I don’t ever do this, but my recent experience at this dispensary really upset me.First off I work in the industry. Secondly, full disclosure I actually worked for harvest from 2012 to 2017. I have gone back to harvest very few times since my employment there and it has been a while since my last time. However, today I decided to go to this location because I heard they have good product and good deals especially for FAs. I even drove past multiple other dispensaries to come to this location. My interaction with the young lady behind the counter was actually quite pleasant. It was her coworker who was helping another customer that upset me. I asked about applying an FA discount, and my bartender was very kind and told me they do have one. The other associate helping another customer chimed in and asked me which dispensary I worked for and I gave him my answer. He started to chuckle and then said sorry not sorry along with some reason why he didn’t like where I worked.I personally do not like to feel shamed anywhere. Which is what this bud tender made me feel, safe to say I will not recommend my coworkers friends or family visit this location in fear that they too will be shamed. I hope that bud tender can reflect on this interaction and do better.
I've been coming here 3 years. Not my favorite dispensary. Definitely better than it used to be. This is just a convenience and lack of a long line. Ok deals but would definitely stick with name brand. There's really only one budtender I can't stand here due to her attitude. She should go back to bartending as this is not a bar. Just starting new rewards system. Also cannot order online @ Leafly but can order ahead on harvest web page

I 100% regret. Signing up to their rewards program. They will spam my phone constantly now and i cant block it. They just do if from a new numbers. Absolutely disgusting. I hate this and im legit going to shop elsewhere now

This was my first time at this one. It was very clean kinda reminded me of a Dr office. And the prices are outrageous. For an eighth it was like 25 bucks but after tax it came out to $33 they have to round to nearest 10 and give u change and charge like 2 or 3 dollars extra to run up card. Not to mention the "flower" was 23% hybrid and didn't get me high. It actually gave me a bad headache. So ill just stick with my 15 dollar eighths every day at Arizona organix In Glendale.
I had gone to pick up a vape cart to replace some defective units. Spoke the the manager, Chris, and they replaced both cartridges happily. Absolutely best customer service I've experienced at a pot shop. All they ask is you bring the defective carts with you. Excellent experience.
Always an awesome experience when I come to harvest. Always a great deal and great bud... Atp this is the only shop I will patronize. Staff are always so welcoming and warm but tonight my experience was extraordinary, Shelton was my budtender and he got me in and out fairly quickly while still have that exceptional customer service and made me laugh after a long 13 h shift. Thanks Shelton and Harvest.

I came in and presented my medical card (on my phone), the front desk worker immediately takes my phone and begins to walk away into a backroom before I verbally request for him to give my phone back. His response is, "Our computers are down, so we need to scan it back here." I respond with, "I'll wait until the computers are back online." I stand there for about 1 minute before another customer comes in and is immediately checked in without any issue.You just lost a long time patient Harvest. Just do better.
Chris helped me out today and I have to say he has an amazing personality. Super bubbly and I loved it he introduced me to some great deals and new strands to try. He also made me more knowledgeable on certain strands. He even got me to buy some Cherry Trop Jeeters that are absolutely Fire!!! You guys have a customer that is definitely going to be coming back!!! Thankyou Chris!

Char is the best. She has great customer service, makes you feel like you are her most important customer. She is fast, but you never feel rushed.
Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. CJ took the time to explain everything to me. Will definitely be back! Veterans treated like royalty.

My experience was excellent! I was greeted at the check in desk promptly. Charlyn completed my transaction with a smiling face and a plethora of knowledge. It's refreshing to be served by a person with such an understanding of the products and what the customer/patient is trying to accomplish with thier purchase.
Use to be one of my favorite places to go.. until they took away my $40 in loyalty points completely without any warning and now the staff looks annoyed at anyone coming in… you should maybe have your staff medicated… how do you have one of the coolest job with a bad attitude???

Absolutely love the service I get here, every single time. Pay-by-debit, plus the bathroom in the lobby, are game changers: the deals and exceptional staff keep me coming back.
I like this location a lot. The budtenders and other staff are nice. The menu is pretty easy to navigate. They have decent prices. And they are very fast with getting orders together. I recommend this location based on overall experience

I really just felt like my voice wasn't being heard heard by both tender and GM both very inconsiderate no customer service felt rushed could tell by body language they really didn't want to hear what I had to say 1st bad experience and I've had but if youa wanna deal with people with compassion don't come here
Wonderful establishment !!!In every way every person from the security to the guy putting up Christmas decorations, everyone was helpful and courteous.The prices are great the product is better.I will recommend and return.
Harvest is generally really good very fast especially if you order online. The only issue is sometimes when I order online I order two of the same item and they forget one. Like I just ordered two of the same pre-rolls but I’m missing one. I wouldn’t go back in and say oh you guys forgot a pre-roll because that’s kind of hard to prove but I think it has something to do with the way the orders get sent to the staff because they will be like oh I only saw three so I think it’s more of a tech issue than anything. The staff including the security guard are always really nice and friendly that’s never been a problem.
The budtender Ricky is the BEST EVER!!!! Moved from Arkansas and have tried a few places and this is by far the best! I can never place my online order correctly and Ricky is always there patiently redoing it to make sure everything i need is right and for the best price!!! The whole staff is friendly and makes u feel welcome!! More than 5 stars deserved!!!!
I’ve been to many establishments in the multiple cities and a decent amount in phoenix and I have never in my entire life been refused service at a location. My business has always been respected and accepted all over the world but this experience at this location has been by far the worst experience in my entire life. To cap off I was refused service because the I asked the bartender why he slammed my is on the table versus handing it back to me like I handed him the id. I was immediately told to leave because I questioned him. The general manager by the name of Brian doesn’t listen to customer when the customer is always right. The employees can lie and cheat themselves when they don’t tell the incident truthful. I hope this review is heard and accepted because my next stop is with the better business bureau. These employees don’t serve a job at this establishment . They are rude and undeserving members of this business and their business practices are shallow at best. You don’t kick a customer out because they question your respect for them as customer, you kick them out for being disrespectful not being disrespected by the service you provide.
My husband picked up an order for 2 Dream Steam cartridges today and they're bad. He called spoke to Troy (not 100% sure of name) about 30 minutes after we left the store and said that's just the vendor and they won't exchange them unless they're leaking or not working. Unfortunately, not going back. Take a look at the pics...you can clearly see this cartridge isn't the right color and have the weird dark banding at the top. We've used carts for a long time and we have never seen a clear cart like this. Also, doesn't work 🤷🏻♀️8/25/2022The company requested me to contact them to resolve this issue and they have not followed up with me.
The entire staff is friendly but no one seems to know what's going on. This is the 3rd time I have ordered online which then was "processed" and when I get there after driving all the way they don't have the items I ordered. It seems to be a huge inventory issue I used to work at a dispensary and that is a sure sign someone is either stealing or not ringing in stuff they are giving to people. It sucks bein left with no one presenting a solution they just stare at you like "ok". Anyway just wanted to leave this here for any one else who doesn't want to waste a car ride in 105° weather to leave empty handed or with something you didn't originally want.
I love going to this Harvest location. The employees are always fun, friendly & super knowledgeable about the products. It blows my mind how much information they all know & seem to remember very well. The employees are quick to recommend something great & so far it's always something they‘ve tried themselves, which in my opinion, is even better! 😁 Overall a great set·up, very clean & inviting. The employees are truly what makes it a great store ☺️ Keep up the Great Work! 😉
First time to this type of store. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! This has now become my regular go to shop. The staff is so knowledgeable and everyone always seems to enjoy working there!
Let me start off by saying, that I’ve never had horrible service in this dispensary. They’re always so kind, smiling and informative. Not one bad experience. Been going to them for over a year, and it’s always a pleasant visit. You have some of the nicest staff compared to other places I’ve been. Life-long customer here ❤️
Their prices are great, plus they have deals and sales all the time. You can also order online to make it easier for both you and the budtenders; with that being said the budtenders here are very friendly and know their stuff. The line can be a bit long sometimes, but again, if you order online, you basically get to skip that line once you get there. Highly recommend.
WOOOOOOW dude. Everyone was so nice. From security at the front, check in, and check out. There's a brand of gummy in CA I love but it's not sold here. So I found these and just tried the sour apple *chef's kiss* taste is amazing. Go here and live life!
