Came here over thanksgiving break for the Black Friday deals. Lots of stuff 50% off or BOGO. They had great deals and our budtender, Victoria, was super helpful in finding us substitutes when some of the things we needed were out of stock. Thanks for your help, Victoria!

I have been coming to this location for years and have always had great service and today was no different! Today I made a mistake on my order and needed some assistance from the management to correct it. They were so friendly and accommodating and I really appreciated their efforts to help me figure out a solution. Shout out to the team working Halloween, they were awesome! 10/10 would recommend this location anytime ✨
Woman budtender called me up with no greeting just looking grim and dead inside, withheld my online order over a penny lol. If this is what this used to be fine establishment has become, then don’t wonder why only the badass customers are attracted. Do better

This dispensary is hands down the best in town! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The store is clean, well-organized, and has an amazing selection of quality products for every preference. my experience at camelback is always a positive one. Today I got the pleasure of being called by Ivan wonderful budtender with excellent customer service all around. One thing that Ivan said that caught my attention was “ we’re glad you’re here “. I feel sometimes we don’t thank the customer for coming in today or tell them we’re glad you made it in. Spencer’s choice of words and customer service to me was incredible just that little slogan put a smile on my face walking out. I appreciate you Spencer. With this type of service it only starts at the top and that is with the GM Ryan. Ryan commitment to making sure his team is completely trained and knowledgeable for every guest that walks in is incredible and admirable as a leader. For whoever is reading this review…please sit Ivan down to discuss promotion opportunities. This guy deserves it and with what he brings as a leader he deserves that opportunity!!

Even though they prices be a little bit higher they all ways have GAS ⛽️! But don’t get it twisted they do be having deals, but when you buy top shelf it really is top shelf! It will have the smell, the look, and mostly important the TASTE! This time I went during happy hour and got 2 8ths for the price of one! Good lookin!
I usually have a good experience here but the teller Veronica her attitude and the way she presents herself gave me a bad feeling after I left. She needs to be more engaging more knowledgeable of her products because I had to search up my phone to search for some sales that she should have known.
This is the place that will treat you like VIP if you're a VIP customer. I recently moved and went to the Airport location and I can tell you now I will never cheat on you guys again. You guys are seriously the best store out there.
It's a shame because I just started going to this place and I was really starting to like it until they sold me an ounce of moldy weed and upon calling them and asking them what they would do about it they said absolutely nothing. So with that being said I would not trust a company like this. I had to throw the weed away. Wasted over $125 so if that's the type of people you want to do business with you're in the right place. But I can tell you when I use the dispensary on 27th avenue I didn't have that problem. I had asked them what they would do if I had moldy weed and they said you bring it back and we would replace it immediately. No questions asked and that's the type of answers I want to hear
Love this place! I am a flower only type of smoker, and I’m pretty sure that Curaleaf is the most affordable and not to mention the most chill. I always feel dumb asking questions but the bud tenders always know how to answer your questions without judgement. I love it here!
There wasn't a way to leave a no star review. I came here just now, today. I have ASD Level 2 as well as a laundry list of commorbities. I'm sure I'm not the only one. The door was smashed when I had to wait outside and its over 105°.I asked to speak to speak to management because my visit was horrendous. The gentlemen was worked with was second from the side all the way right, but second to the gentlemen who was first. They never came!!!I have autism!!!!!! I can't even be out but because of the previous service I came. Because at that point it was actually good. The guy that greeted us looked dead!!!I bought an ounce for what I considered to be really well priced. I will pay double what I did today before I EVER COME BACK! Being discriminated against is enough, thank you!****UPDATE****Curaleaf reached out, but as you see in the comments I explained I have a disability and how much it gets in the way and I am being asked to do work after I was traumatized at your establishment. And also...I do NOT work there! You can pass my complaints along please!I called the line I was told to and report and nothing was done!!!!
The budtender was able to problem solve when my selected online goods were not available and he was patient and had a good attitude about helping making sure I was happy. I appreciate the way he was careful with checking my allotment and specials so I paid what I was supposed to. I come here weekly and most of the friendly staff who work here! BOGO and 40% off med deals add up so I always check the specials- don’t sleep on those!

This entire chain has awesome deals and the staff are so upbeat, friendly, and fun! All my orders are efficiently and correctly fulfilled and anytime I need recommendations for strains to use for different issues, they are always knowledgeable and find me a strain that's always great and they really do a good job making sure everyone gets the best deal. I got almost $30 saved for four cartridges versus the original price I had for just three carts. Best location 🙂
We enjoyed the products we purchased, we could tell the difference in quality, customer service was cool. It did feel a little like they tried to pressure you into something you probably didn’t want or wasn’t looking for. I would shop there again. - This review is made based after every thing purchased was tried.
Curaleaf is my preferred store anyway, there's not one near Surprise except El Mirage (do nor go to that one late at night)but all the rest are the most professional, cleanest, most knowledgeable trained staff and best rewards program. They're not the cheapest because they have better quality house brands. And they have more sales on high end stuff than other places that push their own product.This was my first time at this location. Will definitely be back
Would like to see some priority put on the pre-order line. I've ordered online and still have had to wait longer than the walk-in customers. Should definitely be the other way around. Maybe a little less chatting and story time would help it move faster.
Walked in as a walk in customer today at 2pm. As soon as I get my turn up to the register, short white male with dark hair and tattoos on his neck starts to pressure me into what I want without giving me an opportunity to look at the menu. Every time I would ask a question he would try to strong arm me into just making a choice. (Purchase) without showing me the producing was asking for. When I am ready to make the purchase he again tries to strong arm me but this time into using his debit machine. Ha to ask him 5 times go please show me where the ATM was? He then tells me to exit his line and re enter the on line order line. I was then in another line for approx 10 min before I was finally able to exit.Enjoy!!!!!!April 29 2pm
