Herbal Wellness has bomb weed ya'll. I'm super partial to Indicas, & i'm a Kush girl as well. Anyway, I picked up some flower yesterday, along with some edibles, & the flower is spot on. May have to go back again today. I have never gotten anything bad here, & their bud is always super soft, which is pretty much a necessity if you're only rolling blunts. I like the Xpress windows here as well. I've never had to wait long at all.

I have used this dispensary for years. I went in today planning to be able to get the Halloween specials, only to be told because I order online I am not eligible for the specials. It is only for walk-ins. Let me just say I am still a customer who has spent $1000's of dollars here. All customers should be treated equal. Considering going somewhere else from now on.

I’m still leaving a 5 star review because this place is great!However, They changed the long standing point system to something new that is detrimental to loyal customers.The old point system was easy to understand. For every $100 spent you get 100 points. 100 points =$5.I buy a half once of flower almost every single day. It took no timeat all to accumulate 100 points for a $5 discount. Now, it is $200 for a $5 discount. But wait, there’s more.There is some sort of tier system now. The more you spend, the better the deal.No one understands the tier system. I spend more than $1,000 a month here & I don’t see any advantage.Herbal Wellness management team, if you are reading this, please bring back the old point system for your most loyal customers.

Best dispensary hands down. Have been going here for years, and won’t go anywhere else. There is not one bud tender that I have met that I didn’t like, specially Ahnel (hope I spelt that right), always with a smile on his face treating you like family! Along with the best customer service from everyone, they have amazing deals, with great prices, and an awesome rewards system. Highly recommend! 👏🏻🔥💨👌🏻✌🏻

I love how quick they get people in and out, yet you never feel rushed by the burners and they always have the time to answer your questions and show you whatever you want to look at. They also are very knowledgeable about all the different products from how they taste to how they hit and they have never steered me wrong with their suggestions. Some of the dispensaries I've been to are all dark and dinghy but the Herbal Wellness center is vibrant, bright, and clean. On top of that their medical card holder discount card saves you the cost of the card and more, so just another bonus to this place. All around a terrific place.

Firing one of your best employees is disgusting behavior. I went to this location specifically because of Denise. She was always so kind to me and helped me navigate a space I was so new to without any judgement. It saddened me to walk in to purchase, ask for her, and find out she is no longer with you guys. Something needs to be made right! Never shopping there again

Usually fairly impressed with the deals at this place that’s what normally brings me in, however, this visit was a very unfortunate experience. Once I arrived at home I noticed that this was harvested over two years ago marijuana loses its potency starting at six months to a year, losing up to 16% a year and up to 26 after two years. By the test results on this concentrate it is at 47% By now. I use concentrate as a daily medication for my epilepsy. An unnoticed drop in a potency like that can trigger a seizure. medical patients come to this facility for medical reasons and should be provided Proper medical care. This practically expired product should be removed off of the shelf and no longer sold (black dog live crumble by extracts.) especially with a no return or exchange policy.

One of my favorite dispensaries.. double points on sunday btw & almost everytime im in i got a $5 reward which i love about this place is they truly seem to care about their customers and they have the best deals for carts . My only go to for carts and those chocolate bars are to die for honestly

I love this place! Everyone is super nice, they know their stuff, and that have AMAZING deals. I’ve been going to this location for like a year and 1/2 now. I went the first time because it was just close to my work. Well my job changed and I still go out of my way to come here. I literally recommend everyone I know to this place! Also, my girl and I are regulars, and it so fun being recognized when we go in!!

this is by far the best dispensary in my community. Best deal on vapes keeps me coming back over the years. Always great music playing. I complained yrs back about them not honoring a loyalty program they had just discontinued and so were not giving me my free pre roll I was expecting. I thought it was rude how they handled it and I had just suffered a loss so was pissed. They have a great loyalty program now and I really appreciate it. This is a real review. Not for feebies or anything. Lol

UPDATED 3/29/24:Just keeps getting better with the staff ( high kudos to my beauteous bodacious blonde bud tender I always seem to get), the promotions- like 100 bonus points for visiting again- like as if I could stay away from this place. 😆One awesome item I always come for that's calmed my anxiety, reduced my mental health pain and always spirits me up to a very intense great bubbly mood is VAPEN'S GRAPE APE pre roll. I'll start with the cons just to get them out of the way. (I obviously love this place despite the draw backs as indicated by 5 stars, I just want to inform others.)At certain times of the day it can be pretty busy, I'm usually there around noon, and the wait time can be extensive even with online order pick ups made before hand.They also don't accept debit cards, it's all cash (there is an atm that charges something like 3.50 just to withdraw money, yuck).I know this is usual and I've probably been spoiled by my primary dispensary that accepts debit but I think we should be able to use cards anywhere at this point.Good selection of products and specials daily with the menu readily available in the lobby. The seating is abundant, though for someone with back issues like me they are quite uncomfortable.The staff is always friendly and welcoming which is a joy. There are a couple bud tenders there that deserve notable mention.Carlos being one of them. Super friendly, happy to help and he's gone above and beyond for me personally in terms of suggestions and discounts which I can't thank him enough for.Another is a woman that I can't recall the name for unfortunately. She's a short, heavy set broad with unquestionable charm. She seems to call people "babe" a lot and is always so kind that it's almost motherly. God bless you one and all!Thank you so much for your service and efforts. My friends and I are eternally grateful to you, see you again soon!

This is the only dispensary I make a point of traveling for. The staff are awesome and make sure you have a good experience. Nothing negative to say... price is right, knowledgeable and respectful budtenders, crazy fast pick up orders. I went today and Katrina and Chris were beyond helpful.... overall awesome
