Ordering online every time and 90% of the time no double points I’m even asked when I go into store if I ordered online and my reply is always yes. Now every time I’ve ordered in the past as well when the have limited time free items for an amount purchased I’ve noticed that on those days when I order “online” that by the time my order is verified by store by the time I am able to get there the “free” items associated with the purchase is no longer available that day 1st come 1st served so are the promotions just a way to get people to buy from their store? Starting to think so.
I have been going to this dispo for over a year now because the staff has been so friendly.Yesterday upon my weekly visit on 10/3 the girl up front was so rude to me that I will no longer be visiting this dispo. So unusual that you would put someone in the front of your shop with such a bad attitude.Tried again on 12/11 this time nick the bud tender was rude. He was in a “kiosk” line with no customers and would not help me because I didn’t have a kiosk order. Then after I mentioned that he was not helping anyone and should help me he then offered. Last time so done with the rude employees at this store..you sell weed for a living try and be nice to people it’s really not that hard!
Had a nice time at the event but dont say it's from 4:20-10 and run out of free samples by 7. That's was the only down fall. I was happy because SLUGGERS did not turn you down on your 2cd,3rd visit to get free pre-rolls. Feno was gd and daze off thanks for all the samples.
Brennan is an amazing cashier. Ive been here numerous times and never been told that I had points racked up for rewards until I was serviced by him. He gave great info on the product and has great social skills as well! Ive never been disappointed with Organix, but Brennan made my trip much better.
10/10 serive with Oscar, he was very understanding and got everything done. We asked him to within a timely manner and also got us deals. He made sure that we got all of our points from all the visits to Arizona organics. We appreciate his service.

We were laughing and having a great time too!The lady I spoke with on the phone originally even approached me and apologized and I personally wanna thank you as well for doing that meant the world to me. Thank you for doing that. That was some amazing customer service.All in all This was by far one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life. You listened, you heard my issue, you found a solution, and you put it into action immediately which helped me get my rso the same exact day.Sincerely, everyone at AZO I truly appreciate everything y’all did today for me and I can’t wait to see you guys here soon again when I need to re-up and get more RSO!! If there was a zero star option, that’s what I would pick. I can’t believe what happened to me today at this dispensary. I bought some of their house shake expecting 30% thc as shown on their lab tested label and and got 0 THC TRIM!!!!! Just look at the picture I uploaded. When I called and tried to exchange for something else. They told me there was nothing they could do for me. I am flabbergasted and I feel like I was slapped in the face by this company. Never go to them, literally every other dispensary is better than them.They literally sell leaves, not flower or shake. This is literally leaves. This is illegal. You cannot sell this. I’m surprised nobody has notified the marijuana commission yet.
THEY MISTREAT DISABLED PEOPLE WHO LACK THE CAPABILITY TO UNDERSTAND!!!I used to love this dispensary when I first moved here but management has gone down hill. I understand bringing a minor into the store is illegal or someone under 21. I did not know my brother could not come into the dispensary with me instead of leaving him in the car. He is autistic and CANNOT BE BY HIMSELF! I took my money back from him that was in his wallet in front of the clerks, they still allowed me in just to tell me that they cannot serve me. You should have refused me before taking my card. It is embarrassing to even be let in, if I was gunna be refused. You shouldn't have even accepted my med card. You should have called a manager and asked me to leave the premises. I would have understood.Re: Plus who is to say he can be left alone being AUTISTIC! If you are going to have me leave have him leave as well..Not have a disabled individual sit in the waiting area thinking he is okay. Whoever the manager is should have handled the situation a lot better. I absolutely do not care if they were having a bad day because bad days lead to people never wanting to come back and are unhappy with this customer service.Mistreatment towards someone who is disabled and not explain to them that they have to leave if you had me separated from my brother who is disabled mentally. I had to call him from outside that he had to leave because they did not inform him. They just pulled me to the side “We are refusing a transaction today.” But did not tell him he had to leave as well they just had him in the waiting area, I was instructed I had to leave through these doors so even if I was trying to go back and go get him from the lobby.
I've been to a lot of the dispensaries around Phoenix and I have to say that this Arizona organix location is amazing. It Looks amazing on the inside and the staff is kind, quick, and knowledgeable. The new customer system let's you get "bogo" on certain items for the first 5 times you buy.
Bryan at the Express window was diligent and fixed my card number in the system. He was hella cool to chit chat with.. the prices are amazing. The new shop looks good and the parking is SO much better! Thanks AZ Organix!
Im done shopping here, I have shopped here for years and I'm done. They put deals online, but don't give them to you. Thankfully I asked about the discount, mostly because thier site at checkout never shows it properly. But I realized no discount was given, the bud tender went to ask someone about it. I'm told it's just on the carts, not the live resin. OK maybe I overlooked something. So I go home, no being very happy. Then I got Furious when I got home and saw the deal online that said live resin, sauce carts, dabapplicator. So I called them, I'm told the same thing. Maybe I'm the idiot here, but I'm pretty sure it's just bad business practices. Actually Im going to go there one more time to cash in my 3000 loyalty points and never go back.
Kind of a far drive from me, but really great place.Has a nice thing going on. Great selection, good service. Went right before Christmas... long line. Went prior to New years, not too bad.
