Bait & Switch today at The Flower Shop, waste of my time and gas. Was offered verbally by bud tender Jason an eighth of Dr. Greenthumb flower at $8 on special. He then went to ring up my pick and asked me if I was in a hurry because he needed to talk to the store manager. He came back and said I would have to wait more than half an hour for that special price...BAIT AND SWITCH ALL THE WAY, doesn't matter if it was his mistake, I'm supposed to be sold that product at the price it was offered to me. Asked to speak with his manager. Mgr. Chris said there was nothing he could do for me about the price, also told me to come back at 3:00, total waste of my time here. I was offered a free pre-roll after I told them I was going to go home with no herb and leave some reviews about my bad experience there. Bottom line here is THEY SHOULD HAVE HONORED THE PRICE I WAS QUOTED.

I really love this shop, it's my favorite in the valley. They have wonderful deals every time I've been. I, especially, like that you can smell the deli herb before you buy it. I don't like shopping by percentage, I prefer shopping by scent. The staff is always friendly and I haven't had to deal with many long lines.

When I tell u I love this place I mean it so much. The workers Here are so lovelyAnd kind and just love there job! I really enjoy Lakeisha ! She is so soft and kind and just informative. She is the one I trust every single timeI come in ! Her and the short hair girl with the hat on! She is always so cool and on point to ! Thank you flower shop for treating your employees so well that they seem to love there job and patients so much .

Just place my first online delivery and I had a few questions and Lala went above and beyond to help me out! She was very friendly and extremely helpful in getting me a first time discount and helping me move around my delivery time. 10/10 would order from this location again

Worst experience ever with these people man. I placed an online order. They cancel,y order. So I called the number they provided for me ON THE ORDER cancel. Spoke to the manger Larissa. She was very rude and acted like I was dumb for calling the number they provided to me. And then I called the new number they gave me just so they can say "your order is still on the way, I just need to get the new car. I will call back in 10 mins" And then after 58 minutes I called back and they said "OH YOUR ORDER IS CANCELED we can't deliver it, replace your order" So that's wonderful ! Don't use the online website !

I love this places product. But almost every time I go in I don’t have a great experience. Different lines are confusing. Waited 20 minutes in line and was told it was the wrong one just now. Wasn’t labeled at all. Also the app is incredibly unfriendly so I just chose to come in after trying to use it. Staff there is great and I’m sure they don’t like the things I listed above. If it weren’t for that it would be my go to spot.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience coming into the shop today. The kind guy at the counter ran us through all of the deals of the day and helped us select some items. We walked out with an ounce for $50+ tax and two 1/8s for free.This isn’t our usual a dispy, but we plan to come back since our visit was great!

I love going here. Tuesday $28/half of deli style. All month of may is $7 8th deli style. Or $50 full oz. They have a 6 pack of weed drinks for $12. I love the $8 doctor green thumb 8ths as well. The flower shop is the only place I’ll go. Jacob D. Cianna B. And Ryan B. Have all been super helpful, multiple times. Cianna is that girl, love her. Jacob is a fun guy. Ryan is new but very nice and cool 😎

This dispensary is truly my favorite! The staff here is incredibly friendly. Tonight, on 07-23-24, I walked in feeling like I was having the worst day ever, but the gentleman working there turned my day around completely. It was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had!

The staff is pretty friendly and the line moves quickly.My only complaint (and why not 5*) is its frustrating to be there for when they open only to be told they didn't have not 1, not 2, but 7 different things their menu was still showing as available**UPDATE** - Deanna the budtender is awesome, and ill miss her, but the elder white door guy gave me enough attitude that i cashed out ALL my points and will never return.

Dropped by for my second time on May 3rd near closing time on my way to Walters Where?House. A beautiful lady by the name of Taylor helped me. I am still exploring and learning not only how different things help me but what I like while on a budget. She expertly and efficiently guided me to some products that I have been pleased with. When I turned around to leave I saw the closing rush came in while she was helping me. Seeing that made me appreciate even more the balanced time she gave me. I feel she is an asset to your team and I hope she is working next time I drop in.

Usually dispensaries make me nervous but this location was so clean and organized! There wasn’t a line so that was added bonus. It felt very bougie compared to a lot of other dispensaries. Taylor was gorgeous and had amazing customer service skills. Over all I had great experience and I would come back again!
