This is the best cannabis store in the valley. The price is right, the atmosphere and selection are amazing but what puts it above and beyond is the customer service. Jeremy is the best he so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, personable , great vibes and is friendly. I have been coming here for years because of him. I have heard it’s a great company and keeping a budtender like him proves it. You should give him a raise and name a strain after him. Call it the Jeremy Bearimy or ask him for a strain name idk I’m not your boss, I’m just an ideas man who can leave a review. Anyways buy weed here from Jeremy.

I’ve been to dispensaries throughout Alaska and in several different states but none compare to this specific location. The products are incredible. They have something for everybody!The staff is one of a kind. These employees treat you really well every time. They have hand selected the kindest people, all very knowledgeable and helpful. Such a great team. My favorite place to shop with truly some of the best people.

Go here if you want to be robbed with no sympathy! We got a faulty cartridge and manager refused to refund us. It doesn't work on any of the THREE batteries we own. One of them is brand new. We've purchased the brand many times (NWConcentrates) so it's clearly an issue with the cart.When my husband tried returning it the first woman agreed it was faulty, but when the manager came out she claimed it was fine. She just pointed to their mile long return policy instead of using her words, obviously she didn't care at all. She seemed annoyed just being outside her office. Couldn't even offer a discount?!?! I'm not spending money somewhere that takes zero responsibility for faulty products and treats customers like they couldn't care less.

Used to be my go to but ever since they opened their own grow operation they've raised their prices considerably trying to sell trim for $9/g. Although I know it's a business they've succeeded on pushing their cost of growth into their consumers. Wouldn't growing your own make it cheaper? Now they're doubling down and making the industry look bad. There are many better places including laughing salmon across the street. Do yourself a favor and don't patronize these greedy owners.

Service was alright but the product was horrible I got sumn fresh deli style from them around 7gs had it all pressed on the perfect settings and got 0 press out of it the whole thing went to wasteWas told the bud was fresh and moist even though it was pre packaged even though they stated it was from the deli jars meaning it should have been moist and not lost any thc but when I went to press nothing at all happened I took it out the press and checked it and was bone dry flaking apart on low temperature press meaning that there was either hardly any thc or it was so old an dry that nothing could happen and if it was smoked normally it would have been harsh af I was sold this being told it was top shelf more like bottom of the line shelf. //// Update was told it should not have been sold as top shelf as it was a mid but mistakes happen maybe make sure the employers are gonna say the same thing abought the strains at least when it comes to someone asking for fresh bud 😅 please n thank you was a sad waste of bud but the dabs here are pretty fire for anyone wondering

Was a regular customer here for a while. Menu is super disappointing and never changes. Dude also sold me .5 grams of dabs when I asked for a full gram after driving all the way from Palmer. Just to be offered a garbage 10% discount on another .5 gram of dabs which would still have equaled more then the original gram I asked for. Absolutely no apology from the owner or worker who messed my order up. Will not be going back.
