Every visit is always a joy to see everyone super chill and happy and always great customer service anytime I have an issue, they are right on top of it and get it taken care of. I can't even choose my favorite budtender! They're all so awesome in their own ways. Justin always hooks it up at night time though with super chill vibes and always being helpful. Great place to get your relax on. The new building is also super dope.

Dom 🙂 was the best! He took his time to listen to me and I have never felt more heard before. I tend to get anxiety in public places and go right to babbling. I have seen it frustrate even the most experienced at their job when in a hurry. He did not rush me AT ALL. I could tell he didn’t JUST listen to me, he HEARD me. I got the best bang for my buck and cute accessories. He even took my advice to try CherryJubilee scent beads from Downy. Others would have ignored me as I babbled about Downy, NOT DOM.Well let’s just say it DOM IS THE BOMB!! I have almost 10 yrs experience as a dispensary customer in Sedona and surrounding areas. Sedona was the first time I ever walked in to a dispensary, and I’ll always remember how friendly, patient, and helpful everyone was while assisting with me making some choices on what to purchase. Fast forward 2 years and a new location, I can still report that the customer service is always top notch whenever I shop there. The humans who work here are always so helpful and courteous, and I’ve always felt very comfortable shopping here. While traveling I did try some other dispensaries and I have discovered that they are all not like Curaleaf in Sedona. A special shout-out to Kyle who is always so pleasant to speak with and helpful in making recommendations for products and suggestions. The new location in Weat Sedona is bigger and brighter than the previous location in uptown, and is more convenient as well!!

They have a lot of sales and specials. I recommend going on their app and looking at what they have. You can order on-line and pick up or just go in. There was a issue with a discount and the lead Courtney was really sweet and put in the correct discount. I can honestly say the entire experience was super pleasant and will definitely return. My “budtender”was awesome, she was knowledgeable and cooperative for someone of my limited sense of what I need and what I’ve had. Her understanding of my requirements were spot on. I did mention that I’d like to talk to a manager and she said she was one, I wanted to voice an innocent issue as the parking lot at the Sedona location is terrible and it has need for over a year (???). She informed me that the property manager tried working on it a year ago but… Anyway the parking lot makes you guys look bad.. Other than that I love your service. Thanks for your time.

The staff here were all super friendly. Yeah yeah I know what you’re thinking BUT they were. They also were very knowledgable and used all asked to curate a good time for us. Prices were fare, and shop was very well managed. Ended up sticking around for a few extra minutes just to get tourist tips and just hang out. Great team there. Thanks guys.
