The best flower and concentrate products in the state by far, and the only dispo that actually takes care of industry workers that shop there. They learn who you are if you visit enough and end up making great suggestions. Prices usually go down over time here too (with the exception of one time I can recall when there was a spike in pricing in the entire industry). Thank you guys for the being the best around and treating myself as well as people I send your way with the best products and service in the MMJ industry!

It’s pretty frustrating to place a pickup order, have the store mark it as ready, drive 20 minutes, then find out the order isn’t packed and they don’t have that item in stock.They also don’t have a separate line for pickup orders so if it’s busy, you have to wait the same amount of time than if you didn’t place an “express” order.This place is only worth the 4 free quarters, separate from that, it’s just a hassle. They also don’t have great variety of edibles and the ones that are good, will be out of stock for weeks at a time.

Great location right off the freeway if you go early mornings, you'll be seen a lot quicker than midday afternoon or evening as this place is pretty small and parking lot is a two minute walk or so to the front door especially during the summer time it can get pretty hot so you'll wanna try to go as early as possible to find closer parking. Customer service is all right but pretty bland you kind of need to know what you're going in for because they're not much help as far as suggesting products or things like that. It's pretty monotone. But nonetheless, they have really awesome products and great quality as well as some decent deals.

Great stop while visiting Mom at her work. Got the free quarter with a purchase of $50+. Both in house strains by Tru Med and they were great! I'll be back next time I drop Mom off some surprise Jamba!! Staff was friendly and I like the vibes.

I highly recommend going here, I’ve been to multiple dispensaries all over the United States… out of all of the places I’ve been to this dispensary really cares to help you find what you’re looking for. Usually staff picks what THEY like. But I was asked what I wanted and received just that. If you’re stopping in from out of state or even a local don’t sleep on this dispensary. Great staff great prices great experiences.

It was a great place. But for my first time at a dispensary. I really wish they would have taught me about the stuff here more. The 2nd place I went to they took control and taught me about things I had no idea about. They could have easily gotten me to spend more money but I didn't know enough about the stuff and they didn't really offer to teach me or step up to.

Literally the best dispo in The Valley. If you are a person that values quality and service and paying a couple dollars extra does not bother you then this is your spot. I am a person that values both of those things and that is what you will receive from the folks at Tru Med. Most of the staff has been there for a very long time and they consider their customers family. This is my go-to-dispo!!!!!
