My main go to dispensary. I even moved 40 minutes North and still come here twice a month to stock up.If you're an edibles person they're doing so super fun and exciting things. The hot chocolate made me feel like having a heart attack 🤣 but all my other friends loved it. The macaroons and newly added spring rolls have tempted me so much but obviously edibles are not for me.I love the staff! The amount of times one of them has said they love working there just tells you it's a place that cares.Their flower is my favorite when it comes to local vs the big brands. They switch the strains up often.Also grab bags if you happen on the right Friday are super fun. Spend $100 get tons of free stuff, easy peasy.The open concept feels better and more welcoming. I totally get having a lobby and everything but my favorite dispensaries have an open concept. It can get busy but the staff manages to never seem like a long wait.I order online often and when they do not have the same thing they're super good about recommending something similar to what I got.

My husband and I just left this place and had the best bud tender service we’ve ever had. Shannon, we cannot thank you enough. She stepped up to help us right away and asked the normal “how are you trying to feel” question, but she actually listened. And we ended up sharing with her that my husband is training for a half marathon right now and is looking for a smoke alternative (edibles, tinctures etc.) until the marathon is over. She ended up spending 10 minutes explaining terpenes and effects to us. She printed out an entire packet of terpene information to help us narrow down the fact strains that are best for us. She also told us about the strain DNA test you can take to find out the exact strains that work best with your DNA makeup. We’ve never had someone spend this much time helping us and we’ve been stoners for years. We talked about how most dispensaries now are just turn and burn places that don’t spend time to it’s the clientele. Yilo is different. Thank you again, Shannon! We will only be returning to this dispensary moving forward.

I really like this dispensary, it’s not really crowded, they stay open late, and the employees are really nice and knowledgeable. I can ask questions, and they never seem frustrated that I’m taking too much time, or seem annoyed that I don’t walk in knowing everything. They also seem to be more reasonably priced than other places I’ve been to.

I came at 9:40 on a Saturday night and I couldn’t get in because they had too many people inside. They wouldn’t let anyone in at all. I didn’t have time at that point to go somewhere else close by cuz they all close at 10. I’m really unhappy about this and I’m not going to shop here anymore. If you can’t take people until you close then your management is doing something wrong.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND YILOI used to like them, but lately, I've been having problems; customer service, priceling, display sales and a few other things. They will tell you a price, then ring it up and it'll be a totally different price. And when you say something about it they act like it's your fault, rushing and not allowing you to be comfortable while making your purchase. I usually go in and look at the display jars and most times they'll pitch it to you with a sale price then once you agree and they ring it up, its a different price or its actually not on sale. They are unorganized and rude. One of the Bud tenders asked me if I wanted to use my points (I had seventeen dollars worth of point saved) and he used them Even though I said not to; which, has happened more than 2 times. And when you talk to the manager, basically whatever her employee says is truth. I COULD GO ON, BUT I DONT WANT TO WRITE AN ESSAY . BUT AGAIN...I DO NOT RECOMMEND YILO!

This location is good due to the fact that they take their time with customers. My first experience here was amazing. Not only did the clerk help me navigate the deals, but he also assisted me with strains, types, and brands. This local store gets its business solely on relationships as it has some heavy competition to go against. This store is not franchised and gets good business on trading people right.They do not have many other vendors at this location (product wise) but delivery great products of their own.
