I never go anywhere else but Jars. No matter where im at. When I was at new river it was awesome just like every other jars I've been to. And thanks to Hayden he was a great help. Didn't have a strain i was asking for but he made sure to show me something close to it. Great help Hayden was. Thank you. And as always. I will back in a Jars near me very soon. Love this place.

I’m a new Jar head! Went to Jars last night and my tender Paul was super helpful—and funny! 😆 Coming from Oregon I was so surprised to see such a large variety in this shop!! I love my flower however been transitioning to edibles (save my lungs!).

Seriously disappointed in management. For the record I’ve never had a negative experience at any of the Jars locations. Shout out to the associates and an extra shout out to Nate at New River he deserves to be a manager. I received a phone call today from Jars corporate office that I was banned for six months for being mean to staff on 04/20/2025, today is 08/17/2025 for reference. I have no desire to return and this mischaracterization is unmerited and frankly gross. Truly. I’m sadden as I can’t think of a place I’m in a better mood at than Jars. Was there opening week at New River few years ago and this year in Prescott Valley. They no longer have armed security inside the stores however why wasn’t I removed by security that was there at the time? And on 4/20 they had all of the managers there and extra security so it extra doesn’t make sense. The hot dogs were delicious!Thank you again to the associates. Zero ill will. Appreciate you. Future customers: If you hate corporate garbage don’t shop at Jars unfortunately.-M

Phenomenal experience! Driving through Arizona from CA on vacation, and swung by to pick up a vape. I was truly blown away by the professionalism and knowledge of the bud tender helping me. Being from CA, this experience blew many top shops in LA out of the water. Amazing selection, and great prices!! Great overall vibe. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be adding this as a stop when I’m back in Arizona!!

We stopped here on our way home to Prescott and Nathan was our tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable about the MANY lines of products they carry in all forms. You can tell he truly loves his job. My gf and I had a zillion questions and he was very patient and handled the barrage very well. He explained things simply. They have good daily deals and 30% Off for new customers! Products are well displayed, place is clean and organized. Would definitely stop in again. Ty Nathan!
