If I could give 0 stars I would. This dispensary has been selling myself a many other people expired julebox cartridges. And this dispensary seems to love doing that quite frequently, even though that is against the law…. Anything they can do to maximize profits they will do, it doesn’t matter if they are risking the health of their customers. They just want your money, they don’t care about anyone. And there general manager, I think her name was Sam or something like that. She is super in pleasant to deal with…. Definitely needs to work on her interpersonal skills… Not a great person to have being the “face” of your business… overall very sad to see upper management allowing this new GM to run their store into the ground. It was SOOOOOOO much better 6 months ago.. at least there’s tons of other dispensaries in the valley. Literally go anywhere else, SOL flower as a whole is a joke 🤣

Doesn’t let me give 0 stars but they use to be a good dispensary but now they take your money even if it’s just a few cents. When I went last time the girl there was kind and did round down. The two girls working at the online order counter had awful attitudes and were in no way helpful. They were acting like someone was holding a gun to their head to be there. But if you’re not going to accept Pennie’s or give the correct change back change your prices to reflect that. They’ve made almost $5 off me just with not giving back change. $5 isn’t a lot now but adds up after awhile. Gave them $42.20 and it said my change was .5 but they just refuse to give you any coins now. Cookie might be a little farther but they have a lot better deals and have changed their prices to reflect not using coins. You don’t want people to steal from you so why steal from your customers?

Not impressed with the level of customer service. I’ve only been here 3 times, all orders over $100 and each time the bud tenders are super rude and seem annoyed to help or even have a conversation. My last visit I didn’t get the free eighth because I was $2 short from the deal. Well why didn’t my bud-tender ensure I was getting the most bang for my buck? SMH. Won’t be back, will make the extra commute to Mint 🙂

Do NOT go to this location JULIO is a very rude, unprofessional worker. It’s giving they don’t train their employees and just hire any pot head off the street. My experience with him was hostile I felt like he was trying to deter me from making a purchase at a business that HE works for, which makes zero sense. I am a woman and he intimidated me with his demeanor and his size. He’s a big dude and much larger than me so he made me feel like he was trying to bully me. No other employee came to my assistance and helped me by stopping the unprofessional harassment, so I felt completely helpless. I will not be purchasing from this location anymore thanks to this unprofessional guy!

Very Very horrible customer service here! Stay away from Julio a very Negative cashier who gave me a hard time about purchasing papers. He said "man you should've told me before I shut my register"??? When it actually ended up taking him 5 seconds to open it back up. Then he told me to go up the street next time to purchase papers??? He also was telling me how bad the rolling papers are here and that they were too expensive when I disagreed and explained that I like the papers??? Long story short it was a very negative experience and all I was trying to do was purchase my smoke after a long day at work when I should have received exceptional customer service! He wouldn't even give me his first name when I asked because I told him I would leave a review. I had to actually go up to the Manager and get his name! I go to the mint now when I can to avoid that guy!

If I could give less than one star I would. Don’t really go to this place too often. But I will say that after today it will be my last. I tried one of their new disposables and it started to leak after only a few days of having it. When I approached the manager Jakob of the establishment he proceeded to tell me it was somehow my fault it was leaking and that it had obviously been used? Was I supposed buy something and not use it? Store policy says we are supposed to inspect our purchases before leaving store but how do we do that if they seal the bag and tell us not to open until we get home?

Recently, went last week or so and maybe new staff or a day I don't normally go on, but the dude at the counter was some self righteous ass that pretended my HORIZONTAL ID from CO was unacceptable and proceeded to spend 5+ minutes wandering the store to verify. Place is a joke and I've spent lots here. Will not be anymore! If u still want Sol Flower I would recommend the one on UNIVERSITY.

Been going to Sol flowers sense I moved here 3months ago and I have to say it’s the best I’ve been to. Prices are super fair and the staff is great. I was accidentally skipped in line once and even though it was my fault because I went to the restroom they gave me a free joint for the “inconvenience”.Everyone there is pretty great but Emily is my favorite. She always has the best energy, super cool hairstyles and will show you pics of her dogs if you ask. 10/10

After going here for years they changed their PoS and pricing policy. Now, they must round up your order to the nearest dollar, from $91 to $100 or $99 to $100, and then add 3.50 on top of the charge to use their very glitchy system. They do not accept Chime. Would recommend avoiding this dispensary in all locations.
