I am done with this place because of corporate, you just continue to screw you loyal customers, how can you advertise a but one get one free every Sunday in October and on the last weekend change to Saturday. This is not the first time, it happens a lot, you also don’t give a crap about your employees who have to deal with your loyal customers and tell them corporate screwed you again. There are plenty of dispensaries out there so I will be moving on to a dispensary that cares about their customers.

I have gotten there several times and they lied to you. I asked for Indica and they give me a hybrid when I get home. They don’t let you check the bags to check them and they say oh it’s a hybrid Indica they lied to you and lied to you and lied to you. They sell you the wrong stuff and they won’t let you check the bags before you go. and when you try to tell them, they say well it’s an Indica dominant and I said the manufacturer has it at the hybrid so you can’t sell it as an Indica the package says hybrid and they said yes we can and I said that’s fault. Asthma retirement you know when it’s $50 and they don’t want to give you your money back and you’re selling stuff that is wrong and they don’t give the time to check it with the opportunity to check it. That’s just stealing in my eyes the supervisor I talked to should not be handling business for people. He has no customer service skills.

This place is Garbage, and I won't be returning. I visited today hoping to grab a Green Dot eighth that I’ve been eager to try, along with some other items. When I attempted to use my reward points, I was informed that they couldn’t be applied due to discounts on my order. Apparently, rewards can only be used on full-priced items. How is that even a deal? I essentially end up saving money on something that would have cost the same with a discount. After checking out, I inquired about my free eighth, only to be told I had hit my allotment. That’s a COMPLETE LIE. I still had 19 grams left; she just didn’t want to do the extra work. This used to be my go-to dispensary, but I stopped coming here after they started treating customers poorly once cannabis became legal for recreational use. I decided to give it another shot, only to be reminded of why I left in the first place. Sol hasn’t improved; they’re still a mess. Thanks for the terrible experience. It’s no surprise your parking lot was empty today.

Let me say that I have been coming here for years and there's a reason why l am return customer. However, l do have a big concern with the constant change in the storefront. One day I walk in and it's first come first serve next day I walk in now. I have a line next day after that it's switched back. Also as I understand the need for new employees, I have noticed that they are not the warm welcoming type like more tenured employees. Today's experience has definitely put a bad taste in my experiences

Use to be a regular at this Sol Flower, always had amazing bud tenders! Was up north for awhile, went back today, asked if they still carried a product I had gotten before and loved, "not since bla bla date, we have this"! Went to show me, I explained "I tried to look but was to short to work the boards"! "I was just trying to show you", with an attitude! What flavors ava? This appeared to be an issue, was going to check stock elsewhere, to see if they had 2 of the same flavor, never did! This bud tenders wanted to help me, "NEVER"! My reason to return, "NOT GOING TOO!". Past bud tenders could sell me the moon, only reason I even made a purchase "was I could see spewing from the mouth of this bud tender of who know what if I did not purchase anything"! Sad but true, I am in my 60's and refuse to be treated like this ever!

This place used to be my go to dispo with the absolute best deals! After this sketchy incident tonight, I will not be coming back to this specific Sol again. I went in wanting two 1g carts for a total of $44.03 with tax (already had these prices and everything sorted out in their online cart). I walk in get the exact products and use my card. I’m charged $50 and given $5.97 back in cash (from the $50) according to the receipt however that was not the case. I get $6 back in cash and my account states $56 charge. So I call as I noticed this after driving away, First Lady to answer was kind seeming like she wanted to help even agreeing that something was wrong. Phone hangs up seconds after I’m put on hold. I call back again with a gentleman answering, he calls me sweetie and proceeds to explain how “atm fees work” as if I didn’t know what they were. The problem is, neither the receipt nor my bank is stating anything of an “ATM fee” then the charge. The guy stated “we charge a $3.50 fee and your bank must have charged another atm fee since we use a ‘cashless atm’” yet the math still isn’t mathing. Even with their supposed “$3.50” fee, the total added to the receipt would still only be $53.50 as Cash app again never charged a fee nor stated such like they always do with other transactions even other Sol Dispo’s. Ultimately, I’ve never had this happen before with Sol but from the start of this experience to the budtender folding the receipt then handing it to me so I couldn’t read it, shows how little they care about fraud.

BEST LEGAL DISPO IVE BEEN TO! I'm from California so I've had a fair share of regulated and unregulated dispos. This one has been BY FAR the best. They have great deals everyday. The staff are amazing and nice EVERY time. Staff are well educated on products. I've never had an issue with this dispo and I've been purchasing here for almost 3 years. My ONLY complaint is I wish they had a point system like some other dispos. Considering how much I buy every week, having points to redeem when I'm low in budget but need something to hold me over, this would be extremely helpful to myself and many others. Hopefully Sol can incorporate that soon! I LOVE YOU SOL 💜

I give 5 stars for the tenders but I’m not a big fan of this new counter setup. It used to feel quaint and personal. Now it feels like the let’s just make the most we can feed troth. I hope you consider a simple man’s opinion. Still one of the best out there.

Sol flower in sun city is AMAZING!! The staff is super friendly not just over the phone but in person as well. They take the time to show you products go over the deals in a clear understanding way. This is definitely my new favorite spot. Definitely check them out if you haven't already.

This place is USUALLY awesome, used to always love coming here. I normally don’t even write reviews even after a bad experience but man my last visit here left a bad taste in my mouth. Firstly, little to no deals on anything unless you spend over a certain amount (on a day like 4/20) . Fine, whatever. The front desk staff were nice when I came in! When I came to the back however, the bud tender wasn’t really all that nice. I overheard them trash talking some other customer for only spending 15 dollars on 4/20. Times are really tough right now, not everyone can afford to drop a couple hundred on some weed. I also asked them about a deal they had for a free disposable if you spend $25. My total was $33.50 after tax and fees but because the SUBTOTAL wasn’t $25 I didn’t qualify. Guy said “maybe next time”. They weren’t inherently rude to ME or anything, but the vibes were just off. Listen I’m not trying to get weed and I could care less whether I got the deal or not (Okay maybe I care a little, cmon man it’s 4/20!) , I’m just voicing that my latest experience was not pleasant. Everyone else there is super awesome of course! It’s really nice inside as well, usually a really good place to go!

Love this Dispo. Erica is a really great bud tender here. She is so sweet and patient and gives solid recommendations.They have wonderful customer service paired with a very informative staff.This building in particular has a very modern unique vibe. No matter how busy they are, I still never wait too long. They have great deals & sell Copper State which personally, I love. I live in Northern AZ and I drive down here to get my 🌲.

Love this place. The environment and the people are great. Bud tenders are very welcoming as well as very helpful. It’s also VERY affordable. The flower is some of THE BEST I have had! I recommend everyone to come check them out. They can work on lowering taxes for recreational people.
