I've had a few difficult customer service experiences here, but tonight, the 3rd of which, will make it the last time I come here. Someone should tell the skinny dude with the patchy goatee that he should not be speaking to people the way he spoke to me. Not a chance I will ever come back to any of these renamed establishments. Will gladly spend my money at sol flower. Honestly, I've never experienced such poor customer relations in my entire life. PLEASE go to any of the numerous dispensaries in the area. There's like three more in less than a mile radius.

I called ahead to ask if they had a certain kind of topical I was looking for, and spoke to someone named “Sarah” who assured me they had it in stock. Upon arriving I was greeted by a very inebriated budtender who told me “we don’t have any topicals, and we’re a medical facility so we really should” and when I mentioned the phone call said that nobody that works there is named Sarah. Very unprofessional, dishonest, and a waste of my time. I quickly took my business elsewhere and found what I was looking for. I won’t be back.

Frustrated with my rewards account being messed up twice now. Don't want to have to stand at the counter and text a number and wait for everything to happen when I've been able to just have my rewards available on the computer so the cashier can apply the reward. 2 weeks ago I was able to do it, today I was held up in line and told to text a number and decided to just not do the reward thing because it was taking too long.

This by far is one of their best locations. I don't agree with every business decision made but understand dealing with investors and keeping them happy.This location is honestly one of their locations where you're actually a name and not a value to the local stores management.With that being said, the flower while may not be the cheapest or the best quality, this location should be a representation of how Harvest should run their other locations.This location you actually matter and are remembered and appreciated.AZNS will greet you and remember your name and face, and it's not one individuals it's their entire location that shows hospitality.I have a service animal, and they absolutely love him, and remember him every time too!

I just love this company and specifically the Butherus location that I go to - pot is all the same - it is only because of the compassionate people who work here. They have never not gone out of their way (so many times) to get me exactly what I need, often scouring the back of the store for things not on the menu. It is rare when someone does not highlight a special that week that I did not know about that ends up getting me twice the quantity of product that I planned on getting for my money - or just getting me special deals that give me the same order for hundreds less.Pot has saved my life in so many ways and having a place I trust near my home is something I am so grateful for. Almost every item I consider a "lifetime favorite" of mine, I only discovered through conversations with the staff here. If I need a strong indica for sleep this month, and my usual is not available, I just ask them - and if they do not know, they find someone who does. It is like home depot for pot heads and it is somewhere I feel safe and at home every time I go. They talk to so many people and listen to so many stories so they can pass on rare experience that we do not often get in this industry.I wanted to note, this store seems to have an insanely large selection, maybe 2x - 4x other stores. If you are new, this is a great place to get started - just go inside the security-closed in store and just get up to your counter and tell them you are new and ask them for help if you need it. It is scary if you are new to all of this but it is the safest most compassionate place you could want to become a part of. Think of yourself as joining the "pot family" where everyone just wants you to be happy, healthy and safe as much as they want it for themselves and their families.I try to order ahead on the website and when I do, I'm usually in and out the door within 15 minutes with minimal contact. May you all find peace and relief in whatever ails you.f/d to save my fingers, I have any identical an review for my other favorite store I go to - Harvest HOC on Hayden that I also recommend as highly as this one. Went on a BOGO day - ordered on line from Leafly - picked up order - verified I had the correct number of cartridges - budtender verified my choices by name since I am very much aware you walk away from the counter and that's it. Everything good. NOPE. Got home and instead of .5 gr of a product, whomever decided to throw in a gram. Normally wouldn't be a big deal however, with the BOGO - and because this now threw off my count from 2/2 to 3 of each, I didn't get a BOGO for the .5 gram or a BOGO for 1 gr. It appears I did get $10 from something but not sure what. I did call and was told that the manager, Alex would call me back in 10 minutes after he reviewed the camera to be sure I got my product. DUH - I did get the product - not the right one nor what I ordered. 2 days later I called again because I actually figured out what happened and was told by the receptionist that Alex had said that I got the product and to him there was no problem nor a reason for a call. Really? You have a customer who was told you would call and didn't but more importantly there is no care if someone is NOT doing their job correctly. There's a lot of dispensaries now and as a medical patient I don't think I should have to follow up on an order that should have been done correctly. Not saying to avoid the place but definitely check and double check your purchase and verify your receipt before you step away from the counter.
