Great experience every time, this is my first time picking up and Miguel was my amazing bud tender. Amazing customer service and gave great recommendations. Highly recommend to anyone in the Phoenix area or visiting from out of state.Update: I came back AGAIN and as always amazing customer service. This time I came 10 minutes before close and Jinea helped me and she was just as amazing as everyone here maybe better because she's the first woman to help me and was able to give me recommendations and what I wanted in a short time. Satisfied customer and will be returning again and again!

To be completely honest, I am extremely disappointed, and I hate that I even have to write this because some of the staff here are genuinely great. I drove all the way from Mesa after placing an order directly through their website — the same website they recommend customers use. A half ounce was listed at $100 and another half ounce at $30.I arrived for curbside pickup only to be told the order was canceled because they listed the wrong prices online. Not a single courtesy call, despite having all my contact information on file. When I asked for a manager, I was given an assistant manager who said “higher-ups” instructed them to take down the pricing and they “couldn’t honor the price I already paid online.” Instead, I was offered a lower-tier product as some kind of replacement — which is unacceptable when I regularly spend hundreds here.When I asked who these “higher-ups” were or how to provide feedback, I was told that due to new security policies they couldn’t share any information. They could only “request a follow-up,” whatever that means. That is not real accountability.This is false advertising, poor communication, and unprofessional customer service.Other dispensaries such as Ponderosa honor their pricing errors because they value their customers. I truly hope Backpackboyz can learn to do better.

My budtender was amazing but the woman and man upfront was so rude I was so anxious and scared and they made me feel like a child. It was my first time at this location. Best deals in the area for cartridges. The flower is a little expensive. Edibles are always good and competitive prices. I recommend getting the liquid gold 1g cartridges for $15 when they have it on sale on Thursdays and Sundays. The only issue is: if you have a $12 purchase and use your card, it takes like $26 from your card from the purchase but you get $8 back. Overall if you are using debit card it's less competitive. But the nirvana center in west phoenix doesn't even give you the $8 back from the debit card round up. This store does. So they get a 5 star.

First time here at Nirvana. The wait was a little long, but that’s expected. Before I got inside inside, the guy gave me a sheet to look over and the deals I would get as a new customer. Upon getting inside, I got called over and the lady helping me was new, but she had someone training her and assisting her in answering my questions. Super patient and super helpful. I will definitely be going back there again.
