I received an email stating I received 100 birthday points and I had 14 days to use a birthday promotion. I get to the nearest Trulieve location to where I was at bc I had some time and received an email from them. Bro when I get to the location the representative states you have to be a Trulieve rewards member and I wasn’t and you have to be a member before your birthday. I received the email on my birthday, how was I going to register before my birthday if I was for whatever reason not a Trulieve member. How did I even get the email. And, why would the email say I had 14 days to use the 100 points if I wasn’t even able to use them. The manager in the front was very passive-aggressive by nonchalantly advising he would send an email to corporate. The whole trip was a waste of time and to think I would purchase anything from a bait-and-switch email is beyond me. Don’t waste your time or money with this place. Ponderosa dispensary in Chandler has great deals and way better staff. They give you 50% off on an item for your birthday. They have great daily specials on A+ trees which is usually top shelf at other dispensary’s, Sonoran Roots.

I definitely prefer Harvest over the mint that is literally at the other end of the same block, BECAUSE, and this is simple, prices are quite a bit better. It's pretty much across the board but on things like pre rolls and things that tend to be staples of smokers. You might be shocked if you brought the same shopping list into the 2 places of business. Why not they are right next to each other compare for yourself. Nothing wrong with either place just if you are needing to save a couple bucks...🤘

A few months ago I would have given this a total five star. The staff is amazing, I love the setup, and I actually love the product. My problem is right now since the new company is taking over they've changed the way they display their products. I'm run in run out kind of person. I liked the way that things were displayed with the price, the names, and the potency so that I could just look over a shoulder while in line and see what I like to get in and get out. Now everything's labeled with brand names but there's no prices there's no individual product names and there's no milligrams on anything for you to see what your purchasing. I understand that you want more guest engagement with your dispensary employees but I don't need to be engaged that much I like to know where I'm starting I don't really particularly want someone guiding me down the road that they're more comfortable with. I understand that this might be a good starting point for some and maybe some people like to go in there and talk I just really don't want to be in there for that long. I kind of would like to see it go back to the way it was before the completion of the takeover. Your staff is so accommodating and so sweet and I really do appreciate each and everyone at this location. I just like familiarity and this isn't it and you can't tell me that other people are excited about this as well.

This is not what I wanted or what I asked for and I literally showed the budtender a screenshot of both carts I wanted and y'all still mess up. DONE spending my money here. I wish I had asked the managers name. Gentleman in his 20’s id guess. A few weeks ago I placed an order and was notified it was filled when in reality it wasn’t when I arrived they didn’t have the strain any longer in half oz which was the whole reason I drove to this location as I ordered 2. He took care of the issue and gave me eighths at the same price of the desired strain. No other location would jump to this resolution in my opinion which is more than fair. Thank you for making it right.

This was not the same experience we had my first time in this location earlier this past month.The “budtender” we encountered today left something to be desired for sure. The entire interaction was painful. It was literally like pulling teeth to get her to show me what they have in strains & flavors. It’s a good thing I know what I’m looking for, for the most part. My fiancé had some questions about the Turn cartridges ??? & she was not knowledgeable nor helpful at all. If she would have at least acted like she knew the product & acted like she gave a single care about meeting our needs, she would’ve sold a lot more to us today. We left acknowledging to eachother that we will not return to this location. It’s sad that our first experience was great for it to be followed up with so substandard service.

The female budtenders need to learn how to listen to their customers. I asked for 2 eights of 2 different kinds and recieved 2 eights of the same. This is not the first time. Also I forgot to leave tip, here's your tip it is safe to say if someone looks double your age don't act like you know everything about marijuana. In my case I have smoked longer than you have been alive and you treating me like I am stupid is very disrespectful. Everyone should respect your elders.

medical patient.... online orders frequently inaccurate due to discrepancies between website descriptions and actual products.. example flower described as hybride online, but in person product is not hybrid.. i also leave detailed instructions during online order like "flower should all be hybrid" and despite this order often incorrect as flower ends up non hybrid, they are aware of the issues but no change as of many many months and years ago despite politely making them aware of issue..

Prices and employees are the worst thing here, and it always smells like piss in this place. Also got overcharged the last two times I was here, but, my fault for not checking. But they knew what they were doing. Remember not to trust these bud tenders, they just want their money (and will sneak a round up at checkout without asking, to get more out of you) and they want to get you out as fast as possible. I only come here because it’s convenient and open late. There are so so so many other dispos much better than harvest.

So far everyone has been so nice and helpful I almost always buy the same thing but I always ask questions and they always respond with good attitude by far my favorite in my neighborhood. Thank you for always giving good customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I hated the last few times when I would come here after work bc the staff literally couldn’t be bothered to smile or say hi. The people working at night seem like they can’t go home fast enough, and the girl working the counter tonight in the back to the very far left is the worst of them all (receipt says cashier 44852). Not once have I ever seen her smile and she snatched my Id out of my hands & tossed the change on the counter where the change fell to the floor. She always has a stank face & looks like she smelt something bad & stayed that way. Harvest really fumbled the bag with this staff, I’ll gladly spend my money on the one off of alma & the 202 any day. At least over there they know what customer service is.

I had originally gave Harvest 5 stars as they were my go-to dispensary for 6 years spending $360/ month (at various locations), but a few months ago, they discontinued their rewards program without notifying me. I lost $300 in rewards. I reached out to corporate, where they thought a $10 credit was sufficient. I felt this was a slap in the face. No email, text, or info from the budtenders to tell me the program was ending. I emailed corporate 5 times, and they only responded the first time with a $10 credit. What a joke! For Harvest, loyalty only works 1 way. I will never use Harvest again and will be bringing my money to other dispensaries.

Love this place, however the late night crew has a lovely store manager but two horrendous female workers who are unbearable. I asked if there were specials on "pre rolls".. she IMMEDIATELY answered no, when there are clearly "50%" stickers are plenty or product. Just rude and dismissive. Their points system is always down and I'm having to constantly send them emails and no results, resulting in me constantly asking staff if my account is current with points. Once again rude bud tender who is "upset" about working for another 20 minutes before they close. Hire people who enjoy working at all times of the day, and maybe FIX your points system so you aren't asked the same question over and over. Love this place and the front desk but not the "shift leads" who hate their job and lives.

Went in for a pickup but forgot my ID. My mistake, however the clerk "helping" me wasn't very informative about an ADOT option so when we found out my gf could use her ADOT app to pickup we thought this would be the end of it. No, the woman then takes my gf to the back with my already prepped order all that need to be done is ID and payment. She takes her back and then just decides to hand her off to another clerk. I then have to watch 7 separate people, ALL WALK INS, get taken back, helped, and done and still I was watching my gf just standing there looking at my bag that's still prepped. As she gets out from the back she begins to tell me how rude the budtender was to her when it came to payment. This used to be my favorite dispensary but I will not be coming back, in fact from now on I will be steering people away from this dispensary and to other better competing dispensaries. I'm sad I had the misfortune of having to deal with this place when their only saving grace is how late they close. 10/10 would not recommend this Harvest.

Update: I did as I was asked below and sent an email to attempt to resolve this issue with their team. They have yet to reply. Maybe the responses to reviews are just for show?Husband earned points that were erroneously applied to sales items in July. Previous manager removed the points from the sale and placed a note on record that $135 credit remained available. Receptionist confirmed this note existed on file and sent husband to the Budtender. But the Budtender stated he was the manager and told him he couldn’t honor the credit because the note was from July. Never was he previously told he would have to use that credit within a certain amount of time. Why would they not honor the credit the previous manager placed on file?? It was Harvest’s error in ringing up the July sale that resulted in the need for a note in the first place. If loyalty points don’t expire why would the credit to correct an error they made expire. Harvest essentially stole $135 from us!

I was overcharged a bit, but the circumstances were understandable, and when I came back and brought it to the employees attention they made it right very quickly.I got cartridges on sale, cheap venom shatter of fine quality, and a free eight of some really nice flower just for spending over $75.Definitely a location I'll remember whenever I'm in Phoenix.
I always buy venom shatter and every single time I get it from harvest it is obvious that it is not being handled well. The shatter has obviously melted and then it crystallized. It is melted all on the inside of the packaging and when I pull it out the plastic is covered in melted shatter. It’s a waste of product and money. I don’t get my full gram of shatter because most of it is melted off into the plastic! Horrible customer service and horribly handled product.

Every time I go to a harvest dispensary it’s because I lve decided to give them another chance. Time and time again have I assumed that maybe their product quality would improve that maybe their customer service would be just a bit nicer but every time I’m disappointed. The venom shatter that I buy from harvest is always sugar wax consistency, and if you know anything about concentrates is that when you have a shatter consistency turn to sugar wax it’s because the concentrate starts to crystallize because of unkempt circumstances that it’s in. Meaning that this establishment does not care for the way the keep and package their products they sell. I have been a dispensary customer since before recreation and can tell you right now that I have sat on the sidelines and rooted for harvest for too long now.

• your own bud tenders don’t know about your daily deals and I almost walked out without half of the products I ordered. Which was buy one get one.•they don’t honor THEIR WEBSITE and the prices that they say. If your website cannot run properly, maybe don’t have one.•Not only has this happened once but this has happened three times.•one of those times they gave me 10% THC when I ordered the same brand for 25% THC. It didn’t even list a 10% on the website. They then proceeded to tell me I’d have to pay more for the product. Even though I had my online receipt and showd them the exact product and what it was listed for.•Also I’ve received the wrong order and had to go back to fix it.•I’ve received half pre rolls that are supposed to be grams but they clearly ARE NOT•I informed them I will no longer be shopping there because you are LYING to your customers and really it’s just gross.     medical patient.... online orders frequently inaccurate due to discrepancies between website descriptions and actual products.. example flower described as hybride online, but in person product is not hybrid.. i also leave detailed instructions during online order like "flower should all be hybrid" and despite this order often incorrect as flower ends up non hybrid, they are aware of the issues but no change as of many many months and years ago despite politely making them aware of issue..

    Prices and employees are the worst thing here, and it always smells like piss in this place. Also got overcharged the last two times I was here, but, my fault for not checking. But they knew what they were doing. Remember not to trust these bud tenders, they just want their money (and will sneak a round up at checkout without asking, to get more out of you) and they want to get you out as fast as possible. I only come here because it’s convenient and open late. There are so so so many other dispos much better than harvest.

    this place is lame! 100 seeds in one bud and a premium tier. Come on! One time these fools told me a half oz of shake telling me it was premium fire but i could not open the container. yup, nope.
    So far everyone has been so nice and helpful I almost always buy the same thing but I always ask questions and they always respond with good attitude by far my favorite in my neighborhood. Thank you for always giving good customer service.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I hated the last few times when I would come here after work bc the staff literally couldn’t be bothered to smile or say hi. The people working at night seem like they can’t go home fast enough, and the girl working the counter tonight in the back to the very far left is the worst of them all (receipt says cashier 44852). Not once have I ever seen her smile and she snatched my Id out of my hands & tossed the change on the counter where the change fell to the floor. She always has a stank face & looks like she smelt something bad & stayed that way. Harvest really fumbled the bag with this staff, I’ll gladly spend my money on the one off of alma & the 202 any day. At least over there they know what customer service is.

    I came into the Tempe Location just to after traveling back from Portland. Singe, Issac and,Michael was very welcoming. The customer service from this location goes above and beyond. Made my day with the positive attitudes. I came in to get a preroll and i got a free jeeter. Incredible customer service! These guys are the reason Harvest is my favorite dispensary.

    I had originally gave Harvest 5 stars as they were my go-to dispensary for 6 years spending $360/ month (at various locations), but a few months ago, they discontinued their rewards program without notifying me. I lost $300 in rewards. I reached out to corporate, where they thought a $10 credit was sufficient. I felt this was a slap in the face. No email, text, or info from the budtenders to tell me the program was ending. I emailed corporate 5 times, and they only responded the first time with a $10 credit. What a joke! For Harvest, loyalty only works 1 way. I will never use Harvest again and will be bringing my money to other dispensaries.

He is a gem and great addition to the team. There are people that literally wait in line specifically for him. He creates a positive, inclusive environment that is both welcoming and safe practicing professionalism and confidentiality while being friendly and authentic. So thankful to have a bud tender who is so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to ensure I have exactly what I need each time I visit Harvest on Baseline!     Placed online order for online pickup, went to pick up order waited in line over 10 mins behind a lady carrying a baby, window rep was more focus on small talk with the lady. then when they finally completed he closed the window told me had I to use regular line and wait even longer, had he had a sign or even the person checking me in could have told me the regular pick up line was closed before doing all that waiting for nothing,

She told me they had variety available and when I got there the guy that helped me told me that they didn't have any. They shouldn't be lying to people after waiting in line wasting my time.     Love this place, however the late night crew has a lovely store manager but two horrendous female workers who are unbearable. I asked if there were specials on "pre rolls".. she IMMEDIATELY answered no, when there are clearly "50%" stickers are plenty or product. Just rude and dismissive. Their points system is always down and I'm having to constantly send them emails and no results, resulting in me constantly asking staff if my account is current with points. Once again rude bud tender who is "upset" about working for another 20 minutes before they close. Hire people who enjoy working at all times of the day, and maybe FIX your points system so you aren't asked the same question over and over. Love this place and the front desk but not the "shift leads" who hate their job and lives.

    Went in for a pickup but forgot my ID. My mistake, however the clerk "helping" me wasn't very informative about an ADOT option so when we found out my gf could use her ADOT app to pickup we thought this would be the end of it. No, the woman then takes my gf to the back with my already prepped order all that need to be done is ID and payment. She takes her back and then just decides to hand her off to another clerk. I then have to watch 7 separate people, ALL WALK INS, get taken back, helped, and done and still I was watching my gf just standing there looking at my bag that's still prepped. As she gets out from the back she begins to tell me how rude the budtender was to her when it came to payment. This used to be my favorite dispensary but I will not be coming back, in fact from now on I will be steering people away from this dispensary and to other better competing dispensaries. I'm sad I had the misfortune of having to deal with this place when their only saving grace is how late they close. 10/10 would not recommend this Harvest.

    Update: I did as I was asked below and sent an email to attempt to resolve this issue with their team. They have yet to reply. Maybe the responses to reviews are just for show?Husband earned points that were erroneously applied to sales items in July. Previous manager removed the points from the sale and placed a note on record that $135 credit remained available. Receptionist confirmed this note existed on file and sent husband to the Budtender. But the Budtender stated he was the manager and told him he couldn’t honor the credit because the note was from July. Never was he previously told he would have to use that credit within a certain amount of time. Why would they not honor the credit the previous manager placed on file?? It was Harvest’s error in ringing up the July sale that resulted in the need for a note in the first place. If loyalty points don’t expire why would the credit to correct an error they made expire. Harvest essentially stole $135 from us!

    I was overcharged a bit, but the circumstances were understandable, and when I came back and brought it to the employees attention they made it right very quickly.I got cartridges on sale, cheap venom shatter of fine quality, and a free eight of some really nice flower just for spending over $75.Definitely a location I'll remember whenever I'm in Phoenix.
    I always buy venom shatter and every single time I get it from harvest it is obvious that it is not being handled well. The shatter has obviously melted and then it crystallized. It is melted all on the inside of the packaging and when I pull it out the plastic is covered in melted shatter. It’s a waste of product and money. I don’t get my full gram of shatter because most of it is melted off into the plastic! Horrible customer service and horribly handled product.

    Every time I go to a harvest dispensary it’s because I lve decided to give them another chance. Time and time again have I assumed that maybe their product quality would improve that maybe their customer service would be just a bit nicer but every time I’m disappointed. The venom shatter that I buy from harvest is always sugar wax consistency, and if you know anything about concentrates is that when you have a shatter consistency turn to sugar wax it’s because the concentrate starts to crystallize because of unkempt circumstances that it’s in. Meaning that this establishment does not care for the way the keep and package their products they sell. I have been a dispensary customer since before recreation and can tell you right now that I have sat on the sidelines and rooted for harvest for too long now.

    • your own bud tenders don’t know about your daily deals and I almost walked out without half of the products I ordered. Which was buy one get one.•they don’t honor THEIR WEBSITE and the prices that they say. If your website cannot run properly, maybe don’t have one.•Not only has this happened once but this has happened three times.•one of those times they gave me 10% THC when I ordered the same brand for 25% THC. It didn’t even list a 10% on the website. They then proceeded to tell me I’d have to pay more for the product. Even though I had my online receipt and showd them the exact product and what it was listed for.•Also I’ve received the wrong order and had to go back to fix it.•I’ve received half pre rolls that are supposed to be grams but they clearly ARE NOT•I informed them I will no longer be shopping there because you are LYING to your customers and really it’s just gross. MINT is right there anyway and they have a drive thru. ✌🏽
