth. She barks at me to give her my ID. As I’m taking out my ID I try to begin explaining my situation to the woman. Only to have her continuously cut me off and demand my ID. She did made t clear she didn’t want to hear my situation nor did she care. She told me if I didn’t like her attitude I should go somewhere else. I had my wallet in my hand like I said in the process of taking out my ID.Then the security guard also starts telling me if I wasn’t happy with her service or attitude to go somewhere else.At which point I still didn’t even get a chance to finish explaining my situation or even check on my order status. I decided to walk out without so much as an apology let alone my order .I highly recommend ascend is Rochelle park. Much larger selection at lower prices. With smiling ,helpful , and friendly employees.
Atmosphere was super chill, easy in and out. The fact that you can smell and read up on strains before purchasing is wonderful! Charles was very helpful and made some great recommendations. My new face spot!

Highly recommend. Great dispensary in a great location right next to Satin Dolls. They basically share a parking lot. The building is big and they have a drive up window and a pick up service for convenience. Tons of product options. Amazing staff. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Came to check out the options in the Cookies Corner and ended up buying a large variety of brands and products.

Very easy to order online and pick up. Drive thru isn't very crowded (I usually go late morning or early afternoon) and the order has always been correct. Very good stock but I only hope the edible section gets more items soon. All in all a great experience each time I go.

The market is saturated and you can get better quality and service within miles or just contact your local buddy! Don’t fall for the gimmicks, false advertising and fancy packaging at this location. Over priced as explicitive. 75 a eighth is outrageous. The legal market is ridiculous over priced. Places near me sell eights for 40. 40! Why gouge your "patients"? Beautiful set up and wonderful staff. Just , not worth the trip for a 81$ eighth. A special occasion worth it.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience today. The selection is fine no complaints but it is a bit overpriced.  The staff was however extremely unfriendly. I asked to see one of their products so I could read the information on the package. Instead of handing me the package, and allowing me to read it. The employee held onto the package and made me read it from across the counter. As if, he was concerned that I was going to run away with the package. Even though there was an armed guard in the other room. The whole experience made me feel like I was being treated like a criminal. Which is really sad because I am a huge fan of the Maplewood location, where on multiple occasions the staff allowed me to hold the package as I read the information. I have no plans of ever returning to this location.

I decided to walk out without so much as an apology let alone my order .I highly recommend ascend is Rochelle park. Much larger selection at lower prices. With smiling ,helpful , and friendly employees.
    Atmosphere was super chill, easy in and out. The fact that you can smell and read up on strains before purchasing is wonderful! Charles was very helpful and made some great recommendations. My new face spot!

    Highly recommend. Great dispensary in a great location right next to Satin Dolls. They basically share a parking lot. The building is big and they have a drive up window and a pick up service for convenience. Tons of product options. Amazing staff. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Came to check out the options in the Cookies Corner and ended up buying a large variety of brands and products.

    Very easy to order online and pick up. Drive thru isn't very crowded (I usually go late morning or early afternoon) and the order has always been correct. Very good stock but I only hope the edible section gets more items soon. All in all a great experience each time I go.

    Overpriced for the quality. They sell you on the cookies brand with California prices, ridiculous. The market is saturated and you can get better quality and service within miles or just contact your local buddy! Don’t fall for the gimmicks, false advertising and fancy packaging at this location.     Over priced as explicitive. 75 a eighth is outrageous. The legal market is ridiculous over priced. Places near me sell eights for 40. 40! Why gouge your "patients"? Beautiful set up and wonderful staff. Just , not worth the trip for a 81$ eighth. A special occasion worth it.

    I was extremely disappointed with my experience today. The selection is fine no complaints but it is a bit overpriced.  The staff was however extremely unfriendly. I asked to see one of their products so I could read the information on the package. Instead of handing me the package, and allowing me to read it. The employee held onto the package and made me read it from across the counter. As if, he was concerned that I was going to run away with the package. Even though there was an armed guard in the other room. The whole experience made me feel like I was being treated like a criminal. Which is really sad because I am a huge fan of the Maplewood location, where on multiple occasions the staff allowed me to hold the package as I read the information. I have no plans of ever returning to this location.
