Order accuracy has never been a problem. Decent deals depending on what you're looking for. Couldn't really ask for more.Plenty of easily accessible parking. Went to pick up online order-and guy was alone behind counter. I was first in line but he decided to wait on girl behind me first as she wanted to change her order which was rude to me. I then told him it was my birthday and what do I get? He said they dont' do rewards anymore. Disappointed-been going to Scottsdale locatio for years and way more accomodating. I explained to her what I liked, needed, and didn't like. Thank goodness, she helped me navigate that process. She went on to recommend products for me based on my desires, and as a bonus, she had also tried those products and enjoyed them herself. I decided to purchase her recommendations and they were perfect. I can't thank her enough because with her help, I was able to recover from surgery without using any narcotics. Tori is an invaluable asset to Trulieve and it will always be my preferred dispensary. Trulieve is the go-to destination for top-notch assistance and care.

Honestly so annoyed with this place. Literally all the “sales” they advertised they are conveniently “out of”. Was Micah of any help at all? None- did he offer to make a swap? Nope- he did however sell me something that was $40 more expensive then the sale so thanks for nothing. And what did he say…”it’s unfortunate”. Unfortunately we are offering things we don’t have. Advertising to bring you in and then not having what’s advertised to make higher sales. Nicely done.

This is my go to dispensary! At first I went here because it’s just down the street from my apartment but I’m due to move out soon and I honestly will make the drive just to come back here. The staff is always amazing, friendly and helpful! Claudia helped me out today and she was just as fast, helpful and efficient like I’ve come to expect from Trulieve 🙂 The selection here is always good and the budtenders are knowledgeable and will know exactly what you’re looking for even if you don’t. I trust this place more than most and I’ve never once had a bad experience. 15/10 🌟

I've gotta say that I've never had an issue with all the times that I've been to your locations across the valley but I did have quite the issue the other night. I purchased some Avenue brand flower and was told that it was really good but every person is different but I was banking on the fact that what the bud-tender promised me with the actual product that I received.. I've tried to reach out to them via their website and they've still failed to contact me.. I'm not to happy with this product and I would greatly appreciate someone reaching out to me to rectify this.. I've spent thousands of dollars but with no one reaching out to me, this is a bit frustrating to say the least and thanks for your time

How do you put something on sale for the next two days order online then when I go in they say it's out of stock and substituted it with another brand also price goes up but they keep saying it's the same. If your going to substitute them correct price to match. Your product is not worth what your charging anyway. Sad business practices.

And there budtenders don't have a clue on what there doing.... the original harvest was much better!!! And the new manager "Roger" isn't very much help at all! UPDATE: Harvest has been sold, and so far I am not impressed with the new management. Their daily special was recently advertised as spend $60 and get a FREE 1/8th. So I went and bought a bunch of gummies, and when I mentioned the FREE 1/8th for spending $60, they informed me they were out...Huh?They had only been open 51 minutes peeps!!! ONLY 51 freaking minutes and they're out of their daily special...WTH!I felt like I'd been misled and deceived, possibly even bamboozled! But then to top it off, they didn't even give me a rain check or offer a substitution....good lookin' out guys...NOT!There's been a couple other issues that have transpired, but I'll save those for a future update if things don't improve or actually get worse. Harvest was one of my favorite dispensaries, not to mention convenient to where I live. But now I'm going to have to reevaluate the situation...Bummer!🤯(Old Review)Kewl budtenders who know their products. BUYER BEWARE! Corporations have done exactly what we expected they would do in industry, manipulate at the expense of the consumer and taxpayer. This place is likely handing out moldy product under the guise as free deal for tier purchase levels (sending it off for 3rd party testing as I suspect mold);. Mind you, the consumer must pay taxes on said product still and the corporation writes off the promo product. Corporations and the government win and you are held at a loss for their gain. Also, places like this utilize 3rd party pre-order companies like leafly, yet have an error flawed process where orders are always pending because the location is not receiving the data. It's all a scam at your time and expense Stop supporting this flawed industry in Arizona as it has no consumer value. Time to send a message to the government and big business to go to some other scam filled state, we want better for ourselves here.

Ever since this location changed from harvest to its new name the product quality product levels the product selection the product strand availability has all gone downhill. Whereas some things have seem to get a little bit better as far as the Bogo deals and maybe a wider variety and seams of product but while other categories have shortened and not been available I’m kind of tired of the inconsistency in your products. Not sure if I would highly recommend them anymore where is that used to carry really good top shelf they don’t anymore and here lately the Cookies products have been really really low really inconsistent as well and hard to find. And other products they simply just completely run out of such as the true infusion products
Could have a better selection of non sour gummies. But the ones i got were quite potant, and the employee behind the counter was pretty informative about my options.

Max is very knowledgeable and professional. He is very chill but 100% knows the products. Will definitely be back!

Harvest was one of my favorite dispensaries, not to mention convenient to where I live. BUYER BEWARE! Corporations have done exactly what we expected they would do in industry, manipulate at the expense of the consumer and taxpayer. This place is likely handing out moldy product under the guise as free deal for tier purchase levels (sending it off for 3rd party testing as I suspect mold);. Mind you, the consumer must pay taxes on said product still and the corporation writes off the promo product. Corporations and the government win and you are held at a loss for their gain. Also, places like this utilize 3rd party pre-order companies like leafly, yet have an error flawed process where orders are always pending because the location is not receiving the data. It's all a scam at your time and expense Stop supporting this flawed industry in Arizona as it has no consumer value. Time to send a message to the government and big business to go to some other scam filled state, we want better for ourselves here.

Ever since this location changed from harvest to its new name the product quality product levels the product selection the product strand availability has all gone downhill. Whereas some things have seem to get a little bit better as far as the Bogo deals and maybe a wider variety and seams of product but while other categories have shortened and not been available I’m kind of tired of the inconsistency in your products. Not sure if I would highly recommend them anymore where is that used to carry really good top shelf they don’t anymore and here lately the Cookies products have been really really low really inconsistent as well and hard to find. And other products they simply just completely run out of such as the true infusion products
Could have a better selection of non sour gummies. But the ones i got were quite potant, and the employee behind the counter was pretty informative about my options.

This place is small and if you were not looking for it, you would definitely miss it which would be a real shame.Our bud tender, Max was amazing. Probably one of the best I have ever had. Max is very knowledgeable and professional. He is very chill but 100% knows the products. Will definitely be back!
