Raised their prices knowing they can price gouge customers in the Casa Grande area with no competition. I will be driving up to Chandler or Gilbert and won't support this company any longer. Biggest ripoff in Arizona.
Overpriced product, always under staffed especially at busy times. Will have 2 registers with 6 available. No consideration for the customers. Online system hardly works. Sometimes will never confirm orders. Says they are hiring, but they are always short staffed. Workers seem unhappy and overwhelmed/overworked. Worst dispensary in Arizona hands down.
Line is out the door, been waiting 30+mins and two workers. Meanwhile many other workers just walking or standing around….i know it’s an easy concept but when you get busy you staff more people at the register. Even if the manager has to step in for a few minutesPlus your set up is wasteful. Going to the back every order vs having the product near the employee to reduce time
I have a lot of complaints about this monopoly of a dispensary here in Casa Grande. The online system and pickup is a waste of time and it is 100x faster to just walk in. The prices are insane, and have continued to rise. fe. Half oz of their "top shelf" used to be $70, then $110, now its $125 for a half, and imo only decent in quality, sometimes. Their "top shelf" will occasionally have seeds or have the indicators hermaphrodited plants. Idk how this gets passed QC or even purchased from the grower honestly. As a medical patient I expect better from the top shelf, and dont expect to come home, break down a bag, to find seeds. I end up having to pay more because the largest bag they sell is .5oz. they dont have bulk at all. They will try to sell you out dated concentrates that have been stored for several months degrading the thc and converting that thc into cbn. Im charged and pay for the thc content not cbn. Check your dates people and do your research on shelf life on concentrates as well as proper storage. If stored at or below freezing they will keep for a month or two. They store them in a refrigerator. Also, I was recently in and could not remember the name of a strain I purchased, and when going over my previous orders there was a mysterious pre-roll that was on my one of my purchases, but I never ordered or received a pre-roll. Take that as you may, I will be avoiding this place at all costs. They should work on educating staff about shelf life, product stability, and quality. Until the prices are competitive and the quality issues are handled I dont see a reason to shop here.
I’ve been a loyal customer at this dispensary for a long time — spending thousands here and coming multiple times a week. Today was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had, and it was specifically due to an employee named Mia.The situation could have been handled smoothly and respectfully. Instead, Mia chose to escalate things unnecessarily. Rather than asking another employee to switch out my two 8ths in a clear and respectful way, she spoke to me with an attitude from the moment I walked in. When I asked for clarification, she acted like I was being difficult and tried to make it seem like I was the problem.She then told me to step aside and “wait for the manager,” but the way she did it felt dismissive and intentionally demeaning. I’ve never been disrespectful in this store ever yet I felt singled out, judged, and spoken to in a way that came across as harassment and discrimination. I don’t appreciate being talked down to, especially in a place where I’ve shown nothing but loyalty.What made it worse is when I tried to calmly express how her tone came off, she threatened to call the police, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. That crossed the line.I come here to spend money and support this business. I don’t come here to be disrespected or treated like a problem. Management needs to address this. Customer service matters, especially in the only dispensary in the area. I’d really like to feel valued here again.
I just wanna share that I’ve been there about maybe two or three times the Customer Services great from the miniature walk in to the minute that someone’s helping you. I’ve been in there with some questions because I have a lot of problems with my spinal and I also have problems with pinched nerves so they’re very helpful and I hope it continues that way plus I have Purchase before and maybe something not working out right they exchanged it for me so that’s a great thing!!!!!!!!!so keep doing the the great customer care. Horrible at managing influx of customers. I could have driven to Chandler and back by the time I got out of the store. No urgency from the tenders and they talk more than work. I watched several people stand at the counter for 10+ min waiting for the tenders to grab what they asked for. Only for the tenders to come back with another tender talking about stuff unrelated to their job. Quality of merchandise is good. Clean location and nice ac. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone local unless they don’t have a vehicle.
I went in today balling on a budget had limited fund to spend and my budtender April really took care of me and she found me a deal and I left incredibly satisfied. April was an amazing budtender and quite pleasant person to work with, I wish I could have her more often.
I had the absolute best experience there today. April is the best. She showed me something for my anxiety that I'd never heard of. Plus she helped me with discounts,as I was a little short on cash today. Really everyone there has always been super friendly. Can you please open another store on my side of town?
Absolute garbage dispo. Lady on the online side said it could take up to 6 hours to fill an order. Which is bull! I use to work here it take 2 mins to fill an order. I had waited 2 hours for my order of just 4 prerolls and this was the answer I was given. Maybe they should get better packers cause it seems like there's right now are trash! And SHAME on the managets who told them they camt go back and grab it. Way to keep the customer happy. This is why all your reviews are bad! Absolutely the worst dispo. Many other dispo will get your order even if it's not ready. Do better.
This company always comes through for me. I tell you what they treated me just as like I was an old friend who they knew very well. I’ve used this company in Florida for quite some time, to find it out here in Arizona was awesome! Good stuff! 🥰

Just began using medical Marijuana and still learning what's best for what I need. The staff is always informative and patient with my questions. Love the BOGO"s and that staff recommends sale items for my needs. Shop always clean and I haven't felt rushed even when it is busy.
As much as I'd love to give a 5 star review to a friendly local business, I cannot. Unfortunately The City of Casa Grande has passed regulations that force this business into a monopoly. This dispensary is a joke: prices, quality, and service.I can get half ounces of flower for under $50 any day at dozens of dispensaries in the valley. It costs at least double here, for far worse product. And lines are literally running down the street frequently.With city legislation in the way, it will take some time until this problem is resolved. I hope it gets better! Again, I am Very sorry for this review. Would love to change to 5 stars ASAP
Will not be shopping here anymore! Poor customer service. Please tell me WHY you need me to provide my medical card EVERY time I come to your establishment? I proved who I am with my license. You have it in your system! Your prices are higher AND you don’t even let us pay through Dutchie! So disappointed!! Gave you a honest try. Will continue to drive to Nature Med in Tucson where they are more helpful and show more care for their customers.
Normally love this place but went in today for a cart and the budtender said they were 2 for 30After scanning and telling me $75 she (cashier 47665) proceeded to get mad with me bc the paper said 2 for 60 and I should have known that even though they just verbally said otherwise and the guy next to me acknowledged it with my frustrations.Sadly will probably come here still since there's no other available place in the casa grande area unless you travel to Chandler.Very disappointed.

It's the only place in town,with that in mind, customer service isn't a priority. Staff has a lot of turnover,and some NOT all,aren't friendly.When a person places an online order they want to avoid lines,you need to step up your online window service as a priority, All register should have an attendant,NOT JUST ONE GUY,while others stand around doing nothing. They guy checking ppl in,should also be able to check folks out too,especially since you ordered online to avoid lines. Step up your game.Remember they're the only place in town,don't expect change anytime soon, unfortunately.
My worst 4/20 experience!I was expecting this day, all month saving my points to use them today and make the biggest purchase I've made.They had a "great deal" were you spent $100 and get doubled product, but it's almost impossible to use it cuz if you reach it you will certainly pass over they're stupid limits ( 5g extracts or 1 oz ) in my case 5g of extracts, they couldn't give me double, so what's the point of the deals on 4/20, if I knew that this was gonna happen, I rather drive 3 hours to California to spend a great 4/20. The limits there are only for non medical customers 💁🏻My last purchase here, I prefer going to Chandler or Phoenix to get better deals.
This place seriously just sucks so bad. They know they are the only place around so they don't try to compete with other shops deals. The quality of concentrate is some of the worst Ive seen in a dispensary. Staff is rude and you can tell these things are a serious trend by looking at the other reviews. All they do is tell you to email them but there is no real resolution. im happy to drive out of my way to hit other shops until something else opens up here. Compassion not cash in.
A few days ago I went in to purchase a pre roll and I got home and the package was empty no pre roll in the tube.? I called and was able to go back to get one but after Today I had a bad visit the lady in the front had very poor customer service 😞 also my bud tender in the back was rude and didn't seem to know what she was doing. I ended up walking out upset after purchasing two pre rolls. What deal I was going for she could not ring up because it wasn't in the system. And didn't call anyone to help just said sorry I can't sell it to you. I Will not be a customer at this place again. I wouldn't refer them to anyone. 😞
Probably the OKAYEST dispensary I’ve ever been to. The deals are OK, they don’t really change much. The website is weird and doesn’t track your points or purchases. And I’ve actually driven over there to pick up an order that was never placed because someone else bought it before I got there, and I didn’t get an email or anything to say so until I got there. The staff is the BEST part of the dispensary, which is why I still come, instead of driving an extra 25 minutes to Florence. Step the game up on the deals and the website and then you’re golden for a five star.
If this was a different place, we had to have just checked for normal and then wait for our name to be called which took quite a while and there was four people working in the back, but only one was calling people up and when we went up, he just seemed not very friendly not very helpful very Kurt, and other than that it was a lifesaver when you don’t have any marijuana

I love this dispensary! They always have great deals and their customer service is always exceptional! The employees are always so helpful and willing to hear the customer out. Casey was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure my experience was great! And her personality was so welcoming!
Check in was simple. Staff are helpful, April was probably the most engaging and friendly, helpful bud tender ever. The specials were great, saved us a lot! We'll definitely return. I rarely ever give 5 star reviews unless the place is over the top.
Went in store after my online order was cancelled... again (it seriously happens about 3/4 of the time) had over an hour wait (went in at 4:55 didn't get to the front counter until after 6) just to be told that while they do have the products i was there for they couldn't sell them to me (or anyone else for that matter) because they had the wrong barcodes and wouldn't scan i asked if there was anything similar they could substitute it for and was told they couldn't. You guys just did a remodel, maybe you should've used that money to hire more bud tenders... 7 computers and only 2 people working the front. I can understand an issue or 2 but this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had in a dispensary.
This is the second time that this guy has sold me disposable pens and all that was supposed to be in there, were not. I think I'm just going to start going to to Chandler. So sad because I wish I could get the proper help when spending as much money as I have already. Idk maybe I will give it another try.
They are wonderful. Very nice clean. It always smell good in there like clean smell. Deals are good. I would recommend to my family and friends.
Bought 4 colors, to open them and to not even be the ones that they call for. Two of them were supposed to be blueberry to see and orange sticker underneath, and it’s actually apricot. So I checked the other one and it has a blueberry sticker but an apricot underneath. Decided to check the other two I bought as well for them to have colors stickers on them. But when pealed back the sticker under those aren’t even the colors brand. I understand you guys aren’t in charge of packaging, but at this point it’s false advertisement. Unfortunately not the product, nor Flavors I wanted. Strongly suggest someone have a walk with the distributors about this.
I doubt I can blame the store/brand/employees/owners or anybody other than our wonderful U.S. of A. government. I'm sure it's mostly if not 100% gov. rules and regulations that cause me to have to show ID three (3) times per visit, wait for ever and pay exorbitant prices for weed. And my experience has been the same at every dispensary which I have visited. The ONLY good thing about a dispensary in my opinion is the selection. That is all.
Brian, our bud guy, was great. Only problem is I ended up with vape cartridges only, no battery. I'm sure it's my fault. I haven't been to many dispensaries and don't know how to ask for stuff. I'm sure I can get it sorted, it's a good excuse to go back. They even let us take our puppies in. Nice, friendly place. Able to take our mobility scooters from Encore Fiesta Grande RV Park.

She told me of the specials for the day an helped me find what I needed. They have a nice variety of products an good prices too.I would definitely stop here again.
Product is usually very good. But the set up needs to be redesigned. You cannot view various Product very well and really need to look online before going in.
Yeah on most days it’s crowded, but the staff makes sure you are comfortable while there. Fast movement to the back. The bud tenders are very patient and helpful. The waiting is just a small part of it.Take that time to get to know someone..Make a stranger a friend..

Fast and friendly! Only con is it seems like the location is very small for such a large customer base. Hopefully an expansion is coming. We've never had a bad cashier. So friendly and helpful. We will definitely return!

I usually always tip 10 or $20 but today I went in there with a $41 order after tax and she charged me 50 bucks I looked up at her and said what if I didn't have that and she says I wouldn't have gotten it. What kind of unethical behavior is that they just cost the store 10 or 20 dollars every time I walk up in there and I'm not ever feeling guilty about not tipping them. Curaleaf doesn't have to do that, I have to ask them to charge me $20 more this place automatically takes it upon themselves which means I'm not doing it.

A little irritating that when Harvest does their deals like the 5 venom shatters for 60$ they currently have going on but are completely out of venom? Kind of annoying you advertise something as a deal that you’re constantly running out of. It would make more sense to keep the deal going as long as you’ve been out of the product tbh. This dispo makes me kind of miss Tucson at this point.

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Great selection to choose from but a bit pricey on some things. They stay busy and it gets cramped in the waiting room pretty quick.

DON'T, I repeat DON'T go to this dispensary! It's so much more worth your time driving out of town for your goods. You will find nicer employees, better deals, way way way less of a wait time and zero problems. Casa Grande needs a new and better dispensary!!! Would give this dispensary of 0 if I could because it is Hands down worst dispensary of Arizona. I'm not talking about harvest itself just this location specifically!! Half the time I go there there's always some sort of problem with their online ordering where I have to go out of town instead of this only in town dispensary!! One of the ladies that answered the phone when I called a while back was the worst customer service I've had at a dispensary she was very rude with her tone and very condescending with the thing she said to me cause I was upset. I'm appalled you guys ever allowed anyone that rude to answer the phones. I worked customer service for years and I have never spoke to a customer that way!!! Been going to this dispensaries sporadically for three years and it's just gotten worse over the years. I used to think this was a good dispensary. After you guys took away the point system you had recently, I literally I have not gone back and won't be!! That was the only good thing left in your dispensary and you just took it away. 🤦🏼♀️
It was my first visit as Im visiting from Wa.State. A A+ for the girl at the door. Checking ID and then with helpful info. But this one customer shouted and was really abusive. His excuse was his pain. She handled the situation Grandly and without aggression. He was satisfied and behaved the rest of his stay.
They don't want to answer questions. It's not a place to shop or ask questions, they give you additude then tell you you're being rude when you call them on it. I was trying to find out what was on sale by the third question she throws it down on the counter and said " we have this". That's great costumer service! Not the first time I've had this problem with asking questions there before. They have it monopolized here for 8 cities and they know it! Time to travel to Chandler
Great service and staff always! I’m aware of the holiday, but was told by staff at 8pm last night you open at 8 am no holiday hours and I’m sitting outside now at 10:35am and no one is here.
This place is so nice to go to! I've been coming here for the last 2 years and the customer service is always great. Even on their most busiest days, they always take the time to help you, give you information and get you what you need.
Very inconvenient and inconsistent. A lot of sketchy people shop here. Unfortunately, it’s the only dispensary in town so the customer service here is very poor. Not very rude, just like they know you ain’t driving an hour to go anywhere else! So they don’t really care about treating people with respect. I knew this would happen with rec. Hopefully some competition comes to town so this place can go back to having some quality sales and good customer service.
This is a decent store. It definitely get crowded and seems slow at times but really when they are the only spot for miles in either direction its not all their falt. Always been satisfied with my green and sometimes lucky enough to catch a deal. Staff seems nice from my experience.
Ive been coming here since they opened and haven’t gone to any other dispensary. All harvest locations are great, but this team in particular is so happy, kind-hearted, receives everyone with welcoming personalities, and are so honest and helpful. I really don’t care that there are long waits because this is the only dispensary in the city. 10/10 rewards, 10/10 deals.

It can get a little crazy at times but the people and products are great. They need to fix online ordering system ASAP.
I was used to going to Oasis & it was my 1st time there. I was a little concerned as the back area resembled a small warehouse. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff and quality of products.They all were very friendly & extremely knowledgeable. They will find the best deals & it went very fast.I will definitely go back.
Updated 05/04/2021Harvest has done a impressive job of revamping their dispensary in CG. As you see below I was not very happy with them. NOW I am impressed, and pleased that I can get decent selection of flower in CG, and get in and out sometimes in under 5 minutes, most 15 minutes. I dreaded when they turned to recreational, but the wait time is even shorter than before. Also like there rewards program, easy to use, easy to redeem. Yes you going to pay a little more in CG but you don't have to drive for over and hour to get good flower. Employee's are courteous and kind their attitudes definitely improved. Thank-you I appreciate all the changes you didn't have to make, afterall you are the only dispensary in town.Harvest purchased a year ago and if I didn't" know better I would think they are going out of business. 4 to 6 strains of flower? 153 products total?? Very rarely buy there. Instead drive an hour to Phoenix to Oasis, Nature Medicine or Nirvana
Most times are fast but one time i did a Walk in med order sat there 20 minutes while every person behind me walked in . Wish we had other options this place is very expensive and prices just keep going up so i do not go here unless absolutely last resort. Great customer service. The 3 stars are because the prices pretty much.
I have become very disappointed the last several times I've placed order's online. I order specific strains for the medical benefits. I research before I order that way I can maximize the benefits of cannabis. At least 7 out of the last 10 order's have been incorrect due to one reason or another. Well I'm done. If I just wanted to get high I would go buy some on the street at a fraction of the price but that's not what I want. I will continue to use harvest on a very limited basis. As of March 4th you have lost a customer that spends a grand a month. You don't have the decency to contact me when either the order is incomplete or if you're out of something. You've waisted my time too many time's coming in and not having what I ordered. Does my business mean that little?
