🚨 Arizona Cannabis Society — You Lost a Loyal Customer 🚨I’ve been a loyal customer of Arizona Cannabis Society for over a year — since moving from Ahwatukee Foothills to Verrado, I’ve spent my hard-earned money there every month because the staff was always chill and respectful.But on October 6 around 11:17 AM, that changed.I was helped by a younger budtender (Caucasian male, about 5’10”, 170 lbs) who clearly wasn’t having a good day — but that’s no excuse for talking down to a paying customer. When I asked about using my $11 in rewards points, he got snappy and insisted I hadn’t used points since May. I corrected him (it was actually August), and instead of fixing it, he doubled down — acting like proving me wrong was more important than good customer service.Then, out of nowhere, an older cashier (50s, surfer tan) jumped in and said, “He doesn’t have to serve you.” 🤯Let me be clear — I never raised my voice, I never caused a scene. I simply said, “Because of how I’m being treated, I won’t be coming back.” Their response? Kick me out.Two days later, I came back to speak with the manager (Tim) — only to be cut off mid-sentence and told I “slammed a soda can on the counter.” That’s a flat-out lie. I grabbed my money and left quietly.If Arizona Cannabis Society actually reviews their own footage from October 6 at 11:17 AM, they’ll see what really happened.I’ve been nothing but loyal for 14 months, and this is how your team treats customers? Apparently, the staff here has a problem comprehending basic English because I told them exactly what I wanted and they did NOT come anywhere close to it twice. My first experience was great, but they seem to go through employees like I go through socks, which speaks volumes. When I did have a nice review after my first visit, the owner couldn’t even condescend to read it or comment on it. That shows how much they do not care just in case you think that they do Let me assure you they do not care about anything but money.
They gave me a price for my product so I brought the money and a tip for my order. When I got there they gave me a dfferent price (15 dollar difference). When I asked why they just didn’t send the price so I would know what to bring for cash. They said it’s tax which is weird , because I’ve always used Leafly and they have never had a problem with telling me the right price. To be honest it was very suspicious and I am almost certain I will not be using this location again.

It was my first time in yesterday and I’ll tell you this….its the place to be and has the absolute best deals for the west side hands down they’re doing some crazy deals DAILY, you need to get out there. No spoilers get out there and get all the absolute GAS for your moneys worth this time trust me!!!

Been shopping here for over a year. Had a bunch of points “money off” saved up and went to go use it on items that WERE NOT on a deal and they wouldn’t let me use it saying “the product is too cheap!” It was a $90 order and I wanted to use $20 of my points… safe to say I will not be spending any more money here. Ponderosa will be my go to for now on for their great point system even tho it’s a further drive for me.

I found out today (4th time here) if you get here an hour (First time being here an hour before they open.) before they open, bring a chair to keep your place in line (Thats absolutely ridiculous by itself.) and or your car.No signs, no nothing. You can wait in your car and still be in line as I was informed by customers who thought I knew and or thought I was trying to cut the line and almost escalated even when I STILL MOVED to the back of the line within 2 seconds of being informed.Absolutely NO ONE got out of their cars and told me until sprinkler guy came out.Then they still kept making fun of me for not knowing or just wanted to act tough. Maybe cause I asked the dude who came out to turn the sprinklers on, if we could wait in our cars but still be in line? 20+ mins after the fact, I kid you not, they are still making fun of me. 🤣🤦🏼Sprinkler guy was absolutely no help to me, just walked back inside. I appreciate it. 👌🏻That's only a normal response when im getting (Ganged up on) told BY CUSTOMERS, not employees about chairs and cars are markers for your place in line nowadays. I guess you need to be born with that kind of knowledge? Of course it was 4 other pos customers against me, 1 person.I get severe anxiety attacks so I'm not gonna fight anyone. I went to my car, lost my 4th or 5th place in line and waited for the 4 to at least go in so I could go back in line. I dropped to 20+th or so in line. I'm not gonna sit and listen to grown men be worse than toddlers. Absolutely no need or reason other just to be a pos to someone who hasn't said 2 words to you before.Thank you "tough guys" (👈🏻Mostly) and sprinkler guy for ruining this place for me.Now I will have to drive even further for my bud now when I pay everything myself, no help from anyone and I work paycheck to paycheck. ❤️Thanks again, I will not be returning. 😮‍💨

Great place to go to, however some of the staff seem to have "ego" issues. They never seem to update their website which leads to confusion and problems at the store, then blame the customer for not calling and double checking...

The staff was very friendly as one would hope they'd be but my first visit may very well be my last as well. The ounce I picked up is by far some of the worst I've had. Why does my flower smell like coffee? Why is it insanely dry? Why is it harsh as can be trying to smoke it? Because it wasn't cured/packaged right. Now I'm out of my money and have an ounce of non smokable flower. Flower buyers beware!Spoke to a "manager" on the phone and was told "you knew what you were getting" after he asked and I told him the strain. Was told "I could maybe do a 10% discount on your next visit but that's the most I'm at liberty to do". They don't care since they got money for a product (even by his response) knew was trash. Won't be returning.

Staff was amazing and very friendly. They however do not know how to roll cones. All of the jays that I have from them are all not packed enough, all of them are hard to draw from because it is clogged, and the end of the filter that is in the jay there is no cannabis in front of it so they are all droopy! It’s horrible to smoke from their prerolls

I am very rarely compelled to write reviews but... Really weird place. Bad vibes and really confusing for no reason. I drove so far to get the deal they listed, only to find out they don't offer that deal. Twice this happened with separate products, even after confirming my online orders! I kept wanting them to be good because of their prices, but after my third bizarre visit leaving empty handed I am sure won't be coming back.

Have to make sure to get both of there profiles. I’ve been to a lot of dispos in Phoenix. This is by far the worst one I’ve been to yet. Extremely trashy. Only dispo I’ve been to that had people waiting outside in the Phoenix heat. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 minutes to another dispo. Not only that but budtenders are pretentious, extremely rude and act entitled to a tip, which I would’ve tipped if I hadn’t spent 30 minutes sweating in a line outside because of them trying to act fake and force long conversations in the hopes of getting a tip. Horrible dichotomy. Owner, do better. Lastly prices are INSANELY INSANELY high $47 for 2 grams of some pretty mid wax. Eighth of bud was 40. Which was also dry and months old. (Look at the dates for bud) Definitely definitely go somewhere else. There’s a couple way better ones in Goodyear as well as one in Avondale.
