Only shopped here at this location since the new reward system was set up. Whoever set my account up didn’t put in my birthday right and I’ve been in 2 times since so clearly that hasn’t been verified correctly. Emailed rewards team about missing birthday points. Told me the points should have been added the day off but my birthday not being in your system right didn’t send it on time.Constantly disappointed with this location.

Was blessed with Kyle’s underwhelming tone of voice and snide attitude about the cancellation . Your mass text message indicated call if you think there was an error. Change your text message so Chad, I mean Kyle, doesn’t have to be so bothered with customer service. This is why small dispos will always be better and more generous on busy days.

I really like going to Harvest over Trulieve I know they are the same company but when they merged something happened to the type and level of customer service at the Trulieve locations. I visited Harvest today in Peoria and Amelia was so so so very nice! Kudos to her and the this location for having such an amazing Bud Tender she was great! Friendly, approachable, kind and took her time with questions to give knowledgeable. By far one of the very best experiences I have had at any dispensary in the valley! Harvest on 91st Ave & Peoria is the Best in Quality Flower, big & small dense buds. But the Customer service is a definite 5 star experience. They were able to accommodate Me, even tho I had my Toddler with me. (Unlike other dispensarys would turn u away before u even get to the door, or even tell u leave them in the car. 😲 😱 even tho it's not posted on their websites, it's strongly enforced) Parents get stressed, and some of us need to smoke. Harvest can and will accommodate u, no matter how many kids u got, they understand. I love Harvest, and I recommend it to all my friends. Totally worth the stop.

I first visited this location on 10/14/2022 and I was helped by this incredibly sweet Woman, Amelia, she was amazing. There was an issue with determining who I was because I share the same name and birth month as another person but that got sorted and she really hooked me up.
