Daniela was very helpful and provided excellent service. I did not understand the 1st time discount and she helped explain it better with hypothetical scenarios. If you spend this much$$ you save$$... I have a touch of dyslyexia that crops up when distracted so this helped me.

By far the best dispo, insane deals. Oz's generally 50-70 dollars. If you combine discounts with first time shopper deals it's absolutely insane! I got 2, 2 gram disposable and 1/2 oz of top shelf for 56 dollars!

There is always something wrong with their system. I rather go to the south location better discounts and because apparently at the North location what you pay online is not what applies. Just disappointed, but the service employee tried, the manager declined.
I’ve been a regular weekly customer at Earth’s Healing North for a long time and always treated the staff with respect — tipping, being patient, and doing my part to keep the line moving. Unfortunately, my last experience was extremely disappointing.The store advertised “50% off sitewide” online with no dates or conditions. I trusted that and made the drive & qpurchases I otherwise would not have. At checkout, the discount didn’t apply, but when I asked, I was told everything was correct. To make matters worse, the customer-facing screen that normally shows prices was turned away, so I couldn’t even see the total until after payment.When I called afterward, I was talked over, refused access to a manager, and told it was just a “mistake” — yet the false advertisement stayed live for hours until I complained again on social media.This was deceptive and left me feeling taken advantage of. I never thought I’d have to write a review like this about a place I once supported weekly.I have filed false advertising complaints with the FTC and have notified my bank of the fraudulent charge. I am glad I used a debit card on this purchase.It’s bad enough I have to monitor pricing on every order for errors, it’s inexcusable to falsely advertise deals.
He noticed, immediately, that they had packaged the wrong product, and fixed it. No harm, no follow. Very nice individual. Great product received. Absolutely great service 👏
Earths Healing is always my go to because they have the best service, deals and price matching! Went last night and Damian was my budtender and he was so knowledgeable and really did a fantastic job of educating me to help me have the best experience possible. EH is my favorite dispo in Tucson and has been for a while. I always have a quick and easy time and the staff always treat me like a friend. Alexandra is definitely my favorite. I always feel like I'm seeing a pal I've been missing for a while. It's silly, but it makes a big difference for the whole experience. The specials here are unbeatable, too, and the ATM fee is low. I also love the security officer; an older gentleman with a beard. Sweet guy, starts the mood off great! Thanks guys.

My #1 favorite dispensary by far. Even though there are 2 others much closer to me. The staff is A+, always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I love this place everyone is always super friendly and service is fast BUT I would like to give some advice… when the online pick up line is super long, if someone approaches the window and needs to get money out the ATM cause they aren’t prepared, they should be sent back to the end of the line instead making the whole line wait on them. Other than that they run this place top tier!!
Cesar was great! It was my first time at this location and he helped me get a great deal and recommended some awesome stuff. I often times feel intimidated when I go to dispensaries, but he was very welcoming. Super friendly!
Never coming back, been here twice. Hate it! Long lines for Rec. Walk-ins. Waited 25 min. Bud-tender, was rude. Went in to price match because they're closer to where i work, lunch run. Regretted it instantly, they didn't even let me stack a discount for the price match!! The Prime Leaf, is the best!!
I love coming here but lately as of the last few months I'm starting to feel otherwise. They are extremely understaffed but ironically have no job positions open. I don't mind waiting but today I had to stand in the heat for while before I could enter. At first I thought there may be a capacity limitation (which all businesses do) but that's not the case. They measure entrance by each line walk in, rec online and med online. So I sat there and watched others walk in because their line had vacancy. WHAT! Maybe it's the heat but boy am I pissed. There has to be a better system. Please fix or please advise. Booooo 👎🏾
I absolutely love this place, it literally feels like I am going to visit family every time! The staff is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They always have amazing deals going on, plus their points system is the best! Always getting free items. I only go to Earth’s healing north, as should you!
Alicia C. was absolutely amazing! I was having a beyond horrible day then arrived and was treated like a criminal by their PX ranger security guard at the entrance. Which is earths healing only problem now. However, once the PX ranger security guard deemed me worthy of entrance, things did get better. The security guard inside was professional and courtious. And once i was called to the back rooms i had Alicia C. as my bud tender and with her professionalism, kindness and truly good hearted spirit she was able to turn my day into a great day! She was also extremely knowledgeable on all their current deals and was able to help me find exactly what i was looking for very quickly. She is a perfect representative for earths healing. With her kindness alone she can turn a horrible day into a great day! Thank You and this is why i love earths healing. I've had many friends stop going to earths healing because of the PX Rangers outside and how they are treated like a criminals, until they deem you worthy. I'm still holding out on boycotting earths healing simply because the bud tenders and how kind they are. But honestly, getting treated like a criminal by the door security guard is starting to ruin this place and make it undesirable. I'm hoping management can create greater standards for their front door security on how they talk and treat customers. Harvest dispensary has a great professional security team with kind bud tenders as well. Plus they offer veterans a 22% discount. And while they are much further away from my home, its getting to the point where I'm ready to go to harvest exclusively if earths healing cannot create better standards for how the entering customers are treated. I love every aspect of earths healing, except how customers are treated like criminals until deemed worthy. And im trying to hold out hope for change but getting treated like a criminal EVERY SINGLE VISIT is becoming unbearable. Especially after getting off work and just wanted to get some medicine to relax for the day. I truly hope earths healing management are able to fix this issue. I know many friends who refuse to visit earths healing simply due to the fact that they are treated like criminals every visit.

This is a good location with the usual heavy traffic during the midday rush. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the medications if you have any questions. The quick response to helping/processing the purchases makes this an idea store without the unnecessary hassle of other store’s attitude that sometimes occurs.The prices are responsible and a wide selection of options makes the experience much more enjoyable.
I have pretty much always had a great experience (the one time I didn’t, it was rectified and I never had to use that bud-tender again; he is no longer there). Today Ricardo was friendly, courteous and went the extra mile by adding some extra stuff I forgot when I put my order in online. Thanks Ricardo and EH for being my go-to for 6 years 🩷
They were on top of it! They had a bunch of deals because 4/20 is this weekend, so they were slammed! I ordered online and it went quickly and smoothly. In and out in 25 minutes.
