Waited 4.5 hours for my delivery through leafly, called 5 times through a phone tree that when I tried talking to a person I'm met with a full voicemail box. I finally get ahold of someone, and I find out they don't have any drivers to deliver today... so why was i able to set up an order for delivery? I would have driven down there in a heartbeat if I was just given a quick heads up that they can't do deliveries.Please clean out your voicemail box and communicate BEFORE an issue arises instead of apologizing after. I messed up my sleep schedule so that I didn't waste your time with a missed delivery.

I come to All Green’s all the time and it’s always a great experience. The products are consistently good, but what keeps me coming back is the service. Kanisha is the BEST—she always greets me with a smile, remembers what I like, and makes every visit easy and enjoyable. Hands down the best customer service in the dispensary. She really makes this place feel welcoming every single time.

I’m new to all this so the fact that they took the time to teach me was very appreciated. Melissa was such a sweetheart and I appreciate everything she did for me during my visit. I'm HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in the service I received tonight. I give everyone grace, but that's no reason to be non-attentive when I'm asking for your guidance. I asked about genetics and was told, "You can look it up on Google on your phone." I asked for 2 different strains for my free 8th as well and then added if I could get whatever had the better harvest date between the Yoda OG and Skywalker but instead of them being shown to me to choose I was so carelessly attended to. Then when I raised a concern I was met with a very defensive and combative tone which was very uncalled for. I came in very excited and instead I was EXTREMELY distraught with how the person helping me was going about the whole transaction. And as someone who has been AVIDLY working to get back in to the industry it is APALLING to me that I am overlooked with my vast amount of knowledge about the plant and wanting to learn more. I don't appreciate how my visit went and the accusatory and combative energy I was getting from the exchange. I literally NEVER leave reviews like this. I'm just not going to sit idly by and allow that behavior when I came in for a good experience and instead I feel like I got transported back to the first few years of medical marijuana only dispensaries. What is happening to the vibes here at night? Please, with love, do better.

Only drive-thru bud place in the area, as far as I know. So that is very convenient. I don't buy flower from here, which isn't a stance or a knock, I just prefer edibles these days. A couple of my friends have mentioned different opinions on their flower pricing compared to other places, but all I can speak to is the edibles pricing, which is excellent - just check out their site and make sure to hit them up on a day where they are having a sale. I think pretty much each day of the week has a different special, so take advantage of it and you'll really reap some extra value

Great sales. Customer service here is always the best from bud-tending to delivery- Paul and Helen are the best, especially as a medicinal user when I'm having trouble getting to the door. I also always appreciate Melissa and her stellar recommendations and friendliness to always make sure I've got what I need. My only shop in AZ!

For transparency I order three times a week delivery. Two out of the three times are usually flawless. Then one day a week it'll take close to 8-10 hours for the delivery to show up. I ordered at 8 am and have called three times to check on it. Apparently it's still coming, 8 hours later. The only explanation was that I " missed the first three delivery drivers". However the cut off is 930am. Honestly if I knew it would take this long I never would've ordered.

This place do not take responsibility when there cartridges don't work or if you buy a blunt for 28.00 with black stuff missing an inch of weed some type of black stuff on it told me it was oil I spent thousands with yall this how you treat your customers. Bad business I will be filling a complaint with the board that governs and the federal trade commission I just gave 55.00 plus 28.00 Never ever doing business with a company who don't take responsibility for damage products every time over 200.00 I spend so bad business

This place is such trash every once in a while I go here and every time I’m reminded why I never shop here. It was supposedly Bogo, but I got charged full price for both my products. This place is such a freaking rip off. Just go to jars down the street or any other dispensary for that matter Garbage weed with garbage prices all their stuff is brown and smells like mold. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I do not recommend this place to anybody for any reason. I’d rather go without than shop here. Straight up boo boo

This is now my go-to spot for my medical needs. Prices on some products are VERY competitive, others are pretty standard across the board. I love the convenience of ordering online and picking up at the Drive-Thru. I’ve never encountered bad customer service, and having working in the credit card industry, I understand not being able to pay with CC, you’ll find that at EVERY dispensary. I don’t even mind the “rounding up” and usually leave my “change” as gratuity for the budtender. I’m so glad I found you guys!

All Greens Dispensary is the most convenient place to buy from in the valley. I placed my order online, and it said the order total was $40 (cash). It turns out that was the total, including tax. I received a text message just a few minutes later stating my order was ready for pick up.I pulled up to the drive-through window and was greeted by a friendly employee. I gave her my name and I put my driver's license and cash in their transaction drawer. I gave both at the same time to save any extra back and forth with the drawer. She put my order in a zip top type, non-see through bag, sent it to me through the drawer, and I was on my way.The drive-through is convenient. They seem to have the process down to where the wait time isn't long. It's worth the extra drive for me.

They lost my driver's license, and were rude to me when I came l back a second time to inquire about it. I do not recommend this place to anyone of color..Their customer service is atrocious. When using debit card pay attention if they keep the 3 dollars they round up or return it. Bud tenders are not trustworthy be aware.

The last two times I’ve been there I’ve used my card. They round the total up then give you what they rounded up back to you in cash. What’s even shadier is both times I’ve received counterfeit bills back. It’s no coincidence that this has happened twice consecutively from the same dispensary. Why would anyone make fake one dollar bills? Because nobody would suspect it. Turning these bills in.

First time probably last .. was feeling under weather so I wanted the ease of a drive thru after 16 min and ordering a head she said medical or rec and I said medical she said I had to go in the first time. I decided to pay the extra 26$ for 3 pre rolls took little longer than I'm use to . Wasn't really bad.
