DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION NOR ANY NIRVANA LOCATIONS UNLESS YOU WANT UN-SMOKEABLE DIRT WEED AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went to the Nirvana dispensary on 7th ave and Union Hills for the first time today since they took over from giving tree. Highly an organized, but tender, was not able to give any recommendations and attitude was as if he did not want to be at work. I purchased a $50 eighth Cookies brand Bat Sh!t to be exact Which is a top shelf price for a eighth. I get home. This flower is so dry. I can crinkle up the largest mug with two finger fingers. And it is full of stems. I called them because giving tree had a 10 day guaranteed satisfaction. The woman tells me there’s nothing they can do and that as long as I can smoke it they will not exchange or do anything. Highly unsatisfied And will not be returning. This is ridiculous. Also spoke to Nick who is a “operations manager for 9 locations” stated I will continue to sell this flower and there is nothing we can do. Would not answer my questions. I was offered 25% off on a flower that is sold to the public for 40% off. What a joke
I wish they never bought giving tree dispensary.. I preferred the look at the aesthetic and the vibe so much more before.. I also just feel like what they did before with the iPads and the way they had things serviced and the way the flow was was so much better.. It sucks because I really love everybody at given tree, but I guess I’ll only come back for the eighths once in a while as long as they last from the giving tree brand and hopefully they survive the corporate takedown.
When they were Giving Tree, the flower was top notch quality. The products were boutique and it was the best dispensary I’d ever been to in Phoenix.Now capitalism does its thing. Nirvana bought them out turning this place into a soulless corporate cesspool with mediocre product and overpriced ‘good’ product.I’m very sad to see the state of this dispensary. The original owners failed this business by selling out to the corporate greed of Nirvana.This place used to have soul, love, and good vibes. Now it’s every other dispensary in Arizona. Sad. Could have at least kept the perfect quality flower instead of this cheap garbage bin crap
This was my first time in there since you've changed to Nirvana. I ordered 2 pre rolls that were testing at 33%. The pre rolls i ended up with were a 9.92% and a 23%. So.. you guys messed up my order. Oh and there was something else that was like $50 in my bag that I didn't order. Im wondering if they gave me the wrong order... hmm. Very disappointed. I feel like I just got played... I was really really looking forward to trying out those 33% pre rolls.... moving on to another dispo... clowns
This dispensary was PERFECT as Giving Tree. The staff was amazingly friendly and knowledgeable, they had a great selection with great prices and deals. I've been coming here 2 - 3+ times a week for YEARS and I'm extremely disappointed and saddened to see Giving Tree being bought out by Nirvana. I live farther west and have 3 much, much closer dispensaries but I drive the extra distance to give my business to Giving Tree. I won't continue to do so for Nirvana.
This dispensary is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They have great prices and sales but hands down the best part of this dispensary is their employees. Everyone is so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! I'm a customer for life!
Do you know I've been going to that dispensary for 3 years and nobody ever asks me for my email So I can get the points every time I ask them. How many points do I have? They told me no points and they give me a cream of sex gel, today was the worst experience.There was nobody in the parking lot.I pulled up when inside the guy told me. Oh you can't park there with The worst attitude that is for online order so I said okay.There is nobody in the parking lot it's empty and I'm sure you're not gonna take long. ok know there is two people at the register the girl told a guy at the register.You take care of him and she went in the back the guy at the register was very helpful. He told me. I have no points because my email is not register. So I told him I've been coming here 3 years and nobody asks me for my email to register me. Called to get prices and availability in disposable carts when i asked if he could help the man insisted that i go online to check it out as i told him im driving and just needed to know if they had 2g dispo cart in Indica !I dont think i was making him do anything more than what he should! It's a little smaller than other dispensaries, and it reminds me of an upscale doctor's office. And the people are doing a great job. Keep up the great customer service 👍🏼
Shawn was my bud tender today and what a experience it was. He is very knowledgeable on every question I had. I am very satisfied with my visit today and will return hoping to run into Shawn once again. As a VIP customer I recommend Shawn get advanced or something that dude is on point. Thank you giving tree for keeping employees like this around.
I love everything about this store, from the check-in to the customer service and of course the products are always amazing, with a great selection for anyone. The bud tenders are the friendliest you will ever meet. Shout out to Ethan and Tyler always a pleasure.
I’ve been going to Giving Tree since they were at the old location. My experiences were mostly good. Recently, I had an experience that made me not want to return. I had decided not to shop there again. But I was asked to speak with Helena. I had low expectations and reached out reluctantly. I’m glad I did. Helena is very impressive. She made me feel heard and I can tell she really cares about the customer experience. She really seemed to listen to what I had to say as a customer and she shared her solution-focused ideas. She took me from having no intention to spend money there again to having already made my next purchase. I sense she’ll help the Giving Tree provide a kind, informative, convenient, and reliable customer experience. And there are already plenty if reasons to shop here. Their new location is amazing compared to the old hole in the wall location. The old one was nice bc it was a lil hidden and obscure but this location is bigger and much much nicer. The vibe is instantly welcoming and their staff very on point and friendly. It wasn't busy either. Their selection was top tier in my opinion and prices reasonable. Loved the new packaging as well compared to the old locations packaging. It's been a while sense I've been here obviously but definitely new favorite place and will be recommending and coming back.
