This place has been getting progressively worse for the last few months, the faces the employees have, frowning, uninterested, and distinctly unwelcoming, so much so..you're not even greeted when you go in...they way they ask to see your Med card...its like an inconvenience for them that you're there.The female employees are the worse...no smiles, no happy faces, and when asked about strains or advice..just, are clueless..just a look that says they would rathe be somewhere else..or they are just working there for the discount.The One guy that is great is the more mature Gentleman, he has the best advice, a great client serving manner, and always knows the best deals, to get the most bang for your buck..but thats the only 1 bright point..I used to regularly use this dispensary, but have gone to the others in my local area..not for better deals, but because the budtenders, and greeters are so much more freindlier and just seem to be so much more helpful, the last time i complained at this store, the female manager looked at me like i was Alien...so i started going elsewhere, when i decided to give them another chance, i returned, and had an awful experience that was not only misinterpreted by an employee, but the short stack manager was completely rude about it too.I wont be returning, i wont be advocating, and i will share the story of my experience, as i feel there are much better locations locally, with better staff, that actually help, instead of hinder, and better deals too.

Your site is so confusing, couldn't figure out how to find your sale items, nothing is marked?? Years of 90% of my business going elsewhere, due to ignorant Liberals. Only excuse I can figure??

From the security guard greeting you until they wave you goodbye, every Person here is patient, kind and so knowledgeable! From one person to the next they deliver without flaw. I cannot say enough GREAT things about the People that work here! If I could, I would personally put each and every single one of their names to this review! They CARE.

I deleted my 5 star review just to update with another 5 star. The Halo House Concentrates are very good. I was upset you all got rid of another budget brand I was used to, but the Halo stuff is even better and better pricing. This location is so dope. In a quiet area in our beautiful city.

It was 5 stars till o bought the block berry pre roll they mix 2 different strains in it which I wouldn't mind if both were good one taste like a lemon strain I did not care for due to this new discovery ill stick to my other medical shops

I never get the give aways. Went 7/3, was advertised free preroll. They didn't give me mine. My gf went after me, had different cashier, spent the same and she got her preroll. I suspect my cashier pocketed it.Would not recommend.

At first, I was skeptical about having a pot shop 500 feet from my house — would prefer a coffee shop with free wifi or nothing at all in this residential neighborhood. The previous business was a noisy car wash that must have driven the neighbors crazy and before that, Cosmic Pizza and Mercury Deli. 😋Originally, before the City of Tucson incorporated the neighborhood, this was an industrial print shop so the zoning was grandfathered in. I think if we neighbors took them to court we would win on the issue of “spot zoning” and only residential houses could be built here. (One of the Prime Leaf’s owners is a former City Councilman.)Nevertheless, having a neighborhood pot shop turned out to be a pretty good neighbor, the weed is good too. 🌱🪴Occasionally I find customers throw Prime Leaf litter on the street but that is no way as bad as these overflowing apartment dumpsters blowing trash all over.However, only once in Tucson has the weed been sticky-fresh and that was after telling the budtender at Earth’s Healing, South that it was my first time there. I bought sticky-fresh weed in Oregon, Washington and California, it’s all dried out here in Tucson with harvest dates from four to six months ago! Am I wrong, sticky-fresh is just as good as dried out old?
