Last time I will use this place as my dispensary. I’m medical but yet every time I get charged rec. get your stuff together. Jars have better selection and better staff.Update. So someone at harvest is uninformed. They don’t know what they’re talking about. How they don’t sell anything over 100 mg. Funny how I bought 1000 mg bag of gummy’s and 300 mg gummy’s @ 30mg each. Get it right people. Gezzzzzzz, how hard is it. Don’t make things more complicated than they already are. Thanks HOC for confirming my decision on not using your establishment as my dispensary.Even better yet. They don’t even carry half the items that are on sale in their store. Avoid this place at all cost people.

Bald Manager sucks. He does not care anbout guest service at and shoupd be fired. Always long lines. Always out of stuff on sale. If you want to wait for a hour then sure but Sol Flower is next door and way quicker.

Friendly right as you enter the doors lovely lady at the reception counter told me the deals of the day and answered all of my questions with a smile and a friendly compliment...line isn't slow as other places and you can see the herb in the jars as you walk the line..4 workers at one time selling herb and the man I talked to gave me the best deal on a half O which was the cheapest I've payed for one....he sincerely asked how my day was said not very good because of my medical csf cranial leak giving me pain and he prayed for me real quick from the heart on a good recovery for it.

Never really been a fan of this dispensary, I find it overpriced and the sales staff doesn't seem to care or have any interest in anything but clocking out. And it's always a long wait. I only go when I've planned poorly and it's that or nothing. Tonight, however, may be just the catalyst I need to plan better and never go in again.So here's the gist: I asked specifically for a disposable, indica heavy half gram. He asked if I knew what I liked, I answered I'd had such and such before and it was fine. I then asked if he could tell me about the big bright advert behind him. He asked if I'd like to try that and I stupidly said sure despite not even having my question answered. I paid $40 for a half gram and left. I opened the package at a red light to discover I needed a battery! Cuz it's not a disposable!I'm only a couple blocks away so I turn around. Wait in line again. Tell the guy I wanted a disposable but now I need a battery (it's the same guy as before and he doesn't even acknowledge my complaint). I then pay $15 for a battery, which is outrageous, only to find that the stupid thing isn't charged! Never have I ever. And never will I again. My Mesa dispensaries are far superior in every way.

Brian at Harvest is absolutely extraordinary. He is one of the managers and just so invested in customer service. Sadly now a days companies seem to hire and end up with employees that are just bodies in the store. Brian is so kind and knowledgeable and it is very helpful in a dispensary when you don’t know what is what!! These days it’s also such a competitive industry that product knowledge is the most important along with customer service that would keep repeat customers. Certainly I will be choosing harvest over the other dispensaries due to Brian’s managerial skill! Also recognition to Marco and Adam who were super kind and patient with their customer service!!

Since trulieve took over, the policies and procedures have changed greatly. They abruptly ended their loyalty program. The stock levels in store are rarely adequate, so you’re often hearing that they’re out of stock. For a while, they were the only shop nearby. They aren’t anymore....

I’m updating my review to more accurately represent my experience here. Unfortunately I came in to find out that my favorite bud tender, Kevin (lots of tattoos guy), has relocated to The Giving Tree on Union Hills. Due to this I won’t be returning to this location because of other poor interactions I’ve had here. Namely aggressively having my phone number asked for in reception, and lack of staff out on the sales floor to ask questions about products.

I came here to get the Wana Mango Sour gummies because the other dispensary I usually go to doesn’t have them. These are the best edibles - they get you super high so even a seasoned edible user could do 1/2 of one. They taste great too! The staff at the store were friendly and helpful and there wasn’t a long line and got my order quickly (I always order online then pick up in the store). Would highly recommend!

Always reliable online ordering, friendly staff, reasonable prices, this is my go to place in the north Scottsdale area for cannabis. Minor mistakes happen at any business, thus some of the other negative reviews I’ve read for this place on here are definitely isolated incidents or blown out of proportion and not the reality. If you like online orders then this definitely is the place for you, they’re very efficient with their online order system and I’ve never had any issues in the close to 100 times I’ve been to this establishment so far. I highly recommend this fine cannabis establishment from plenty of experience with them.

My first time visiting since moving up here to scottsdale, doesn’t take much to make people feel welcome. They definitely did not make me feel welcome. The girls at the front had no customer service at all, obviously being my first time I didn’t know there was a special place to go to pick up my order and the thicker girl just said “you’re supposed to pick up over there” and proceeded to toss my id back at me. I definitely won’t be coming back, curaleaf was so nice and welcoming and the bud tender even told me to there was a deal on what I was buying so I could get more! I recommend going there instead!

A Monday afternoon it took 29 minutes to get to the front on the recreational line. The store need more staff and inventory. They were out of 10 mg gummies. I had to buy the 30 mg which is too strong for my needs. They need to update the website on what is in stock. Took a ride share so had to apologize for the long wait and tip driver extra.

Honestly I’ve probably gone to this store for the last time ever, I live a mile away. I’ve worked for Hilton, Four Seasons and Hyatt. The customer service for N Scottsdale is sub par. Lazy, nonchalant, uninspired. Maybe the store needs to pay employees better. Not my concern. My money will Be spent at the Mint or elsewhere from now on. The mint constantly offers deals anyway. Why spend more money for less?? I absolutely HATE when my time is wasted with zero regards…✌🏼

I just love this company and specifically the Hayden location that I go to - pot is all the same - it is only because of the compassionate people who work here. They have never not gone out of their way (so many times) to get me exactly what I need, often scouring the back of the store for things not on the menu. It is rare when someone does not highlight a special that week that I did not know about that ends up getting me twice the quantity of product that I planned on getting for my money - or just getting me special deals that give me the same order for hundreds less.Pot has saved my life in so many ways and having a place I trust near my home is something I am so grateful for. Almost every item I consider a "lifetime favorite" of mine, I only discovered through conversations with the staff here. If I need a strong indica for sleep this month, and my usual is not available, I just ask them - and if they do not know, they find someone who does. It is like home depot for pot heads and it is somewhere I feel safe and at home every time I go. They talk to so many people and listen to so many stories so they can pass on rare experience that we do not often get in this industry.I try to order ahead on the website and when I do, I'm usually in and out the door within 15 minutes with minimal contact.If you are new, this is a great place to get started - just go inside the security-closed in store and just get up to your counter and tell them you are new and ask them for help if you need it. It is scary if you are new to all of this but it is the safest most compassionate place you could want to become a part of. Think of yourself as joining the "pot family" where everyone just wants you to be happy, healthy and safe as much as they want it for themselves and their families.I have identical an review for my other favorite store I go to - AZ Natural Selections on Butherus that I also recommend as highly as this one.

This place used to be awesome. I used to get great treatment by the staff, and the deals were always posted and available. Recently I found out that no one was mentioning to me that I wasn't signed up for an account.. I had missed out on $140 worth of loyalty points and time after time no one asked about why I wasn't getting any points. Got that resolved after a lengthy process, then I go in today to get today's deal at the actual time they open and they say they are out... that's an illegal marketing tactic called bait and switch. This place fell off, the new management are clearly jerks. The cool staff members either left, or you can tell they aren't happy anymore. You can't tip using the debit system, so no one cares. Complete drop off the cliff in service. So dissapointing.

Great place, always good selection of concentrates and freindly helpfull staff!:update after legalization they still have a nice staff but absolutely no selection of any product unless you get lucky and happen to be there as product hits the floor. I’m assuming most dispensaries are the same during this time and besides a minor discount there is no extra benefits to being a medical cardholder anymore and that’s a bummer. But hey it’s legal if you can find it.

Everyone here is always so kind, patient, and helpful. I do however want to specifically spotlight Kevin. He recognizes me, remembers my name, and consistently goes way above and beyond to make my day and make me feel welcomed. Not only does he help me find what I am looking for, but he genuinely cares. I always leave here feeling happy and fulfilled. I know I could order ahead, but chatting with these folks makes my day every time.

I just stopped by here and was very pleased with the way I was treated. A couple names to mention are Mark and Pandora, they went above and beyond to make sure I left this store satisfied. Even under the pressure of technology being faulty, they kept their composure and handled business as usual. Great atmosphere with great products!

I had an excellent experience shopping at Harvest today! The entire experience went very well! I love how well trained all the staff are! A person who stuck out to me was a staff member named Scott Christiano! He works hard to help the customer! He worked hard helping me understand how the rewards program works at Harvest.He is very knowledgeable about cannabis. I can't wait to shop at Harvest again soon.

Great place, always good selection of concentrates and freindly helpfull staff!:update after legalization they still have a nice staff but absolutely no selection of any product unless you get lucky and happen to be there as product hits the floor. I’m assuming most dispensaries are the same during this time and besides a minor discount there is no extra benefits to being a medical cardholder anymore and that’s a bummer. But hey it’s legal if you can find it.
