I waited for 30 min for an online pickup with no one in front me! I asked both people working the front pickup for help and they had no idea what was going on.
Scammed out of $100 and being trying for months to get some sort of compensation but the general manager Martin strung me along for months, ive been waiting for his supervisor to call me but no response. No surprise there. Whomever owns this establishment should be aware of the conduct in this store, the incompetence is beyond my comprehension. I was very polite and compliant for too long. This is ridiculous and I'm frustrated with the lack of accountability as well. The mesa location wouldn't help me either. So be prepared to to deal with what I have if you want to use this location, which I highly wouldn't recommend!!Still no response from anyone, complete nonsense. This is all fake concerns... just like the general manager, still havent heard from his supervisor either. They still owe me $100 and still NOTHING! This is proof how much they care! This has been going on for 3 or 4 months, no help whatsoever, all lies! If they are having a hard time getting a hold of their general manager, then maybe he shouldn't be working there either! Everyone is unable to follow through with anything. This is completely inexcusable. I even gave them my phone number and they cant reach out to me on phone or email..No excuses now
Joke of an experience at the Chandler Trulieve today.I placed an online order for 8 grams of live rosin (2 Grow Sciences Piatellas, 2 Grow Sciences Cold Cured Live Rosin, and 4 Abundant Organics Live Rosin.) The order was accepted right away and marked ready for pickup, so I drove 45 minutes to get there — only to find out 2 of my items weren’t actually available. No one called to let me know or offer replacements, which usually happens. The budtender didn’t even notice they were missing until I pointed out he was ringing up 6 items, not 8, and of course the ones missing were the Piatellas.. the main thing I went for.I swapped them out for more GS Cold cure, paid, and left. On the way home I decided to double-check the bag, and found out they gave me 2 cured rosins instead of live for the Abundant. (The packaging difference is obvious — live rosin comes in a black box, cured in white.) So I had to turn around and go all the way back.When I got there, the manager exchanged them but told me I owed about $7 more. After all that hassle, I thought they might at least comp the difference, but nope. I paid with a 10$ bill and she even forgot to give me my change until I reminded her.Overall, the whole experience was just a mess — poor communication, no attention to detail, and a lot of wasted time. Definitely makes me think twice about going back to this location.
First time to this dispensary. Peyton was our tender today, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all the products, answered all my questions and made a return customer out of me! All of the staff were friendly and very welcoming environment. They also offer many different deals for different products. Like I said I will definitely br returning to this location. Service was good but pricing and selection are terrible. You can get 3-5x as much for the same price anywhere else, often times better quality too. $40 for a gram of concentrate is so beyond ridiculous lol. it's $10-15 a gram literally anywhere else.
Love this place but they closed an hour early on double points day yesterday and there was no heads up which was upsetting because I drove around to 3 locations. Just would have been nice to know that all locations were closing early so I didn't waste gas.

This was my first time at this shop. It was a busy 1/2 off day so I had to wait a while. But the woman helping me was cool & I left with what I consider a decent deal.

Payton was my budtender today and he was so awesome! He helped me find such an amazing deal and was so patient and kind. So far all my experiences here have been great. They have some knowledgeable people working here. They know the deals they are selling and always have amazing recommendations for me! It helps so much especially when I don’t know what I need or want.
Been coming here for over a year but since the new ownership never had a smooth transaction. Transaction times seem to have doubled, and that location and parking is not set up to handle large traffic. They also had lines and organization and now it's an awkward free for all while you wait a long time to be called.Also, last time I did online I was told my order was ready but still had to wait at the end of the line after the walk ins so looking back it took longer for everything since I had to wait for my order to be fulfilled only to then head to the back of the line. This is a perfect example of why you shouldn't try to 'fix' something that wasn't broken.
Wish I had left a 5star when they were the harvest I’m going to miss visiting this location.The last three times I’ve been in since Trulieve took over the bud tenders look and act miserable and are significantly less knowledgeable what used to make this place stand apart was the wonderful energy of the workers and the knowledge most of the regular employees had. I believe employee behavior starts with higher ups/management and Trulieve needs to reassess how they run things.
Been coming for yrs and ever since they made a change in name and employees things been down hill. These managers have 0 problem solving skills. Both Nate and the female manager will try to cover their own as if they didnt cause the problem. I recommend going to mesa location or just go to mint. They clearly dont know how to keep a customer.
There are employees that tend to the customer and try to understand to make an easier transaction. At 27 I feel removed from the micro aggressions and subtle disrespect because it’s a daily transaction after work that has become increasingly strange as if I’ve had a spiteful interaction there and its never happened so there’s random animosity that’s never been addressed to me no matter the amount of money spent
I Was a little worried when I saw the name change, but I had nothing to worry about! Great spot with awesome deals and a staff that cares. Tonight I had an issue with an online order, but the receptionist and manager went above and beyond to solved it. Highly recommended!
Been coming here for a long time now had one of their customers break my tail light and proceeded to speed out of the parking lot without trying to exchange information then waited 20 minutes and was told that I can’t get what I want and only can get 1 g of wax instead of three and wait wait wait some more and I will never come back and be treated so poorly ever again. My time is valuable and clearly it’s not to you.
Not a fan of this place. I once had a rep here make a skeezy comment about how nice a female customers butt looked, and then questioned me for not looking with him and agreeing like I was crazy. Saying, "what you don't like that?" You all aren't running a trashy bar, it felt inappropriate. I came in to pick up flower and leave; not talk about how attractive the customers are with the cashier. It also made me feel like he was checking me as a man or something and ruined my day/image of you all since...Aside from this I am not a fan of how you all just herd people inside to stand around randomly - no line, no lobby, just wait and hope to be called.Your website also connects to the wrong location - with no option to select one when I try to put in a pick up order.Also, why oh why do you not do baked edibles? Chocolate bars and gummies are so boring. Is it that expensive to get a couple of refrigerators? You are one of the only dispos in this area, I would assume business is ok enough.Lastly and then again; not sure what happened, but all of a sudden its like this location changed names and the website has no Menu whatsoever. Looks like some corporate gentrified dispensary owners bought you all out and that is really sad to see. Hope whoever owned it enjoys their selling out money!

I can not believe the new owner has stopped Vet and Senior discounts on Roll One. It is the lowest quality flower there, and they did it with no notice. They also stopped the old point system and wasted a lot of my points before I could redeem. MINT here I come. The new owners are corporate and don't care about the customer. Just the bottom line. I just had the most pleasant dispensary experience with Taylor at this location. I normally do online orders or research prior to coming into the dispensary so I know what I want- however today I did not. Taylor took his time with me and ensured that I went home with what I came for. Love this location!
Ordered online, estimated time was 20-30 mins. Now I know it gets busy, but I waited for nearly THREE HOURS as I watched many people go and leave. Tried calling the store to check up about it, but it wasn’t working. A few times I’ve had to wait over 30 mins, but 3 hours? My order wasn’t even big either, it shouldn’t be taking that long.Edit: it’s literally the next day and I have yet to hear anything about my order. I’d go in but last time I was scolded for coming in before I got the orders ready text.
Not Harvest anymore, uses some extremely inefficient queue system that is awful and if you’re a walk-in prepare to sit and watch everyone else get served. Parking lot is an absolute mess because of it also.Will be taking business elsewhere
Don't waste your time at this place. They treat their walk-in customers like trash. If you're not there for medicinal or a pick-up order .. you're scum. I was #1 on their dumb board for 20 minutes and got passed over and over and over by people coming in well after me. I only had 30 minutes to shop and that wasn't enough time, had to leave empty handed. They determined that my time is less valuable everybody else's so I'll spend my money elsewhere.
Always solid staff behind the counter, wait times are a little wild but that’s out of the stores control, goes to show the type of product and service they offer.
Parking lot is god awful, website always says one thing then when I come in to pickup my order it’s different in the store. Such as products show incorrect strains online than physically. Their deals always have some catch to it that they don’t mention online. Go somewhere else that’s family owned, not this corporate chain that doesn’t care what they give you.
The people that helped me out were super helpful and even gave me a battery for free when I told them I ordered the wrong pod online! The quickest dispensary I’ve been to, super friendly and outgoing staff. 10/10!
This is the second time I've been to this dispensary. The first day it opened they had good deals. Today a cart costs $65 and the deal was buy one get one free but I paid $85.80. Let me see how these cartridges are that I have gotten.

I dread coming here for two reasons :Parking & a lot of the women staff are rude .The only reason I come here is because how close it is to my house and there is a certain gummy I enjoy / need for sleep .Parking can't be fixed but I think hiring nicer staff can be done if management would pay attention to the women staff's attitudes towards customers.The men who work here are always nice and really friendly .
This place was my go to spot. Who made the horrible decision to eliminate the line and replace it with the list (being called by your name)?? I have never waited so long…I also don’t like my name being called out in public like they do.It’s a cluster. I recommend going somewhere else until they change this.
I’m a frequent buyer here and really love the staff! The only problem we have come to have is their new system they are having, they will have you wait and call your name whether online recreational or medical. I have very bad anxiety and do not enjoy my name being preached out loud for others to hear and stare. I wish they would go back to their original lines they had.
The new system isn't the greatest, but the workers are trying their best to keep up with the new check in process.. Greg helped me out and built my online order on the fly for me even though it wasn't ready! Awesome customer service!
I worked with Anthony, he's a great guy. He was very helpful in suggestions for my needs. Everytime I've gone to Harvest the staff, from checking in, to the staff in back have always been amazing. They are always current with knowledge and suggestions for so many of my medical situations. Everyone has made me fell very comfortable in what could be so different. I have always been treated with the upmost level of respect and for that I am truly grateful!If your looking for a store to call you're own, this is the store for you.Plus they always have great deals and their prices are the best I've found for the product. I have been to this place a few times and it's always a bad experience. I was horribly overcharged one time. I chalked that up to going on a day not having "weekly specials." More recently, I used the ATM, and it didn't dispense my cash. The manager basically unplugged the machine and told me he couldn't do anything about it. I will never go to this place again, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone. I can't believe the way they didn't care at all. After he called the # on the machine, he walked away. Wow!
We had a middle aged gentleman “helping us” today. I’m not sure if he was just having a bad day but it seemed like we upset him asking to look at different options and was throwing things back on the shelf. I left in tears. Don’t recommend taking your business there. Sad seemed like a good place. Made sure to speak to the very kind woman up front while I was trying not to cry so thank you to her at least.
The counter person was very helpful. This is better than the old days, before cellphones and the internet. You can get an eighth of really good weed for under $25. I don't care that the government needs to know that I was there.
3rd time website gave me false information regarding pick up. They did not have what I was looking for by the time I received a text saying my order was ready for pick up. I ordered it with the total amount due. When I came to pick it up they told me they didn’t have it. I am seriously wasting time coming here and will not be coming back. They didn’t even check to see what was happening but referred me to leave a review on their website. Would have loved to talk to a manager.

First time shopping here, and wasn't impressed. The bud tender knew nothing, they had no deals not even for first time customers. Very overpriced. The bud I got was good, but not good enough for me to return.
Great experience, it was my first time and I went with my friend who was nervous to go to a dispensary on her own. Immediately we felt welcomed by the two cutie girls in the front and by our budtender. All in all 10/10 experience

This parking lot is awful. I only come here occasionally because it’s close to my home otherwise I get a better experience at any of the mint locations. The workers at harvest aren’t friendly and don’t know much about cannabis. They work on tips I would think they would be nicer to paying customers.
Horrible parking lot! Like terrible for anything larger than a Prius. The greeters are always nice but I haven’t met a bud tender there I liked. Always feel like I’m an inconvenience to anyone working behind the door. So not worth the experience when there’s other places near by that actually have a parking lot wide enough for two cars safely.
I purchased 2 cartridges from this location. The following day I learned that the cashier apparently forgot to put them in the bag with my other products. Despite having a receipt I was not compensated for my $100 loss. Shows poor customer service and a lack of attention to the job. Absolutely would not recommend these thieves.
Great customer service reps and selection. Great products, never had an issue of quality or quantity. Fairly decent pricing. Recommend the 50% off bin. Deals there. Rated 3 due parking capacity, if you are a walk-in plan on adding 15 minutes to your time there.
I have been to three Harvest locations and this is also my third visit at this specific location. I’ve had a wonderful experience every time! The bud tenders are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I always ask for their recommendations and they never disappoint. The parking lot situation is not the greatest but overall a great location to visit. I’d honestly rate this as my favorite Harvest location yet.
I love this location easy to find and to get to but the parking lot is very small. They have a good weekly specials and specials for military or senior citizens. I like being able to purchase online and then pick up my order although I have only gone to this location a few times each time I have been in and out there wasn’t a long wait and the animals have always been very fresh and delicious.
I don’t know the name of the young fat joe guy but I don’t appreciate being told I have to go back to the end of another line when I apparently waited in the wrong line. Had to wait twice rather than him just helping me out, ridiculous. Was the only line in the store. Awful customer service. And too good to use leafly when their own online ordering system never works.
I spend over $541 here two years ago. I love gummies bake bros but I got infused slimmy thing. I been calling around and one place was gonna do exchange but it wasn't from them. I finally called place that was and they won't exchange it. It's sealed nothing wrong I can't use it do to texture. I spit it out. Gummies I love and use for pain and sleep. Had major few surgeries and 3 kinds migraine hard to get out or get ride so I haven't gone there. After today I won't support or go there.
If you are looking for a great place to get your Marijuana this is THE place to go. The staff is well educated, as well friendly. Parking is limited so go early. The place opens at 8am so you can start your day off right. Go early and often. I do. It makes for a great day.
It is an amazing day when you can buy Marijuana legally and to top it off, this place opens at 8:00. That alone is amazing and the staff is super friendly and expertly knowledgeable and the price range fron dirt cheap for killer bud to exclusive for the highest end. So something for everyone. Oh! Very quick to get you in and out once you reach the counter which keeps the long line moving, but if it’s busy the line could be around the building and the parking lot is very small so cars start to line up on the main road to turn in.Pro tip: Park at the Circle K.
All harvest Falsely advertise. Used 75$ loyalty points 4 online order 25% indica and was sold 25% sativa. Didn't notice till the next day. They didn't have a glass pipe I wanted so they messaged me and asked if I wanted one for 2$ more cause the one I wanted is out of stock, I agreed. They never asked me if I wanted to re-order the flower. They just gave it to me and I assumed it was the 25% indica cause with the pipe situation they contacted me and asked if I want to change the order. I'm done being scammed and sold false advertised products. You're loss on a new customer for the 1st visit.

This was day before Thanksgiving and it was packed! The parking lot was so full, there was a line out to the street. Once I was parked, there was a line to get in and another line inside. Despite all the madness, the staff was wildly courteous and helpful. The wait was worth it and the bud is great.
The place is conveniently located. But the parking situation is not that great. Especially for disabled person parking. The 2 parking spots are usually available Emma somebody is illegally parked there. You cannot get to them due to long car lines down the street in emergency bike lane that is very unsafe because the lane is not large enough for a vehicle and Inconsiderate customers getting out of their cars to go in while cars are left in line. There is no staff to direct the traffic. 🤦♀️ Also there employee turnaround is often its frustrating to see new faces each time. I also wonder if employees are allowed to be high during working hrs because 9 times out of 10 I have to remind the employee of what I want constantly repeating myself. Or they space out and are slow. Most of the time they are not educated about products and deals.I also know for several several months now they have been going through some changes. But you would think after several months (at least 6) things would get better. A good thing is they have ATM available to pay at Bud tender counters now and I believe they finally fixed there A/C 😁 All staff is usually very nice just off at times.😬✌️💖

I walked in knowing what I wanted, and everything went smoothly(After been going for years). Staff is friendly and helpful. Look at menu before you show up to save time, if your new then ask questions. Everywhere I walk is holy ground. Don't curse this store or be cursed. Bless all who enter! Ignore the bad reviews, people need to research first. Sure all dispensaries may have problems from time to time, but at least they work hard to resolve issue. I don't need to go anywhere else, they have what I need.
When I moved to the area this used to be my favorite dispo, and they were awesome! But sadly I have had so many issues over the months I almost avoid it if possible at all costs. Between them threatening to refuse to take my medical card due to my phone screen being slightly cracked when no other dispensary I go to has this issue because it’s hardly visible, to getting my order wrong and refusing to fix it which I understand laws but could have done something to right the situation, to the parking lot being a huge hazard imo and my last straw that suddenly $80 worth of points that I had been saving is gone and they can’t find it. I know I can contact uppers to fix it but so annoying when I had finally planned to use them they can’t be found. Many more small inconvenience but there are tons more dispos in the area that have better prices and less issues. I hope they improve but I know this review won’t put a dent in their profits.
Not what I expected for a Harvest location the bud tender is the only reason this is not a single star. When she didn't really know what I was talking about she did her best to accommodate. I Could only find up to a half ounce at this location and a decent price for a half ounce was already pre-ground. They also need a bigger selection on concentrates. Missing some of the most popular and consumer cost effective like Venom, still? A much more peaceful environment than a place like sticky Saguaro of Chandler. So if you would like a smooth peaceful transaction that is discreet? Before you decide to think about trying sticky Saguaro come to harvest. They'll make it quick easy and drama free.
Got double charged. Went in and spoke to a manager who just told me to dispute it with my bank. Says they only saw 1 charge and I got charged twice for the same transaction and got charged an extra $2 processing fee also. It's safe to say that I won't be coming back here. Really disappointing that there is nothing the manager could do about my duplicate charge then send me to my bank like it was their problem. I submit a charge with my bank and then they submit a charge back claim. Since I only got one purchase the business can see they deny the charge back claim and now I'm out of an extra 25 bucks. Left a real bad taste I my mouth.
Good dispensary, friendly staff good product and fair prices. They do specials sometimes. The one down side is the parking lot. It can be a train wreck. The best way to go is to order online, makes it much quicker than just showing up to shop.
Location was not terribly difficult to find. Customer service was immaculate. Staff’s knowledge is extremely helpful, promotional freebies are always nice! Will definitely be returning!
Tried checking out this location for one of their holiday promotions. What an absolute joke... No organization at all. I chose not place an online order because of confusion with their promotion offer... Since I'm recreational, I got to stand in line for an hour watching every single med patient walk right up to place their order.

Don’t waste your time going here you been warned.Drove all the way over here from other side of town to use first time patient deal. Once I get there I was informed that it cannot be used to certain products and only on their lower tier flower. Waste of time and gas. Could easily solve that prob if they would state it on their website. Employee seemed like they didn’t know what was going on, their parking is horrible. Avoid at all cost
worst location has the worst customer service they make you leave feeling bad about how you went in and with what you bought the bud tenders push things on you and rush the transaction with a “know it all”attitude because they are behind the counter. they make you feel like they know what you can afford and that’s just not a good feeling go to a dispensary where people are nice friendly and welcoming and wanna help you purchase what you actually want. I personally went in for a half ounce I would’ve bought two eights because they were out of the half ounces but apparently I was only able to afford one and it was my best bet....thanks Anthony
Placed an order online for the first time as recommended through their automated message. My order was then canceled and when I called someone named Andrew told me “it’s probably because something you ordered is out of stock”. That’s cool and all until he tells me he can’t identify which of the 2 products I ordered is out of stock and he can’t help me further because he’s busy at reception. Why the hell did you answer the phone then? Sweet customer service lol.
Hands down best dispensary in East Valley, maybe even Phoenix. Prices are super competitive, veterans discount is extremely generous, and they have deals and sales all the time! Employee went out of their way to help me save money by recommending a deal when I did an online order and they're always helpful. Online ordering is fast and easy too. The one con is the parking situation, but just be patient and careful when getting in and out. Don't forget about the rewards program too!
